Claims (10)
- Treibscheibenaufzug, umfassend:• eine Aufzugskabine (2), die mittels zwei Hängerollen (6) an langgestreckten Verbindungselementen (9) aufgehängt ist und so konstruiert ist, dass sie sich entlang Aufzugskabinenführungsschienen (1) bewegt;• Aufzugskabinenführungsschienen (1), die auf einer Seite der Aufzugskabine (2) in einer vertikalen Richtung im Aufzugsschacht angeordnet sind;• Gegengewichtsführungsschienen (3), die auf derselben Seite der Aufzugskabine (2) im Aufzugsschacht angeordnet sind, auf der die Aufzugskabinenführungsschienen (1) platziert sind;• ein Gegengewicht (4), das so konstruiert ist, dass es sich entlang den Gegengewichtsführungsschienen (3) bewegt;• obere Umlenkrollen (8), die auf einer oberen festen Struktur in dem hoch oben angeordneten Teil des Aufzugsschachts auf der Führungsschienenseite montiert sind;• wobei die zwei Aufzugskabinenhängerollen (6) mit der Aufzugskabine (2) verbunden sind;• eine Gegengewichtshängerolle (7), die mit dem Gegengewicht (4) verbunden ist; und• eine Treibscheibe (5), die mit einer Hebemaschine (20) verbunden ist;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:• die zwei Hängerollen (6) auf derselben Seite der Aufzugskabine (2) aber an zwei entgegengesetzten Seiten montiert sind, die sich in Bezug zur Gegengewichts (4)-Position in einer vertikalen Projektion seitlich befinden;• das erste Ende (10) der langgestreckten Verbindungselemente (9) an einer tragenden Struktur (18) im oberen Teil des Aufzugsschachts auf derselben Seite der Aufzugskabine (2) befestigt ist, auf der die Aufzugskabinen (2)- und die Gegengewichtsführungsschienen (3) platziert sind, wovon die langgestreckten Verbindungselemente (9) durch die Gegengewichtsrolle (7), zu der Treibscheibe (5) und zu den Aufzugskabinenhängerollen (6) laufen; und• das zweite Ende (11) und (12) der langgestreckten Verbindungselemente (9) an der tragenden Struktur (18) auf derselben Seite der Aufzugskabine (2), auf der das erste Ende (10) befestigt ist, aber an zwei entgegengesetzten Seiten in Bezug zu dem ersten Ende (10) in einer vertikalen Projektion befestigt ist, und die Aufzugskabinenhängerollen (6) auf Trägerelementen auf der Aufzugskabinen (2)-Seitenwand auf derselben Seite der Aufzugskabine (2) montiert sind, auf der die Aufzugskabinenführungsschienen (1) und die Gegengewichtsführungsschienen (3) platziert sind.
- Treibscheibenaufzug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufzugshebemaschine mindestens teilweise im Aufzugsschacht angeordnet ist.
- Treibscheibenaufzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufzugskabinenführungsschienen (1) und die Gegengewichtsführungsschienen (3) mit der Aufzugsschachtwand wechselseitig verbunden und daran befestigt und entsprechend im Wesentlichen parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind, damit die Gegengewichtsführungsschienen (3) innerhalb der Aufzugskabinenführungsschienen (1) angeordnet sind.
- Treibscheibenaufzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine L-förmige Aufzugskabinentragestruktur (13) umfasst, die entlang der Aufzugskabinenseitenwand (14) auf derselben Seite, auf der die Aufzugskabinenführungsschienen und die Gegengewichtsführungsschienen angeordnet sind, und unter dem unteren Aufzugskabinenteil (15) verläuft, wobei die Aufzugskabinenhängerollen (6) und die Führungselemente (16), die mit den Aufzugskabinenführungsschienen gekoppelt sind, mit der tragenden Struktur (13) verbunden sind.
- Treibscheibenaufzug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufzugskabinentragestruktur (13) auch in dem Teil über dem Aufzugskabinendach mit Trägerelementen versehen ist, so dass die tragende Struktur (13) C-förmig wird.
- Treibscheibenaufzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufzugskabinenhängerollen (6) in dem unteren Teil direkt neben den Aufzugskabinentragestruktur (13)-Enden angeordnet sind.
- Treibscheibenaufzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufzugskabinenhängerollen (6) außerhalb des Raums angeordnet sind, der durch die Aufzugskabinentragestruktur begrenzt wird.
- Treibscheibenaufzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufzugskabinenhängerollen (6) eine Drehebene aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Aufzugskabinenwand (14) ist, auf deren Seite sie angeordnet sind.
- Treibscheibenaufzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufzugskabinenhängerollen (6) eine geneigte Drehebene mit Bezug zu der Aufzugskabinenwand (14) aufweisen, auf deren Seite sie angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zum Aufhängen einer Aufzugskabine (2) an Hängeseilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufzugskabine (2) mit zwei Hängerollen (6) versehen wird, die auf einer Seite (14) der Aufzugskabine angeordnet werden, wobei die zwei Rollen (6) an zwei entgegengesetzten Seiten seitlich mit Bezug zur Position des Gegengewichts (4) in einer vertikalen Projektion angeordnet werden und die langgestreckten Hängeverbindungselemente (9) zwei oder mehr Schleifen bilden, die in einer vertikalen Richtung geöffnet sind, und wobei die Aufzugskabine in diesen zwei oder mehr Schleifen mittels der auf ihrer Seite platzierten Rollen aufgehängt wird.
