Claims (12)
- Als Klapp-Hochbett dienende Vorrichtung mit einem Gestell (10), das mit zumindest einem Rahmen (20) ausgerüstet ist, und mit zumindest einem Klappmechanismus (30), der es ermöglicht, den Rahmen (20) von einer ersten oder Benutzungsstellung (20b) in eine zweite oder Verstaustellung (20a) wegzuklappen, wobei der Klappmechanismus (30) zwei am Rahmen (20) sitzende Achsen (31) aufweist, jede dieser Achsen (31) über eine Gelenkstange (32) mit einem Drehpunkt (33) am Gestell (10) verbunden ist, um den Rahmen (20) und das Gestell (10) zu verbinden, und der Klappmechanismus (30) noch einen Mechanismus für die Synchronisation der Bewegung aufweist, der diese beiden Achsen (31) verbindet und eine synchronisierte Drehung der beiden Achsen (31) auferlegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bewegungssynchronisationsmechanismus ein erstes Element (34) umfasst, das sich radial von jeder der Achsen (31) des Rahmens (20) aus erstreckt, sowie zumindest ein zweites Element (35), das die ersten Elemente (34) kinematisch auf der Höhe ihrer äusseren Enden verbindet, um die synchronisierte Bewegung der Achsen (31) zu stabilisieren.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element des Bewegungssynchronisationsmechanismus durch zumindest eine Querstrebe (34) auf jeder Achse (31) realisiert wird, wobei diese Querstreben (34) gelenkig an Armen (35) befestigt sind, die als zweites Element dienen, um ein verformbares Parallelogramm zu bilden, das eine synchronisierte Drehung der beiden Achsen (31) auferlegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element des Bewegungssynchronisationsmechanismus durch zumindest ein Ritzel auf jeder Achse (31) realisiert wird, wobei diese Ritzel über eine Kette verbunden sind und als zweites Element dienen, um eine kinematische Verbindung zu bilden, die eine synchronisierte Drehung der beiden Achsen (31) auferlegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das der Klappmechanismus (30) auf den Achsen (31) eine Mitnahmevorrichtung aufweist, die zumindest einen Kreissektor (36) und einen Hebel oder zwei Kreissektoren (36) aufweist, die über eine oder mehrere Federn (37) verbunden sind, um eine Kraft zu liefern, die die Bewegung des Rahmens (20) von der einen Stellung (20a) in die andere Stellung (20b) erleichtert.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kreissektor (36) so ausgelegt ist, dass die Feder oder Federn (37) an mehreren Stellen entlang der Aussenseite jedes Kreissektors (36) eingehängt werden können, wodurch sie mehr oder weniger stark gespannt werden und/oder ihr Anstellwinkel modifiziert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kreissektor (36) mit Löchern (361) versehen ist, die entlang der Aussenseite angeordnet sind und einen Sperrbolzen (362) und/oder einen Verlängerungsbolzen (363) aufnehmen können.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung umfasst, die mit einer auf dem Gestell (10) angebrachten Raste (111) zusammenwirkt und den Rahmen (20) in zumindest einer seiner Endstellungen (20a, 20b) zu verriegeln gestattet.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsvorrichtung einen zylindrischen Körper (311) umfasst, der an seinem äusseren Ende schräg geschnitten ist und an seinem inneren Ende einen Stift (312) trägt, weiter eine am Rahmen (20) befestigte Führung (313), die den Stift (312) so aufnimmt, dass die Bewegung des Körpers (311) nach vorn und hinten zu beschränkt und gleichzeitig seine Drehung verhindert wird, zumindest eine Feder (314), die den Körper (311) nach aussen drückt, so dass sich dieser ins Innere des Rahmens (20) zurückziehen kann, wenn sein äusseres, schräg geschnittenes Ende das Gestell (10) berührt, um sodann in die Raste (111) einzurasten, um den Rahmen (20) zu verriegeln, sowie Mittel (315), um den zylindrischen Körper (311) zurückzuziehen und den Rahmen (20) zu entriegeln.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Dämpfungsvorrichtung (38) umfasst, die mit dem Klappmechanismus (30) zusammenwirkt, um die Bewegung des in die obere Stellung (20a) bewegten Rahmens (20) abzufedern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellungen der Benutzung (20b) und des Verstauens (20a) des Rahmens (20) zu beiden Seiten der Schwenkachsen (33a) des Rahmens (20) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (20) der Vorrichtung zwei Kästen (21) und zwei die Kästen (21) miteinander verbindende Planken (22) aufweist, wobei jeder Kasten (21) einen Klappmechanismus (30) in sich schliesst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei übereinander liegende Rahmen (20) aufweist.
