Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß das Kontaktierungsmittel ein Oberteil und ein Unterteil aufweist, die jeweils aus einem elektrisch nicht leitfähigen Material bestehen und die relativ zueinander unter Vorspannung bewegbar sind, wobei das Oberteil eine elektrisch leitende und in ihrer Länge konstant bleibende Verbindung zu dem Unterteil aufweist, wobei die Kontaktierung zwischen der Leiterplatte und der Antennenleiterstruktur über die elektrisch leitende Verbindung erfolgt und wobei das Oberteil und das Unterteil jeweils Führungsarme aufweisen, die an ihren Enden Rasthaken aufweisen, mit denen die beiden Teile in Führungsschienen am Träger geführt sind.According to the invention, it is provided that the contacting means has an upper part and a lower part, each of which is made of an electrically nonconductive material and which are movable relative to each other under prestress, wherein the upper part has an electrically conductive and constant in its length connection to the lower part, wherein the contacting between the circuit board and the antenna conductor structure via the electrically conductive connection and wherein the upper part and the lower part each have guide arms having at their ends latching hooks, with which the two parts are guided in guide rails on the carrier.
Damit ist ein an oder in einem Gehäuse der signalverarbeitenden Einheit montierbarer Träger vorgesehen, der zur Kontaktierung einer in dem Gehäuse angeordneten Leiterplatte mit der Antennenleiterstruktur zumindest ein Kontaktierungsmittel aufweist. Mit diesem Kontaktierungsmittel wird es ermöglicht, Toleranzen zwischen der Leiterplatte in dem Gehäuse der signalverarbeitenden Einheit und den Kontaktierungsflächen für die Antennenleiterstruktur auszugleichen. Dabei ist es bei der Realisierung der KontaKtierungsmittel wichtig, daß diese zum Ausgleich der maximal möglichen Toleranzen ausgestaltet sind, wobei gleichzeitig darauf zu achten ist, daß die erforderlichen elektrischen Eigenschaften (insbesondere Andruckkraft zur Erzeugung der elektrischen Kontaktierung und einwandfreie Übertragung der Signale) sichergestellt sind. Außerdem gewährleistet der an oder in dem Gehäuse der signalverarbeitenden Einheit angeordnete Träger mit seinen Kontaktierungsmitteln die Möglichkeit, im Defektfalle (wenn z. B. bei einem Crash die Fahrzeugscheibe beschädigt wurde) den Träger auszutauschen und anschließend eine neue Fahrzeugscheibe zu montieren, ohne daß die signalverarbeitende Einheit selber mit ausgetauscht werden muß. Zu diesem Zweck ist es von besonderem Vorteil, wenn der Träger von außen in oder an dem Gehäuse angeordnet wird, so daß er von dort aus ausgetauscht werden kann, ohne daß das Gehäuse der signalverarbeitenden Einheit geöffnet werden muß.Thus, a mountable on or in a housing of the signal processing unit carrier is provided which has at least one contacting means for contacting a arranged in the housing circuit board with the antenna conductor structure. Claims (5)
- Antenna arrangement having an electrical connection between a signal-processing unit and an antenna conductor structure on or in a vehicle part of a vehicle, in particular a vehicle window pane (2), with a mount (6) being provided, which is mounted on or in a housing (3) of the signal-processing unit and has at least one contact-making means (5) in order to make contact between a printed circuit board (4), which is arranged in the housing (3), and the antenna conductor structure, characterized in that the contact-making means (5) has an upper part (11) and a lower part (12) which are each composed of an electrically nonconductive material and can move relative to one another in a prestressed manner, with the upper part (11) having an electrically conductive connection, whose length remains constant, to the lower part (12), with the contact being made between the printed circuit board (4) and the antenna conductor structure via the electrically conductive connection, and with the upper part (11) and the lower part (12) each having guide arms (13, 15) which have latching hooks (14, 16) at their ends, by means of which the two parts (11, 12) are guided in guide rails (10) on the mount (6).
- Antenna arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the electrically conductive connection is in the form of a conductive plastic strip (7), a braid (21) or a flat cable.
- Antenna arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the prestressing can be produced by means of a spiral spring (18) which is arranged coaxially within the upper part (11) and the lower part (12).
