Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hose diaphragm piston pump with a housing, one arranged in the housing Hose membrane, the inside a displacement chamber and on the outside with the housing wall one Annulus forms, which filled with a reference liquid and with the pressure chamber of a cylinder / piston arrangement below Forming a hydraulic fluid chamber connected or is connectable, and containing a reference liquid Reservoir, which with the hydraulic fluid space over a valve assembly is connected or connectable, the via a control plate protruding into the annular space be actuated by the expanding tube membrane can, to the hydraulic fluid chamber original liquid supply the reservoir.
A hose diaphragm piston pump of this kind is from the DE 34 43 768 C2 known. It is as a double-tube diaphragm piston pump trained and owns one Housing in which a double-tube membrane is provided is, wherein the inner tube membrane a displacement space defines for the fluid to be delivered, which end by oppositely acting check valves closed or closed. The between the outer Hose diaphragm and the housing wall formed Annulus is via a line with the cylinder space one Cylinder / piston assembly connected, wherein the annulus, the line and the cylinder chamber a hydraulic fluid space make the piston pump, which with a reference liquid is filled. In operation, the annulus of the housing in the course of reciprocating movement of the piston supplied in a pressure stroke hydraulic fluid or in a Subsequent suction stroke hydraulic fluid withdrawn.
Prerequisite for a perfect function of the known Double-tube diaphragm piston pump is that one always constant amount of hydraulic fluid (Original liquid) is available, which is why it is required is, leakage losses, for example, on Pistons may occur, align. To this end owns the well-known double hose diaphragm piston pump a reservoir from which the hydraulic fluid space Priming liquid can be supplied in case of need can. To capture such a requirement is in the housing a pushbutton provided, which operates when the double-tube membrane becomes Suction stroke due to a lack of original liquid extends beyond a normal state. It has, however proved to be problematic that the deformation the hose membranes due to minimal Wall thickness changes and hardness differences within the two tube membranes and flow differences within the flow of the hose area of and to the piston uneven and thus not exactly reproducible is. This can cause the key switch actuated and reference liquid is tracked, though in principle, no need for a supplement of the original liquid is given and thus the double-tube membrane accidentally squeezed wide during the print stroke becomes.
Against this background, the present invention the task is based, a hose diaphragm piston pump specify the type mentioned, with which it is possible is, an undesirable tracking of original liquid to avoid.
This object is achieved in that the Housing at least on its the control plate opposite Side a projecting into the housing support surface for the hose membrane, on which the Tubing membrane comes into abutment when the tubing membrane widened beyond a normal dimension during a suction process becomes. The invention is therefore based on the consideration, an unwanted deformation of the tube membrane to prevent the suction stroke by pulling the tube membrane up her the control plate opposite side of the According to the invention provided support surface comes into contact and thus prevented from widening in this direction becomes. It has been shown that by the support the deformation of the tube membrane in controlled and reproducible manner, so that an actuation the control plate and thus a tracking of hydraulic fluid (Original liquid) takes place only if actually too little original liquid in the hydraulic fluid space is available. As a result, a reliable and accurate operation of the invention Hose diaphragm piston pump can be ensured.
After the hose membrane through the provided support surface is prevented from widening, care must be taken be that in the remaining directions sufficient Free space is available in which the Dodge the hose membrane. The required space depends on the operating conditions and for the individual case to determine.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention provided that the support surface is formed so that the hose diaphragm can lay flat on it. at the usually elongated formation of tubular membranes then becomes the support surface in the longitudinal direction the hose membrane be elongated, wherein they are in their control plate immediately opposite Area has its greatest width. Besides that is the support surface is preferably bulbous, wherein they are in their control plate immediately opposite Range furthest in the direction of the control plate protruding into the housing and towards its edge areas especially flattening evenly.
In a further embodiment of the invention Pump is provided that the housing wall to the control plate around as in the housing projecting support surface is formed such that the hose membrane to the support surface comes to rest when the control plate located in its outer end position. Through this Embodiment is a surface conditioning of the hose diaphragm also on the control plate and the surrounding it Secured area of the housing wall.
As in the invention contacts between the double-tube membrane and the housing wall in operation Duration inevitably occur, it is appropriate the inner surface of the housing at least in the area of Support surface (s) with a coating as a friction protection for to provide the tube membrane. This can improve the durability the hose diaphragm can be increased significantly.
In a further embodiment of the invention is provided in that the valve arrangement can be actuated via the control plate Switching valve and actuated by the switching valve Supplementary valve to open the line between having the reservoir and the hydraulic fluid chamber. Due to the fact that the operation of the supplementary valve over the switching valve takes place is in this embodiment a mechanical locking of the supplementary valve via the switching valve made so that incorrect operations of the Supplementary valve be excluded. For the rest, can the valve assembly having a pressure relief valve over which original liquid from the hydraulic fluid chamber in the reservoir can be returned.
The hose membrane of the pump according to the invention is according to a preferred embodiment as a double-tube membrane formed by two concentric formed individual hose membranes arranged one another is, with the annulus between the tube membranes filled with a liquid. In this case can in known manner, the inner tube membrane consist of a PTFE material. Also, at the Interspace-side inner wall of at least one tube membrane Spacer elements in the form of, for example Projections, pimples, roughening and the like formed be on the inside wall of the other tube membrane come into contact to the coupling of the two To support hose membranes. Finally, in one also itself, for example, from DE 34 43 768 C2 known way the between the tube membranes formed gap with a tube break indicator be connected.

Steuerteller 27 gegenüberliegenden Seite der Gehäusewandung
eine in das Gehäuse 2 vorstehende Abstützfläche 28
vorgesehen.
During the suction stroke undefined deformations of the

Punkt bildet.Figures 1 and 8 also show that also

Im Betrieb wird der Kolben 21 der Zylinder/Kolben-Anordnung
20 hin und her bewegt.
In operation, the
If the volume of the original liquid due to
