Abstract

Zur Anpassung an verschiedene Warenbahnbreiten weisen bekannte Vorrichtungen zum Behandeln einer Warenbahn, wie Spannrahmentrockner, mit einer Transportvorrichtung für die Warenbahn mit Transportketten, die in gegeneinander verstellbaren Kettschienen geführt sind, und mit einer Einrichtung zum Beaufschlagen der Warenbahn mit Behandlungsgas, die mit Düsenkästen mit auf die Warenbahn gerichteten Düsenöffnungen versehen sind, Abdeckeinrichtungen zum Abdecken von äußeren Düsenöffnungen auf. Nachteil bekannter Abdeckmittel sind Dichtungsprobleme oder ein hoher baulicher Aufwand sowie ihre begrenzte Länge. Bekannte innenliegende Abdeckmittel sind nur stufenweise und mit hohem Aufwand verstellbar. Es sollen Abdeckmittel entwickelt werden, die einfach aufgebaut, gut abdichtbar und stufenlos verstellbar sein sollen.
Erfindungsgemäß weisen die Abdeckmittel im Innern der Düsenkästen (4) angeordnete Abdeckbänder (12) auf. Dies löst das Dichtungsproblem, da das ausströmende Behandlungsgas die Abdeckbänder (12) auf die Böden (7) der Düsenkästen (4) drückt. An den Abdeckbändern (12) greifen Ausziehmittel der Verstellmittel an, die mit dem separat geführten Mitnehmer verbunden sind. Die Ausziehmittel ermöglichen ein stufenloses Verstellen der durch die Abdeckbänder (12) abgedeckten Fläche der Düsenöffnungen (5).

The extraction means allow a continuous adjustment of the area covered by the cover strips (12) of the nozzle openings (5).
