Description

Die Erfindung betrifft den Aufbau von Flexodruckfarbwerken. Diese Farbwerke sind mit einer Raster- (2) und einer Klischeewalze (3) ausgestattet. Diese beiden Walzen sind am Farbtransport während des Druckvorgangs beteiligt. Die Figuren zeigen ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Farbewerkes 3, bei dem die der Klischeewalze 20 zugeordneten Einstellelemente 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 unterhalb der Klischeewalze 20 angebracht sind, während die der Rasterwalze 10 zugeordneten Einstellelemente 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 oberhalb derselben 10 angeordnet sind. Damit ist die Rasterwalze 10, der ihre Achse tragende Lagerbock 15 und der Schlitten 14 auf dem der Lagerbock 15 angebracht ist, an der Schiene 13 aufgehängt. Die zur Bewegung des Schlittens 14 in der durch den Pfeil A skizzierten Richtung erfolgt, indem der Motor 11 die Spindeln 12 , welche durch in dem Lagerbock 15 vorhandenen Innengewinde 17 hindurchgreifen, dreht. Analog zum Aufbau der Einstellvorrichtung 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 der Rasterwalze 10, wird die Achse der Klischeewalze 20 von dem Lagerbock 25, der auf dem Schlitten 25 angebacht ist, getragen. Der Schlitten 25 gleitet in der durch den Pfeil B vorgegeben Richtung auf der Schiene 23, wenn die Spindel 22 von dem Motor 21 bewegt wird. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel werden alle vorgenannten Elemente der Einstellungsvorrichtungen 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 von einem Maschinengestell 2 getragen. Am linken Bildrand der Figur 1 ist die Gegendruckwalze 1 dargestellt. In Figur 1 befinden sich die Walzen in der für den Druckprozess notwendigen an die Gegendruckwalze angestellten Position. Die Figur 1 verdeutlicht, dass die freie Weglänge der beiden Spindeln 12, 22 zwischen den jeweiligen Lagern 16, 26 der Spindeln 12, 22 und den jeweiligen Lagerböcken 15, 25 in dieser Position bei erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtungen minimal einstellbar ist.
Die Figur 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch das in Figur 1 dargestellte Farbwerk entlang der Schnittlinie C-C. Dieser Schnitt beschreibt insbesondere die Funktion und Lage der Spindel 12 und Führung 13. Auch die Innengewinde 17 und 27, in denen die Spindeln 12 und 22 gedreht werden und die damit die Funktion undrehbarer Muttern haben, sind in dieser Darstellung zu sehen.
