- Advantageous in both embodiments is the possibility after application of the base label 3 on the carrier film 1, that in a single punching step after introduction of the leaflet. 5 and lamination of the sealing film 8, the entire unit with a single punching step punched to the support sheet 1 can be.
- the punching knife is designed in this way that it works along the outer circumference curve 20. there it cuts in the illustrated embodiment in the right lateral area 13 basic label 3 and closing foil 8, in middle section 12 base label 3, the leaflet 5 and the sealing film 8, and in the left lateral area the tab 9 in a given shape. It is for this punching step regardless of where the base label ends or with others Words, whether the sealing film 8 in the tab 9 alone over Prospectus 5 and basic label 3 survives or whether under the Lasche still the base label is located.
- the tab 9 may be trapezoidal, especially on both Rejuvenating sides, making up and down each one Corner region 21 forms, on which the sealing film 8 lifted can be.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a self-adhesive label for an inserted Leaflet with one on the bottom with a first Adhesive coated base label, with one on the base label arranged prospectus and with one on the bottom with a second adhesive-coated closure film, the the said brochure completely covered and on two opposite Pages overhanging the prospectus, with the closing foil on the one side on the base label adheres.
Leaflet labels are becoming more prevalent in the pharmaceutical sector and more used to provide essential information to the patient to make available on the packaging itself. The traditional one Package insert often remains in the box, which misplaced or even disposed of. A leaflet label with the above Features is known for example from EP 1 129 444. There is a partially laminated label, in which the prospectus covered by the self-adhesive cover sheet.
Two brochures are available, one of the products (= Label) should remain and one that is removable for the user should be.
US 5,972,455 shows in Figs. 6 to 8 a label in which a cover of the brochure with a punched neckline is provided, which makes this area easier to remove, while the label again closed by the over-adhesive cover sheet can be.
From US 5,399,403 a label is known in which a corner the cover sheet made non-adhesive by further processing so that the label touches this non-sticky corner and can be deducted.
The labels of the prior art have the disadvantage on that they are in use at a partial lamination faults show the use of labels on cylindrical objects as bottles are unsuitable as in industrial packaging and later in use such overhanging brochure parts are disturbing.
Fully laminated labels have the disadvantage that they bad to open, to the inside prospectus too reach. The solution of the prior art with one of adhesive unprinted corner leads again to an extreme case protruding Tab and the above packaging problems.
Based on this prior art, the invention is the Task on which a label of the type mentioned so too improve it in the production of the label and its Use on objects, in particular cylindrical objects, too there are no distortions or lashings or the like, and that the label is easy in use by the user opened and closed again, without the at the then set problems mentioned first use.
This object is for a label of the type mentioned solved according to the invention with the features of claim 1.
Characterized in that the closure film is formed in said shape is, the sealing film can through a simple stamping step be obtained, which in itself for the making up of the Closing foil is necessary anyway. This saves the manufacturer for example, the solution according to the US 5,399,403 the step of disabling the adhesive in the a flap corner. Compared to US 5,972,455 is a punching step less necessary, because there is the cover sheet of the Prospectus to be provided with the stamped section mentioned there is, after which the sealing film is to be punched out separately. The mentioned significant advantage in the production is the Use of the label on the target objects even further amplified, that the sealing foil next to the base label on the Object adheres, thereby by resealing the label by the user of this shutter foil with underneath Brochure simply on the (mostly cylindrical object) smooth out.
Further advantageous embodiments are in the subclaims characterized.
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2

Fig. 1 shows a plan view of a label according to a Embodiment of the invention. The label is a self-adhesive Leaflet label and applied to a carrier sheet 1, which is shown here as a detail. Usually is the carrier film 1 a long polypropylene or polyethylene tape, on one or more rows of self-adhesive labels 2 are applied and printed. Usually the labels are delivered in one line, before these on the containers be glued for which they are intended.
The self-adhesive label 2 consists of a
Individual elements of the self-adhesive label are simpler in the Fig. 2, which is a sectional cross-sectional view of the label of Fig. 1 shows. Same features are in all Drawings with the same reference numerals. The Representation of Fig. 2 is particularly with regard to the adhesive layers not to scale.
Fig. 2 als aufeinanderliegende Abfolge von Einzelblättern dargestellt
anderen Seite 7 miteinander verbunden, insbesondere verklebt
On the
One could in other embodiments, the prospectus 5 as
Look at part of the
The leaflet 5 may consist of many sheets; essential
is that in
In another embodiment, not shown in the drawings
the
The
