Description

  • L'invention concerne un dosseret muni d'un système de réglage en hauteur. De tels dispositifs sont connus de US-A-5 954 250 et FR-A- 2 676 899.
  • L'invention concerne plus précisément un dosseret qui comporte une pièce d'épaule arquée apte à être rapportée sur les épaules d'un porteur derrière le cou du porteur et une pièce dorsale suspendue à la pièce d'épaule par un axe pour qu'elle pende dans le dos du porteur et le long de laquelle doit être rapportée une bouteille destinée au porteur, caractérisé en ce que la pièce dorsale est traversée de part en part latéralement par des passages parallèles horizontaux répartis dans la hauteur de la pièce et par des rainures plus étroites que lesdits passages et qui relient les passages de proche en proche, et en ce que ledit axe est fixé à la pièce d'épaule et conformé pour que selon l'inclinaison de la pièce dorsale par rapport à la pièce d'épaule, ledit axe soit prisonnier de l'un quelconque des passages ou apte à coulisser dans les rainures pour être déplacé d'un passage à l'autre, faisant ainsi varier la hauteur relative entre les deux pièces.
  • On décrira ci-après un exemple de réalisation d'un tel dosseret, qui montrera d'autres caractéristiques du dosseret, en référence aux figures du dessin joint sur lequel :
    • la figure 1 est une perspective de ce mode de réalisation ;
    • la figure 2 est un schéma en plan de la pièce d'épaule ;
    • la figure 3 est une vue en plan partielle du tronçon supérieur de la pièce dorsale ;
    • la figure 4 est une vue latérale partielle du tronçon supérieur de la pièce dorsale
    • la figure 5 est une vue partielle longitudinale d'une extrémité de l'axe de fixation de la pièce dorsale sur la pièce d'épaule ;
    • la figure 6 est une vue en coupe de cette extrémité d'axe, et
    • la figure 7 est une vue en perspective de la partie supérieure du dosseret.
  • Le dosseret représenté sur les figures comprend une pièce d'épaule (PE) auquel est suspendue une pièce dorsale (PD).
  • La pièce d'épaule (PE) est arquée pour s'adapter à la conformation générale de l'épaule.
  • La pièce dorsale (PD) présente trois passages cylindriques horizontaux (1, 2, 3) qui traversent la pièce à des niveaux différents et qui sont reliés par des rainures verticales traversantes (12 ; 23) de largeur moindre que le diamètre des passages.
  • Les passages et les rainures peuvent être déterminés par deux parois en vis (4, 5) convenablement conformées.
  • La pièce dorsale est constituée d'une suite verticale de tronçons articulés (T1, T2, T3,...) pour s'adapter à l'ergonomie du porteur et dont le tronçon supérieur (T1) comporte lesdits passages.
  • La pièce d'épaule (PE) présente vers l'arrière (c'est-à-dire vers la pièce dorsale) une échancrure (6), par exemple une échancrure en U, pour recevoir latéralement la pièce dorsale (PD). Cette échancrure est fermée par un axe (7) de la pièce d'épaule du dosseret.
  • Comme on le voit sur la figure 6, l'axe (7) présente une section droite de forme rectangulaire dont la largeur (7b) est inférieure à la largeur des rainures (12, 23) et dont la longueur (7a) est supérieure à la largeur des rainures (12, 23) et inférieure au diamètre des passages (1, 2, 3), en sorte que selon l'inclinaison de la pièce dorsale (PD) par rapport à la pièce d'épaule (PE), ledit axe est prisonnier d'un passage ou peut être déplacé d'un passage à un autre.
  • La pièce d'épaule est fixée au porteur par des bretelles ou sangles (8) passant dans des lumières allongées (9) de la pièce d'épaule.
  • L'axe (7) est fixé à demeure à la pièce d'épaule ou lui est fixé par des moyens, par exemple des berceaux d'extrémité (10) tenus par des vis et des écrous (11), qui permettent de démonter l'axe.
  • La pièce dorsale peut ne pas être constituée de tronçons articulés pour s'adapter au dos du porteur, elle peut venir de moulage avec lesdits passages et lesdites rainures ; elle peut être monobloc et conformée pour s'adapter au dos.
  • La figure 5 montre l'axe (7) en cours de rotation pour être déplacé dans la rainure (12) entre le passage (1) et le passage (2).
  • L'invention n'est pas limitée à cet exemple de réalisation.

Claims (8)

  1. Dosseret qui comporte une pièce d'épaule (PE) arquée apte à être rapportée sur les épaules d'un porteur derrière le cou du porteur et une pièce dorsale (PD) à suspendre par un axe (7) à la pièce d'épaule pour qu'elle pende dans le dos du porteur et le long de laquelle doit être rapportée une bouteille destinée au porteur, caractérisé en ce que la pièce dorsale (PD) est traversée de part en part latéralement par des passages parallèles horizontaux (1, 2, 3) répartis dans la hauteur de la pièce et par des rainures (12, 23) plus étroites que lesdits passages et qui relient les passages de proche en proche, et en ce que ledit axe (7) est fixé à la pièce d'épaule et conformé pour que selon l'inclinaison de la pièce dorsale par rapport à la pièce d'épaule, ledit axe soit prisonnier de l'un quelconque des passages ou apte à coulisser dans les rainures pour être déplacé d'un passage à l'autre, faisant ainsi varier la hauteur relative entre les deux pièces.
  2. Dosseret selon la revendication 1 dans lequel la pièce dorsale (PD) présente trois passages horizontaux (1, 2, 3).
  3. Dosseret selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2 dont la pièce dorsale (PD) comporte deux parois (4, 5) en vis-à-vis et conformées pour déterminer entre elles lesdits passages (1, 2, 3) et lesdites rainures (12, 23) intermédiaires.
  4. Dosseret selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dont ledit axe (7). présente une section droite de forme rectangulaire dont la largeur (7b) est inférieure à la largeur des rainures (12, 23) et dont la longueur (7a) est supérieure à la largeur des rainures (12, 23) et inférieure au diamètre des passages (1, 2, 3), en sorte que selon l'inclinaison de la pièce dorsale (PD) par rapport à la pièce d'épaule (PE), ledit axe est prisonnier d'un passage ou peut être déplacé d'un passage à un autre.
  5. Dosseret selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 dont la pièce d'épaule (PE) est arquée pour s'adapter à la conformation générale d'une épaule.
  6. Dosseret selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 dont ledit axe (7) est fixé à la pièce d'épaule par des moyens qui permettent de le détacher.
  7. Dosseret selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 dont la pièce dorsale est constituée d'une suite verticale de tronçons articulés (T1, T2, T3,...)dont le tronçon supérieur (T1) comporte lesdits passages (1, 2, 3).
  8. Dosseret selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 dont la pièce dorsale (PD) est venue de moulage avec lesdits passages (1, 2, 3) et lesdites rainures (12, 23).
