Deckel zum Verschließen von Lebensmittelbehältern aus Formkunststoff, mit einer Form, die an den Behälter angepasst ist, auf den er aufgesetzt werden soll, aufweisend einen integrierten Löffel (Q), einen unteren Teil (I), der aufgrund eines flexiblen Gelenks (C) mit einem oberen Teil (S) in Deckelform einstückig ist, der auf den unteren Teil (I) zu klappen ist und am Umfang eine Lippe aufweist, die den unteren Teil (I) abdeckt, wobei der untere Teil (I) aus einem Ring gebildet wird, der eine Auskehlung aufweist, die zu dem Behälter hin ausgerichtet ist, auf den der Deckel aufzusetzen ist, und einen äußeren (I1) und einen inneren (I2) Rand definiert, die zum Ummanteln einer Außenkante (P) des Behälters bestimmt sind, gekennzeichnet einerseits dadurch, dass die Innenseite des äußeren Randes (I1) des Rings Ansätze aufweist, die zum Einpassen unter die äußere Kante (I1) des Behälters bestimmt sind, die ein automatisches Fixieren des unteren Teils (I) des Deckels auf dem Behälter ermöglichen, und andererseits dadurch, dass der integrierte Löffel (Q) an einem Ende seines Stiels Mittel (Q2) aufweist, die komplementär zu Mitteln (E) sind, die an dem unteren Teil (I) des Deckels ausgebildet sind, die das Befestigen und das Halten des Löffels (Q) nach mindestens einer ersten Benutzung ermöglichen, ohne dass der Stiel mit dem in dem Behälter enthaltenen Lebensmittel in Kontakt ist.
  2. Deckel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der integrierte Löffel (Q) aus einem Stiel in Form eines Schaftes besteht, der an seinem einen Ende mit einer Kavität in Form einer hohlen Halbkugel verbunden ist, und dass er zunächst im Wesentlichen horizontal in der Ebene des von dem unteren Teil (I) gebildeten Rings durch kleine herausnehmbare Laschen (Q1) fixiert ist, die bei der ersten Benutzung des Löffels teilbar sind und das andere Ende des Stiels mit dem unteren Teil (I) des Deckels verbinden, wobei die komplementären Mittel (Q2, E), die das Befestigen des Löffels (Q) an dem unteren Teil (I) des Deckels nach mindestens einer ersten Benutzung ermöglichen, aus einem Ausschnitt (Q2) bestehen, der sich an letzterem Ende des Stiels des Löffels (Q) befindet und eine komplementäre Form zu einem Ansatz (E) aufweist, der an der oberen Fläche des unteren Teils (I) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Deckel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der integrierte Löffel (Q) aus einem Stiel in Form eines Schaftes besteht, der an seinem einen Ende mit einer Kavität in Form einer hohlen Halbkugel verbunden ist, und dass er zunächst im Wesentlichen horizontal in der von dem unteren Teil (I) gebildeten Ebene des Rings durch kleine herausnehmbare Laschen (Q1) fixiert ist, die bei der ersten Benutzung des Löffels teilbar sind und das andere Ende des Stiels mit dem unteren Teil (I) des Deckels verbinden, wobei die komplementären Mittel (Q2, E), die das Befestigen des Löffels (Q) an dem unteren Teil (I) des Deckels nach mindestens einer ersten Benutzung ermöglichen, aus einem Ausschnitt (Q2) bestehen, der sich an letzerem Ende des Stiels des Löffels (Q) befindet und der eine komplementäre Form zu einem Kontakt (E) aufweist, der an dem inneren Rand (I2) des unteren Teils (I) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Deckel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der integrierte Löffel (Q) aus einem Stiel in Form eines Schaftes besteht, der an seinem einen Ende mit einer Kavität in Form einer hohlen Halbkugel verbunden ist, und dass er zunächst im Wesentlichen horizontal in der von dem unteren Teil (I) gebildeten Ebene des Rings, durch kleine herausnehmbare Laschen (Q1) fixiert ist, die bei der ersten Benutzung des Löffels teilbar sind und das andere Ende des Stiels mit dem unteren Teil (I) des Deckels verbinden, wobei die komplementären Mittel (Q2, E), die das Befestigen des Löffels (Q) an dem unteren Teil (I) des Deckels nach mindestens einer ersten Benutzung ermöglichen, aus einem Ausschnitt (Q2) bestehen, der sich an letzterem Ende des Stiels des Löffels (Q) befindet und eine komplementäre Form zu einem Haken (E) aufweist, der an dem inneren Rand (I2) des unteren Teils (I) ausgebildet ist.
  5. Deckel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der integrierte Löffel (Q) aus einem Stiel in Form eines Schaftes besteht, der an seinem einen Ende mit einer Kavität in Form einer hohlen Halbkugel verbunden ist, und dass er zunächst im Wesentlichen horizontal in der von dem unteren Teil (I) gebildeten Ebene des Rings durch kleine herausnehmbare Laschen (Q1) fixiert ist, die bei der ersten Benutzung des Löffels teilbar sind und das andere Ende des Stiels mit dem unteren Teil (I) des Deckels verbinden, wobei die komplementären Mittel (Q2, E), die das Befestigen des Löffels (Q) an dem unteren Teil (I) des Deckels nach mindestens einer ersten Benutzung ermöglichen, aus einer Aufnahme (E) bestehen, die an dem inneren Rand (I2) des unteren Teils (I) ausgebildet ist und eine komplementäre Form zu der Form (Q2) des letzteren Endes des Stiels des Löffels (Q) aufweist, das in die Aufnahmen (E) einzusetzen ist.
  6. Deckel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere (I) und der obere (S) Teil des Deckels zum Verschließen von Lebensmittelbehältern an ihrer Seite, die diametral entgegengesetzt zu dem Gelenk (C) liegt, das sie miteinander verbindet, aufweisen: den Aufnahmeteil (F) eines sicheren Verschlusssystems, bestehend aus zwei ortsfesten seitlichen Laschen (F1), die den unteren Teil des Deckels mit einer lösbaren Platte (F2) verbinden, die beim ersten Öffnen des Deckels zerbricht, beziehungsweise den Steckteil (M), bestehend aus einem Ansatz, der in den Aufnahmeteil und unter den äußeren Rand des unteren Teils (I) des Deckels gepasst ist und dessen Abmessungen so vorgesehen sind, dass das Öffnen des Deckels nach dem Zerstören der lösbaren Platte des Aufnahmeteils des Verschlusssystems ermöglicht wird.
  7. Deckel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil (I) des Deckels zum Verschließen von Lebensmittelbehältern an seinem äußeren Rand auf beiden Seiten der Achse, die von dem flexiblen Gelenk (C) und dem Verschlusssystem gebildet wird, zwei Drehachsen (R) aufweist, die jeweils aus einem kurzen Schaft (R1) mit einer Scheibe (R2) an seinem Ende bestehen, an denen Nuten (A1) zum Fixieren einer Klammer (A) eingepasst sind, die anfangs mit den jeweiligen Seiten des oberen Teils des Deckels durch bei der ersten Benutzung der Klammer zerbrechbare kleine Laschen (A2) einstückig ist, die nach dem Verschließen des oberen Teils (S) des Deckels auf dem unteren Teil automatisch auf die Drehachsen (R) des unteren Teils des Deckels passen.
  8. Deckel gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessung der Klammer (A) ausreicht, um den Schutz des Verschlusssystems des Deckels zu ermöglichen, wenn sie zu dem sicheren Verschlusssystem hin heruntergeklappt ist.
  9. Deckel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenfläche des oberen Teils des Deckels zum Verschließen von Lebensmittelbehältern eine besondere Form aufweist, mit insbesondere an ihrem Umfang einer vollständig oder teilweise kreisförmigen Rille (S2) mit einem Durchmesser, der dem Durchmesser des inneren Randes des unteren Teils (I) entspricht, wodurch ermöglicht wird, geschlossene Deckel oder offene Deckel versetzt aufeinanderzustapeln.
  10. Deckel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenfläche des oberen Teils des Deckels zum Verschließen von Lebensmittelbehältern eine kreisförmige Vertiefung (S3), mit einem Durchmesser aufweist, der dem Durchmesser des Bodens der Behälter entspricht, wodurch das Aufeinanderstapeln der mit ihrem Deckel versehenen Behälter ermöglicht wird.
  11. Deckel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil (I) aus einem ringförmigen Ring besteht und die Auskehlung, die von dem inneren (I2) und dem äußeren (I1) Rand des unteren Teils (I) gebildet wird, kreisförmig ist, so dass ihre Form an den Behälter angepasst ist, auf den sie aufgesetzt werden soll.
  12. Deckel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil (I) aus einem rechteckigen Ring besteht und die Auskehlung, die von dem inneren (I2) und dem äußeren (I1) Rand des unteren Teils (I) gebildet wird, ebenfalls rechteckig ist, so dass ihre Form an den Behälter angepasst ist, auf den sie aufgesetzt werden soll.
  13. Deckel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil (I) aus einem quadratischen Ring besteht und die Auskehlung, die von dem inneren (I2) und dem äußeren (I1) Rand des unteren Teils (I) gebildet wird, ebenfalls quadratisch ist, so dass ihre Form an den Behälter angepasst ist, auf den sie aufgesetzt werden soll.
