Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Formteilen durch Innenhochdruckumformung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (1) aus einem Gehäuse (2) aus zwei ineinandergesteckten und durch Schrumpfung miteinander verbundenen Rohren (3, 4) besteht, wobei in die konzentrische Bohrung (5) des Innenrohres (4) die Werkzeugträgereinheit (6) eingesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeugträgereinheit (6) aus zwei etwa halbschalenförmigen Werkzeugträgern (7a, 7b) besteht, an dem ein Werkzeug (8) befestigt ist, wobei jeweils zwischen Werkzeugträger (7a, 7b) und Werkzeughälfte (8a, 8b) mindestens ein mit einem Druckmedium beaufschlagbarer Kurzhubzylinder (9a, 9b) angeordnet ist, der während des Umformungsprozesses die beiden Werkzeughälften (8a, 8b) in ihrer Schließposition hält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am äußeren Umfang (13) der halbschalenförmigen Werkzeugträger (7a, 7b) ober- bzw. unterhalb der Kurzhubzylinder (9a, 9b) jeweils ein mit einem Druckmedium beaufschlagbares Druckkissen (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das jeweilige Druckkissen (14) durch eine von einer in eine Nut (15) eingesetzte Dichtung umschlossenen Wirkfläche (16) auf dem Umfang (13) der halbschalenförmigen Werkzeuträger (7a, 7b) gebildet ist.
