This is caused by the gradual and adsorbed braking due to the friction of the curved part 26 having a cam function with the rubber plug 50; in fact the profile of said curved portion 26 has such a shape so that the combination of it and the rubber plug provides a gradual and adsorbed braking of said door 4 towards the closing direction of the same.

Claims (13)

  1. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät mit einem Rahmen (1) mit einer oberen Platte (2), die mit einer Öffnung (3) für einen Zugriff in eine innere Kammer (9) des elektrischen Haushaltsgeräts versehen ist, und mit einer Tür (4), die zum Schließen der Öffnung (3) angepasst ist, wobei die Tür (4) mit der Platte (2) zumindest mittels eines Scharniers (20) gekoppelt ist, wobei das Scharnier (20) eine erste Einrichtung (21), die einstückig mit der Kante (10) der Öffnung (3) ausgebildet ist, und eine zweite Einrichtung (25) aufweist, die mit der Tür (4) an einem ersten Ende (27) gekoppelt ist, wobei das zweite Ende (26) der zweiten Einrichtung (25) an die erste Einrichtung (21) so gelenkt ist, dass sie sich um eine horizontale Achse (P) dreht, wobei das Scharnier (20) eine elastische Einrichtung (40) aufweist, die mit der ersten Einrichtung (21) und mit der zweiten Einrichtung (25) gekoppelt ist, um die Drehung der zweiten Einrichtung (25) in Öffnungsrichtung der Tür (4) zu einer Position einer vollständig geöffneten Tür (4) zu zwingen, wobei die Tür (4) mittels eines Bolzens (7) geschlossen gehalten wird, der durch einen Entriegelungsknopf (8) lösbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elektrische Haushaltsgerät eine dritte Einrichtung (50) aufweist, die zum Bremsen der Drehung der Tür (4) in Schließrichtung derselben Tür (4) angepasst ist, wenn die Tür geöffnet wird, und zwar mittels Reibung zwischen dem zweiten Ende (26) der zweiten Einrichtung (25) und der dritten Einrichtung (50).
  2. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Einrichtung (50) eine Stoppposition (A) der Tür (4) bestimmt, die zwischen der Schließposition und der vollständig geöffneten Position angeordnet ist, wenn die Kombination ihrer Bremswirkung und der Wirkung zum Zwingen der Drehung der elastischen Einrichtung (40) mit der Gewichtskraft der Tür (4) im Gleichgewicht ist.
  3. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stoppposition (A) nahe der Schließposition der Tür (4) ist.
  4. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Einrichtung (50) zumindest durch einen Gummistöpsel gebildet ist.
  5. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Einrichtung (21) einen Hohlraum (22) mit einem kurvenförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, und wobei die zweite Einrichtung (25) einen gekrümmten Abschnitt (2) aufweist, der teilweise innerhalb des Hohlraums (22) drehbar ist.
  6. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Einrichtung (21) einen vertikalen Fortsatz (24) des Hohlraums (22) aufweist, und dass die zweite Einrichtung (25) einen sich quer erstreckenden Fortsatz (34) des gekrümmten Abschnitts (26) aufweist, wobei die Position der vollständigen Öffnung der Tür (4) durch die Anlage des vertikalen Fortsatzes (24) an den sich quer erstreckenden Fortsatz (34) bestimmt wird.
  7. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Einrichtung (40) zwei helikoide Federn (41) aufweist, die jeweils ein erstes Ende (43), das an der Kante des Hohlraums (22) der ersten Einrichtung (21) anliegt, und ein zweites Ende (44) aufweisen, das an dem gekrümmten Abschnitt (26) der zweiten Einrichtung (25) anliegt.
  8. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Einrichtung (50) angrenzend an dem gekrümmten Abschnitt (26) der zweiten Einrichtung (25) ist.
  9. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil des gekrümmten Abschnitts (26) eine derartige Farm hat, dass die Kombination von ihm und der dritten Einrichtung (50) ein allmähliches und adsorbiertes Unterbrechen der Tür (4) in Schließrichtung derselben erzeugt.
  10. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch zwei Scharniere (20) zum Koppeln der Tür (4) mit der oberen Platte (2) des Rahmens (1).
  11. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch eine Toplader-Waschmaschine gebildet ist.
  12. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch einen Toplader-Trockner gebildet ist.
  13. Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür (4) Instrumente (100) zum Steuern des elektrischen Haushaltsgeräts aufweist.
