Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Bearbeiten eines Blechs (2) mittels einer kombinierten Stanz-/Umformmaschine (1), wobei das Verfahren die Bearbeitungsschritte "Stanzen" des Blechs (2) mittels eines Stanzwerkzeugs (3), "Umformen" des Blechs (2) mittels eines Umformwerkzeugs (3), "Wechseln" von Umform- und Stanzwerkzeugen (3) und "Schmieren" von umzuformenden Blechpositionen (P1-P4) umfasst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schmierungen (8) mittels einer seitlich versetzt zum jeweils eingewechselten Stanz- bzw. Umformwerkzeug (3) angeordneten Sprüheinrichtung (6) auf das Blech (2), insbesondere auf die Blechunterseite, aufgesprüht werden und dass zumindest an einer Blechposition (P2) zwischen "Schmieren" und "Umformen" dieser Blechposition (P2) mindestens ein Bearbeitungsschritt an einer anderen Position ausgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren auch den Bearbeitungsschritt "Schmieren" von zu stanzenden Blechpositionen (P1-P4) umfasst und dass zumindest an einer Blechposition (P2) zwischen "Schmieren" und "Stanzen" dieser Blechposition (P2) mindestens ein Bearbeitungsschritt an einer anderen Position ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Umformen bzw. Stanzen zweier geschmierter Blechpositionen nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Umformungen nichtgeschmierter Blechpositionen ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen "Schmieren" und "Umformen" bzw. "Stanzen" der gleichen Blechposition (P2) nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Bearbeitungsschritten an anderen Positionen ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils alle Bearbeitungsschritte, die ohne Werkzeugwechsel möglich sind, nacheinander ausgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Blechposition erst nach Aufbringen einer Schmierung (8) umgeformt bzw. gestanzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als nächste zu bearbeitende Blechposition diejenige ausgewählt wird, die ausgehend von der aktuellen Blechposition am schnellsten zu erreichen ist.
- Kombinierte Stanz-/Umformmaschine (1), insbesondere zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend gegenseitig auswechselbare Stanz- und Umformwerkzeuge (3) zum Bearbeiten eines verfahrbaren Blechs (2) und eine seitlich versetzt zum eingewechselten Stanz- bzw. Umformwerkzeug (3) angeordnete Sprüheinrichtung (6) zum Auftragen einer Schmierung (8) auf das Blech (2).
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprüheinrichtung (6) unterhalb des Blechs (2) angeordnet ist.
- Computerprogramm zur Ansteuerung einer kombinierten Stanz-/Umformmaschine (1) nach dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche1 bis 7.
