Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft Prozessanschaltungen für das sichere Betreiben von sicherungstechnischen Einrichtungen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Derartige Prozessanschaltungen sind auf vielen Gebieten der Technik mit sicherheitsrelevanter Ausrichtung, beispielsweise Fahrzeugbau, Verkehrssteuerung und -überwachung, Industrieanlagenbau und Medizintechnik, erforderlich.
- Im Folgenden wird beispielhaft im Wesentlichen auf Prozessanschaltungen in Form von Stellteilen eines Stellwerkes eingegangen. Die Stellteile der elektronischen Stellwerke steuern eine Vielzahl von Komponenten der Innenanlage und der Außenanlage des Stellwerkes. Die Anpassung an verschiedene Konfigurationen, örtliche Gegebenheiten und unterschiedlichste Komponenten der Stellwerksanlage erfordert eine große Anzahl sehr komplexer und spezifischer Stellteilbaugruppen. Bei häufig notwendigen, an sich geringfügigen Änderungen vorhandener Stellteile ist ein beträchtlicher Aufwand erforderlich, um insbesondere die Entflechtung, die Änderung der Unterlagen, eine neue Sicherheitsnachweisführung und die Validierung der Änderung zu realisieren. Die Anzahl der Stellteile und allgemein der Prozessanschaltungen wächst kontinuierlich und erhöht somit auch den Pflegeaufwand, der u. a. durch Bauteilabkündigungen verursacht wird. Die Tendenz geht zu immer aufwendigeren und kundenspezifischen Speziallösungen.
- Aus der US-A-5,922,034 sind Prozessanschaltungen bzw. Steilteile bekannt, die auf PRD-(Programmable Relay Driver) Technik basieren. Verschiedene PRDs sind dabei zur Steuerung verschiedener Einrichtungen, wie Lampen, Motoren oder Weichen, vorgesehen.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Prozessanschaltungen der gattungsgemäßen Art anzugeben, die sich durch größere Projektierbarkeit, d. h. eine Verringerung der Variantenanzahl auszeichnen.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Der Erfindung liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, dass die Summe der Funktionalitäten aller Prozessanschaltungen auf nur wenige Grundfunktionalitäten abgebildet werden kann. Für jede Grundfunktionalität wird ein elektronisches Funktions-Modul definiert. Eine übergeordnete Architektur legt die Funktionalität, den Aufbau und das Zusammenwirken der Funktions-Module, insbesondere hinsichtlich Schnittstellen, Form und Sicherheitsnachweisführung, fest. Das Modulspektrum lässt sich nach Maßgabe der Architekturvorgaben auf einfache Weise erweitern. Beispielsweise kann das komplette Stellteilspektrum für elektronische Stellwerke mit ca. 15 unterschiedlichen Funktions-Modulen realisiert werden. Die Modulbauweise ermöglicht eine Vorfertigung der Funktions-Module, so dass letztlich kürzere Fertigungszeiten, eine ausgeglichenere Fertigungsauslastung und kürzere Lieferzeiten resultieren. Auch die Sicherheitsnachweisführung ist deutlich einfacher und schneller.
- Die Prüfautomaten für die Funktions-Module in der Fertigung sind aufgrund der geringen Komplexität der Funktions-Module gegenüber einer herkömmlichen Prozessanschaltung klein, kostengünstig und die Prüfprogramme dafür schneller zu implementieren. Die Prüfzeit lässt sich bei der Modultechnik um ein vielfaches reduzieren. Für jedes Funktions-Modul wird ein Sicherheitsnachweis erstellt. Das Zusammenwirken zwischen den Funktions-Modulen wird über einen Verfahrens-Sicherheitsnachweis definiert. Durch Kombination mehrerer Funktions-Module zu einer Prozessanschaltung werden die einzelnen Sicherheitsnachweise der Funktions-Module in einem Gesamtsicherheitsnachweis für die jeweilige Prozessanschaltung eingebettet. Somit wird der Aufwand für die Sicherheitsnachweisführung gegenüber herkömmlichen Prozessanschaltungen deutlich reduziert.
- Die Komplexität der Prozessanschaltungen wird deutlich verringert, wodurch sich die Entwicklungszeit für Änderungen oder neue Prozessanschaltungen und der Entwicklungsaufwand reduzieren lassen. Da die Funktions-Module sehr klein und auf minimale Verlustleistung ausgelegt sind, eignet sich diese Technik sowohl für den Einsatz in Innen- als auch Außenanlagen. Der Einsatz z. B. in einem Lampenschirm oder einem Anschlussgehäuse für Achszähler ist durchaus möglich.
- Funktions-Module, die als elektronische Sicherungen ausgebildet sind, besitzen erfindungsgemäß zum Uberlastschutz und zur Leitungsüberwachung eine Schaltschwelle, die durch Software projektierbar ist. Der zu überwachende Strom wird softwaremäßig für mehrere Strombereiche projektiert. Die bisher üblichen konventionellen Sicherungen werden durch die projektierbaren elektronischen Sicherungen ersetzt. Der Zustand der elektronischen Sicherung kann durch eine LED signalisiert werden. Mit einem Taster kann der Stromkreis aus- und wieder eingeschaltet werden. Dadurch ergibt sich eine wesentliche Funktionalität, um die Modularität zu erreichen. Prozessanschaltungsspezifische bzw. stellteilspezifische Sicherungen sind nicht mehr erforderlich.
- Als Größenordnung für das Volumen eines Funktions-Moduls für Stellteile dürften 45 mm x 30 mm x 20 mm ausreichen. Lediglich der kleine sichere Rechner, der in Anspruch 2 neben anderen Funktions-Modulen aufgeführt ist, benötigt etwa das doppelte Volumen. Der kleine preiswerte sichere Rechner in Projektierung mit anderen Funktions-Modulen ermöglicht eine deutliche Reduzierung des Materialverbrauchs. Durch die Konzentration und Kapselung der Funktionalitäten auf wenige Funktions-Module reduziert sich die Anzahl unterschiedlicher Bauteile, wodurch gleichzeitig die Stückzahl der benötigten Bauteile erhöht wird. Die zeitlichen Signaländerungen auf den Verbindungen zwischen den Funktions-Modulen können um Potenzen größer sein als bei herkömmlichen Stellteilen, so dass die Stellteile unempfindlicher gegen Störungen werden.
- Das als Kommunikationsschnittstelle fungierende Funktions-Modul dient der Kommunikation mit einem übergeordneten Rechner oder mit Nachbarrechnern. Das Funktions-Modul kann beispielsweise für ISDN Uo, PROFIBUS, TCP/IP oder Funkkommunikation ausgelegt sein.
- Funktions-Module in der Ausführungsform als Leistungsschalter sind vorzugsweise mit integriertem Stromwandler ausgestaltet. Unterschiedliche Leistungsschalter werden nach dem gleichen Prinzip angesteuert. Für die zeitlich exakte Ansteuerung ist ein sicherer Rechner in Modultechnik mit einer leistungsfähigen Stormbewertung vorgesehen.
- Die Funktions-Module beinhalten gegebenenfalls auch Mechanismen, um Aderberührungen aufzudecken.
- Der insbesondere bei den Leistungsschaltern und bei dem sicheren Rechner zu überwachende Strom wird gemäß Anspruch 3 softwaremäßig für mehrere Strombereiche projektiert. Jeder Leistungsschalter kann beispielsweise vier schalterspezifische Strombereiche überwachen. Die Strombereiche werden bei der Initialisierung geladen. Dadurch sind die Leistungsschalter in einem großen Strom- und Spannungsbereich einsetzbar.
- Die Anzahl der erforderlichen Funktions-Module wird minimiert. Gleichzeitig sind weniger verschiedene Prozessanschaltungen erforderlich.
- Vorteilhafterweise sind die Funktions-Module gemäß Anspruch 4 vergossen, wodurch ein verringerter Feuchtigkeitseinfluss und eine verbesserte Isolation resultieren. Dies wirkt sich positiv auf die Spannungsfestigkeit der Funktions-Module aus.
- Die Funktions-Module, die zu einem Stellteil kombiniert werden sollen, werden untereinander elektrisch verbunden.
- Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand figürlicher Darstellungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

- Figur 1 zeigt schematisch die Entwicklung eines Stellteiles 1 aus Funktionalitäten Fkt_1, Fkt_2, Fkt... in einer ersten Gruppierung 2 und Funktions-Modulen 3 in einer zweiten Gruppierung 4. Die Funktionalitäten Fkt_1, Fkt_2, Fkt... werden zu einer wesentlich geringeren Anzahl von Funktions-Modulen 3 derart gekapselt, dass Funktionalitäten Fkt_1, Fkt_2, Fkt... für ähnliche Zielsetzungen, beispielsweise bestimmte Strombereiche, in einem durch Software ansteuerbaren elektronischen Funktions-Modul 3 zusammengefasst sind. Aus verschiedenen Modulbausteinen wird das Stellteil 1 zusammengesetzt. Beispielsweise kann das Funktions-Modul 3 als sicherer Rechner 5, Kommunikationsschnittstelle 6 oder als Leistungsschalter 7 ausgebildet sein. Das Stellteil 1 auf Modulbasis zeichnet sich durch verkürzte Fertigungszeiten, vereinfachte Prüfung, verringerte Komplexität, verringertem Pflegeaufwand, reduzierten Materialkosten und verringertem Raumbedarf aus. Im Gegensatz dazu ist die direkte Zusammenfügung der Stellteilkomponenten aus der sehr großen Anzahl der Funktionalitäten Fkt_1, Fkt_2, Fkt... mit geringerer Projektierbarkeit und erhöhten Kosten verbunden.
- Figur 2 veranschaulicht eine Systemkonfiguration für eine Prozessanschaltung 8 im Zusammenwirken mit einem zweikanaligen Rechner 5. Als Kommunikationsschnittstellen 6 sind ein Funktions-Modul 3 für ISDN-Anschluss, TCP/IP und/oder für den Anschluss an einen redundanten Profibus vorgesehen. Die Kommunikationsschnittstellen 6 sind jeweils mit einem Funktions-Modul 3, der den sicheren Rechner 5 repräsentiert, verbunden. Von dem Rechnermodulen 5 werden mehrere Funktions-Module 3 für Leistungsschalter 7 gesteuert. Die Leistungsschaltermodule 7 schalten eine Last 9, beispielsweise eine Signalansteuerung, wie in Figur 3 veranschaulicht oder einen Vier-Draht-Weichenantrieb, wie in Figur 4 veranschaulicht. Den Funktions-Modulen 3 für die Leistungsschalter 7 kann bei Bedarf ein Prüfmodul 10 vorgeschaltet sein. Das Prüfmodul treibt einen konstanten Strom von z. B. 10 mA. Da der sichere Rechner 5 üblicherweise sehr kurze Zykluszeiten hat, kann der Prüfstrom z. B. alle 100 ms für wenige ms eingeschaltet werden. Auf diese Weise ergibt sich eine sehr geringe Verlustleistung. Bei Überstrom werden die Funktions-Module 3 für die Leistungsschalter 7 nach einer projektierbaren Zeitspanne, beispielsweise 20 ms, geöffnet. Bei Kurzschluss wird der Leistungsschalter 7 innerhalb 1 ms geöffnet. Die Abschaltung wird durch eine LED auf der Frontplatte der Prozessanschaltung 8 angezeigt. Mit einem zugehörigen Taster auf der Frontplatte lässt sich der Stromkreis wieder einschalten. Diese Funktionalität ist durch elektronische Sicherungen, deren Schaltschwelle durch Software projektierbar ist, realisiert.
- Figur 3 zeigt ein Stellteil zur Ansteuerung von Signallampen 11.1, 11.2 und 11.3. Die Signallampe 11.3 ist dabei eine Rotlampe, die mittels eines Funktions-Moduls 3 für ein Abschaltrelais 12 besonders abgesichert ist, um das zugeordnete, besonders sicherheitsrelevante Haltegebot in jedem Fall zu garantieren.
- Figur 4 zeigt ein weiteres Beispiel für den modularen Aufbau eines Stellteiles, das für die Ansteuerung eines Vier-Draht-Weichenantriebes 13 vorgesehen ist.
- Figur 5 zeigt ein Strombereichsdiagramm für ein Funktions-Modul 3 zur Leistungsschaltung 7. Die Strombereiche 14.1, 14.2, 14.3 und 14.4, die der Anschaulichkeit wegen fensterartig dargestellt sind, sind durch Software projektierbar. Dabei ist auch eine Überlappung von Strombereichen, im Ausführungsbeispiel 14.2 und 14.3, möglich. Der erste Strombereich 14.1, der der geringsten Leistungsaufnahme entspricht, kann z. B. für einen Prüfstrom vorgesehen sein, der zweite Strombereich 14.2 symbolisiert den Strombereich bei Nachtspannung, der dritte Strombereich 14.3 symbolisiert den Strombereich bei Tagspannung und der vierte Strombereich 14.4, der der höchsten Leistungsaufnahme entspricht, wird bei Überstrom wirksam, wobei der zugehörige Lastschalter nach einer projektierbaren Zeitspanne, beispielsweise 10 ms, geöffnet wird.
- Die Erfindung beschränkt sich nicht auf die vorstehend angegebenen Ausführungsbeispiele.

- Prozessanschaltungen für das sichere Betreiben von sicherungstechnischen Einrichtungen, insbesondere für die Ansteuerung von Signallampen (11.1, 11.2, 11.3), Weichenantrieben (13), Achszählern, Freimeldeeinrichtungen, Geschwindigkeitsmesseinrichtungen, Fahrsperren und für sichere Kontaktabfragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
Funktions-Module (3) vorgesehen sind, deren Funktionalitäten (Fkt_1, Fkt_2, Fkt...) mehreren verschiedenen Prozessanschaltungen gemeinsam sind, wobei die Funktions-Module (3) elektronische Sicherungen, deren Schaltschwellen und Trägheit durch Software projektierbar ist, umfassen. - Prozessanschaltungen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
gekapselte Funktions-Module (3) als Prüfschaltungen (10), Leistungsschalter (7), Filter, digitale Ein- und Ausgänge, Rechner (5) und Kommunikationsschnittstellen (6) ausgebildet sind. - Prozessanschaltungen nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet ,
dass die Funktions-Module (3) zur Überwachung mehrerer durch Software projektierbarer Strombereiche (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4) ausgebildet sind. - Prozessanschaltungen nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet ,
dass die Funktions-Module (3) vergossen sind.
