Claims (6)
- Elektrischer Leiter mit einem Lotdepot an einem Kontaktabschnitt, insbesondere Endabschnitt, wobei das Lotdepot schon an diesem Abschnitt befestigt ist, bevor der Leiter an einen Gegenkontakt angelötet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lotdepot (3) aus einer aus einem lötfähigen Material bestehenden Hülse gebildet ist, die den Kontaktabschnitt umklammert.
- Elektrischer Leiter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse einen Längsschlitz aufweist und den Kontaktabschnitt in der Art eines Krimpstückes (4) umklammert.
- Elektrischer Leiter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Inneren des Hülsenmantels ein Flussmittel vorhanden ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines elektrischen Leiters nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit den folgenden Schritten:Bereitstellung eines Lötdrahtes mit einer Seele aus einem Flussmittel;Abflachungen des Lötdrahtes;Abtrennen eines Teilstückes vom Lötdraht;Verkrimpen des Teilstückes mit dem Kontaktabschnitt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seele nach dem Verkrimpen parallel zum Leiter verläuft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seele nach dem Verkrimpen quer zum Leiter verläuft.
