Hierzu trägt bei, daß an der Abdichtung die Grundplattenmasse voll ansteht und somit eine absolut dichte Grundplattenebene erhalten wird, die praktisch absolut dampfundurchlässig ist. Ein Stecker, der einen erfindungsgemäßen Hohlstift bzw. eine Steckerbrücke mit einem sol-' chen verwendet und/oder auf ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren hergestellt worden ist, ist damit hinreichend geeignet für Feuchtraumanwendungen, Anwendungen im Freien usw., obwohl Hohlstifte und nicht aus Vollmaterial gedrehte und damit per se nach vorne dichte Hohlstifte verwendet werden. Nach Fig. 5 ist die Abdichtung in Form eines Deckelplättchens am oberen Ende des Hohlstiftes vorgesehen.
