gemäß den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a device for contacting a first contact partner
with at least one other contact partner via a contact element

From DE 196 05 999 A1, the contacting of a planar antenna conductor structure known. This is below a body part of the vehicle a signal processing unit, in particular an antenna amplifier, via arranged suitable fastening means. The housing of this unit has a Support (cantilever arm), at the end of contacting means are provided. These contacting means are via connecting lines which are in or on the rigid carrier are arranged, connected to the signal processing unit. About the contacting a contact is made to contact surfaces of a Antenna conductor structure, which is located on the vehicle window. On the Carrier it is possible on the one hand, over a certain distance the antenna conductor structure to connect to the signal processing unit. Due to the assignment the installation location of this unit and the contacting surface of the antenna conductor structure But large tolerance ranges are required so that the contacting meet the contact surface of the antenna conductor structure. Another Disadvantage of this construction is that the entire signal processing Unit with the carrier and arranged on the carrier contacting means have to be completely exchanged, for example if they are in one Crash case of the vehicle have been damaged. This is a high effort connected, since the signal processing unit usually between the Body (vehicle roof) and the headliner is integrated and thus only is difficult to access. Furthermore, there is a disadvantage that when rigid Carrier the component geometry always adapted to the respective vehicle type must be because each type of vehicle over its own Has installation space. This adjustment is associated with high costs as for Each carrier for each vehicle type different tools for production the carrier must be made.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a device for contacting a first contact partner with at least one other contact partner provide over a contact element that is easy to install, tolerances compensates and is easily replaceable in case of damage.
According to the invention it is provided that the contact element is electrically conductive and elastically deformable and shaped so that it due to this shape in a Housing an electronic device or a carrier can be specified. by virtue of the electrical conductivity of the contact element may be the first contact partner, for example, a contact surface of a circuit board, which in the Housing is arranged, with at least one further contact partner, the is arranged outside the housing of the electronic device, contacted become. The elastic deformability has the advantage that on the one hand tolerances in all directions, preferably in the mounting direction of the electronic device, can be compensated at its installation. On the other hand, the elastic deformability has the advantage that after assembly of the electronic Device at its installation by the elastic deformation of the contact element a constant contact pressure of the contact element on the at least two contact partners is generated, so that thereby a permanent and reliable contact is given. Furthermore, an essential aspect of the contact element according to the invention, namely the shape, which is designed in such a way that the contact element due to this shape in or on the housing of the electronic device can be fixed. For example, in a first Embodiment of the invention, the shape of a constriction, with the Contact element in a corresponding recess in the housing of the electronic device engages. If in the manufacture of the housing a such recess (or more recesses) has been provided (are), then the contact element can form fit into this recess be used with its constriction and fixed in its position. There are the location of the recess and the corresponding contact surface of the circuit board positioned within the housing so that the contact element with its electrically conductive region at the contact surface (first Contact partner) of the circuit board comes to the plant. Alternatively, it is conceivable that the contact element has an at least partially encircling collar or more, from the contact element projecting collar sections (for Example wing), wherein the contact element in a recess of the Housing used and over the waistband or the waistband sections with the Housing is connectable. The Association of the Federal or the Bundse sections with the housing, for example, by gluing or other suitable detachable or non-detachable connection methods take place. It is also conceivable that the federal government or the federal government sections electrically are conductive or not. Preferably, the circumferential collar or the collar sections are electrically non-conductive to provide insulation of the electrical to realize conductive contact element.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that the contact element not after the production of the Insert housing in the recess, but already in the production of the Housing to consider. In this case, the prefabricated contact element for Example used in a mold for the future housing and with the production of the housing, for example in a plastic injection molding process become. Again, the constrictions, at least partially circumferential Bund or the Bundabschnitte significant benefits, because of this form the Contact element in the housing of the electronic device can be fixed.
In a further development of the invention, the contact element has at least one Recess or a hollow profile. This has the advantage that the Contact element is simply elastically deformable at its installation without excessive forces must be applied for the deformation. simultaneously ensures that after mounting the electronic device to his Installation site by a deformation of the contact element sufficiently high Investment forces for a reliable and permanent electrical contact available.
A preferred but non-limiting application of the invention Contacting at least two contact partners via the invention Contact element is given for vehicles in which a electronic device, in particular an antenna amplifier comprising a circuit board having corresponding electrical and electronic components, with at least one on a particular flat surface of the vehicle (for Example disks) arranged contact surface (further contact partner), one Antenna structure is to contact. On the one hand it is important that the electronic device via the required number of contact elements with the contact surfaces of the antenna structure (or other contact partners in the vehicle) is electrically connected. By the invention Contact element offers the possibility of this electrical connection easy manufacture, wherein the production costs for such contact elements extremely are low, which is beneficial to the mass production of such electronic Affects devices. Due to the elastic deformability is a tolerance compensation given, which is just important in the mass production of vehicles. A tolerance can be easily compensated. Besides, it is from Advantage that the contact element in the housing of the electronic device can be fixed, since such electronic devices as antenna amplifiers, video modules and the like manufactured at a supplier of the vehicle manufacturer and at the vehicle manufacturer quickly and easily on their Installation site must be installed. In addition, the inventive Contact element has the advantage that it due to its elastic deformability after being fixed in the housing during storage or during Transportes can not be damaged.

Kontaktfläche 2 nur geringfügige Toleranzen ausgeglichen werden müssen.FIG. 3 shows a contact element 9, which likewise has a
auch in Aussparungen verschiedene Kontaktelemente einzusetzen.FIG. 4 shows a
denkbar. Figure 5 shows the further embodiment of a
Figure 6 shows the further embodiment of a
In place of gluing the contact element in the recess are also other attachment options such as clipping or caulking or the like conceivable.
Abschnitten bestehen. The at least partially existing
Kontaktpartner 23 anlegt. Außerdem können durch verschiedene Verlängerungen
21 auch verschiedene Distanzen zwischen den Kontaktpartnern 22, 23 überbrückt
werden. Figure 7 shows the assembly steps for a contact element for fixing in the
Housing or the carrier. FIG. 7 shows the further embodiment of a
