Abstract
The useful model is related to the field of machine building, particularly to the pumps for transfer of liquids, and the high pressure pumps. The diaphragm pump aggregate includes a work pump (1) with hydraulically driven diaphragm (2), and mounted on the entrance and exit ends of the cylindrical diaphragm (2) a suction (3) and pressure valve (4). The cylindrical diaphragm (2) is housed in the body (5) that is filled with work liquid, and connected through the pipeline (6) with the hydraulic cylinder (7) of the hydraulic drive (8). The hydraulic drive (8) additionally includes an oil pump (9), electrical engine for driving oil pump (10), oil reservoir (11), filter (12), pressure relieve valve (13), heat exchanger (14), hydraulic distributor (15), and two pistons (16, 17), mounted in the hydraulic cylinder (7), which pistons are connected between themselves by the piston rod (18), at what the hydraulic distributor (15), and the oil pump (9), are situated in the oil reservoir (11). The hydraulic cylinder (7) is divided by a baffle (19) into two cavities (20, 21), the piston rod (18) passes through the baffle (19), at what the pistons (16, 17) are positioned on both side of the baffle (19). Each of the cavities (20, 21) is connected with the hydraulic distributor (15), and is provided with switched to the hydraulic distributor (15) sensors for the end positions of the pistons (16, 17) in the hydraulic cylinder (7). The hydraulic distributor (15) is connected by its entrance with the oil pump (9), and the aggregate is provided with a second work pump (22), analogous to the first, at what the oil reservoir (11) is situated between the work pumps (1, 22), and one of the cavities (20) of the hydraulic cylinder (7) is connected through the pipeline (6) with the body (5) of thefirst work pump (1), while the second cavity (21) of the hydraulic cylinder (7) is connected through the pipeline (23) with the body (24) of the second work pump (22).
