Abstract

The boot has two lacing zones (Z1, Z2), each with two pairs of lace-passage sections. The zones allow differentiated, separate tightening and adjustment of the lacing by a user, irrespective of lacing units. The zones extend between attachment and rapid tightening units to form an intermediate linking and pulling part. The part allows differentiated tightening and adjustment of the boot by gripping the intermediate part.

Description

The invention relates to the technical sector of shoes and more specifically to their lacing.

Most of the city shoes, sports, hiking, mountains, are equipped with lacing areas by hooks, eyelets, arranged on guards located on both sides of the opening area of the shoe to facilitate the introduction of the user's foot.

The fastening area of the lace thus comprises, depending on the application of the shoe, several rows of pairs of hooks or eyelets that hold the foot in the shoe. The adjustment of the clamping remains largely uniform and intangible and depends on the tension force made on the two strands of the lace.

Moreover, and by way of example, in the use of shoes for the practice of sporting hikes, the feet of the sportsman are very much solicited on the one hand according to the constraints of the ground, with lateral tilting effects, effects which can be detrimental, and secondly, by the sliding of the foot in the shoe itself.

To improve the comfort of the shoe, some manufacturers have moved the receiving areas of the eyelets and / or hooks or the like on the lateral sides of the upper of the shoe, substantially at mid-height, thus enlarging the lacing area.

The feet can more easily slide laterally inside the shoe and ensure better comfort.
However, the lacing remains unique for the shoe itself, so that the clamping pressure remains the same along the entire shoe during the entire period of use. In the hypothesis that the pressure would be heterogeneous at the origin of the lacing, it was found that in practice, over a period of use, the pressure becomes uniform over the entire clamping zone.

It is however appropriate in each of them to proceed to the individual lacing of each of the two laces.

The Applicant wanted to obviate these disadvantages and improve the comfort and the holding of the foot of the user at any time of the exercise of the effort, and this, by an adaptability of the effects of tightening according to the foot zone , ankle, ankle, metatarsal including.
The Applicant's objective was to propose a quick and simple solution to implement to modulate the clamping pressure according to the foot parts, and that this pressure remains constant over a defined clamping area throughout the activity.
Another object sought after according to the invention was to widen the zone of tightening of the foot for an increase of the comfort and the holding of the foot while allowing the shoe to adapt to all configurations of ground traversed by the sportsman and user in general. These and other goals will be apparent from the rest of the description.

According to a first characteristic of the invention as defined in claim 1, the boot is remarkable in that it comprises at least two lacing zones. different, successive, allowing a tightening and adjustment differentiated and independent of the lacing chosen and adapted by the user himself, and whatever the means of lacing, and in that for each lacing area, a means of attachment and rapid clamping is associated on the lace or end portion of the lace, and in that between the fastening means and fast clamping, the lacing areas are extended to form an intermediate connecting portion and draw allowing, by a single action for gripping said intermediate parts, clamping and differentiated adjustment of the shoe at the lacing areas concerned by the positioning of each attachment means.

According to another characteristic, the boot is remarkable in that it comprises at least two differentiated lacing zones, including a single lace, and in that said lace receives at least two fastening means and fast clamping, in number corresponding to the number of lacing zones and allowing, by a single action of seizing the lace, in the zone between said attachment means, the clamping and differentiated adjustment of the shoe at the lacing zones concerned, by the positioning of each attachment means.

In order to make the object of the invention more concrete, it is now described in a nonlimiting manner illustrated in the figures of the drawings.

The invention applies to all types of shoes. For the understanding of the invention, there is illustrated a sports shoe for the practice of hiking, mountains, orienteering, which is referenced as a whole by (1). It has in a usual manner on its top part an opening (1a) with a tongue (1b) and around, a lacing zone which can be established from hooks, eyelets, or other means arranged in several successive rows in the guarantor portion around said opening. The number of pairs of means (1c) for passage of the laces such as hooks, eyelets, is any and varies depending on the destination of use of the shoe. For the understanding of the invention, it has been shown four pairs of laces passage means.

According to a first provision of the invention, this is intended to introduce from the lacing means (2), at least two successive independent lacing zones, equal or variable in importance, to allow differentiation of the clamping force and its adjustment according to the foot parts and at the discretion of the comfort required by the user. So, in setting illustrated work, two lacing zones (Z1, Z2) have been determined with each two pairs of lace passage means. The lacing can be carried out in any appropriate manner and for example in a conventional manner.

Assuming that the shoe comprises two lacing zones with two laces, in addition to the traditional lacing, a fast attachment means (3) is associated with each lace. In the event that the shoe comprises only one lace, it receives as shown in Figure 1 two quick attachment means.

In practice, the quick coupling means is known per se. By way of example, one of them is represented. It comprises a fixed body defining an interior volume in which moves, against an elastic return means, a pusher (3a). The body and the pusher are arranged to remain interconnected. The body and the pusher respectively have openings (3b) which, in a certain position of the pusher relative to the body and against the elastic return means, leave the passage for the threading of the strands of the lace or laces. Other embodiments of quick coupling means providing the same function can be used.

Thus, in the implementation of a shoe including two lacing zones with two laces each receiving a quick coupling means, it is sufficient to move each attachment means in the manner of a slider to ensure the closing and the desired tightening. It is therefore possible to differentiate the clamping force of the two means and to vary the clamping pressure at the desired locations of the boot independently. When the means (3) for fastening and fast clamping are positioned, the free end strands (2a-2b) of each lace can be left floating or fixed on a fastening strip (4) in the form of a self-locking tongue. -grip or other arranged on one side of the shoe, or in a pouch arranged near the tongue (1b). Alternatively, the two end strands (2a-2b) can be secured together by sewing, welding or otherwise, so as to exert a uniform and regular tensile force on the two strands.

In an optimized implementation represented in FIGS. 3 and 5-6 according to two variants, the differentiated clamping and adjustment action of the boot at the level of the lacing zones concerned is effected in a unique manner from the grip an intermediate connecting portion consisting of at least one or more yaw portions extending the lacing areas.

The optimized implementation of the invention in a first implementation illustrated in FIG. 3 aims at the use of a single lace (2) receiving the two means (3) of fast attachment in the hypothesis of two lacing zones. . In this case, the two means are advantageously arranged in the middle part of the lace being separated from each other by a portion (2c) of lace strand may constitute a gripping means and draw, arrow (F ), for the transport of the pair of shoes, and this, regardless of the spacing between said fastening means and clamping. In this implementation, the threading of the lace in each zone is carried out for each free end of the lace through which each lacing passage means, hook, eyelet or other, then after overall threading of the assembly, the end free (2a-2b) remaining lace is in turn threaded into the fastening and clamping means (3). The operator can then, without difficulty, provide the appropriate differentiated clamping and adjusting operation at identical or different levels. The gripping portion (2c) can then be held laterally on the attachment zone (4) provided for this purpose. The strands (2a-2b) are advantageously joined together by stitching, welding or the like and are connected to the gripping portion (2c).

In the second optimized embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the free ends (2a-2b) of each lace located beyond the fastening and clamping means (3) are introduced, positioned and held in a sheath (5). ) of great length constituting a gripping means. This sleeve may be as shown in Figure 5 shaped according to a roll-up piece on itself with self-gripping means (5a) connecting and closing. Thus, the free ends (2a-2b) of the laces are kept tight in the sheath. This can then be entered by the user in the same way as the single action performed in the implementation described in FIG.

In view of the object of the invention, the desired aims at the origin of a better comfort and holding of the foot of the user according to the stresses exerted, a particular solution of the means of passage of the laces is illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3. Said lace passage means (1c) are made from a plurality of straps in the form of strands of textile material or other, the ends of which are fixed and secured at the sole (1d) of the shoe. This connection is made by sewing, gluing or other. Each passer and gives a V shape, the bottom portion is used to return the lace. Each passer can have a certain elastic deformation capacity to be tensioned according to the tightening force. It may be envisaged that one or more passers-by are thus disposed laterally at the level of the rear zone of the foot.

In all cases, this implementation is very practical and allows the foot of the user to adapt in position in the body of the shoe according to the constraints and external stresses. The tightening of the foot is perfectly maintained. The foot is better held in the shoe and the risk of injury is reduced.

Each user can therefore, by a very fast movement, ensure the adjustment in position of the means (3) of adjustment and adapt, during a walking activity, hiking, orienteering or other, the effects of tightening parts of the shoe according to the situations of the moment.

The advantages are apparent from the invention. It emphasizes the simplicity of implementation of the invention, its adaptability to any existing shoe and regardless of the means of passage laces.

Moreover, and by the implementation of the invention, at any time during use, the respective pressures exerted in the lacing zones remain identical.

Without departing from the scope of the invention, the lacing means can be used to receive several binding loops regularly arranged around the shoe. Any combination of passers-by positions is possible on the shoe to ensure the best comfort and hold of the foot.
