Description

The invention relates to a display of a stand according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

More recently, efforts have been made increasingly for areal cargo to not only transport, store and offer them in a sales rack, but also to place them in the customer's field of vision through representative and rational displays. These displays should be suitable at the same time by simple additional measures to transport the flat-shaped cargo.

Tiefe an. Chocolate bars, as an example of flat-shaped piece goods, are usually offered in a range carton, the panels are arranged in subjects horizontally or vertically. In one case, as in the other case, the customer takes the desired product from him according to his needs. Thus, the individual stacks offer a very different height or depth. The store staff must, if the overall impression of the customer is positive, constantly provide for refilling and an orderly presentation, which is associated with significant additional costs. Especially with a large distributor, a display must solve all requirements in an optimal way.

In US 5322172 A is a corrugated cardboard cut out or punched out foldable display with also foldable trays, as the shelf-box-like module elements are called, disclosed for receiving flat piece goods. The two uppermost, integrally formed trays are placed over a trapezoidal in cross-section saddle and therefore formed on both sides sloping backwards. The underlying, also cuboid-shaped trays are arranged horizontally on both sides of the stand above and attached to the side walls.

A groundbreaking improvement is described in WO 03/003881 (PCT / CH02 / 00010). The at least in the edge region parallelepiped-shaped trays for about vertical stacking and presenting flat-shaped cargo have at least one angle deviating from 90 ° in each corner. In the side or intermediate walls of the stator punching slots for receiving plug connections are recessed at different levels, which serve the oblique introduction and fixing of the trays, wherein the end wall and the side surfaces of the trays are approximately perpendicular. As a result, when removing a piece goods slip the other cargo automatically forward and always remain in about vertical position.

The present invention has for its object to improve a stand with front-to-back rising trays of the type mentioned above and in particular to simplify.

The object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing part of patent claim 1. Special and further developing embodiments of the displays are the subject of dependent claims.

The number and arrangement of the vertical chambers in a display is in principle arbitrary, it is determined by practical and visual factors. To improve the stability, several displays with a chamber can be juxtaposed and releasably connected together by means known per se. Displays with multiple chambers have to increase the stability, eg. B. a common back wall or folded partitions of double wall thickness.

For reasons of production technology, the smallest possible number of standard shapes and dimensions are sought for the trays, and the displays are adapted accordingly.

The displays in turn should preferably be dimensioned such that they have a total of standard pallets with respect to their base area, in smaller embodiments half or a quarter thereof. The stand or the frame can also be designed so that on the front and back of a viewed from above "zigzag" front side of the display can be formed, which is well visible from all sides.

As a rule, a pedestal is connected to the stand, for the transport and storage of the displays only, as is known, a stülper, d. H. an adapted hood, down to the base or beyond this applied and optionally fixed with a strapping.

The displays according to the invention with the inserted trays are suitable for transporting, stacking, presenting and removing flat-form piece goods of all kinds, for example chocolate bars, compact discs (CD), books and at least semi-rigid bags.

The stand and the trays made of a folded blank or stamping made of corrugated board or cardboard have adapted to the requirements of rigidity, mechanical and chemical resistance if necessary. The vertical end wall of the chamber (s) of the display is largely open so that the trays can be inserted and removed as needed. Furthermore, the area-shaped piece goods should be clearly visible to the consumer. The front wall of the stand therefore consists of relatively narrow connecting webs, which ensure sufficient stability.

In a stand made of a folded blank or stamped a locking tab is formed above the connecting webs via a fold line, which is rectangular and preferably extends over the entire width of the chamber of the display. Is the locking tab in the interior of the chamber folded over, created by the preferably flush punched edges improved stabilization, which is the greater, the deeper the locking tabs protrude into the chamber interior. This stabilization can be further improved by locking devices shown in more detail in the drawing. The length of the folded locking tab is limited by geometric and manufacturing factors, for example, gripping hooks must have enough space.

According to a preferred embodiment, the rear wall of the trays lies on the entire surface of the rear wall of the stand or extends in a small, due to the manufacturing precision distance parallel thereto, usually far less than a millimeter. Next, the end wall of the trays is suitably formed parallel to the rear wall. The two ends of the trays expediently extend at an angle β of 70 to 90 °, preferably 75 to 85 °, relative to the horizontal. This angle β corresponds to the insertion angle of the trays defined by the support elements of the display. The remaining angles of the trays are preferably right angles.

However, the trays can be made according to the disclosed in German Utility Model DE 20116002 U geometric shape. In addition to an always desired very good presentation of the product with optical effects of the entire display, the invention has the following advantages:
  • The inclination of the trays allows for the removal of the foremost flat products, an automatic slipping due to gravity and the low coefficient of friction.
  • The products are attractively presented.
  • The stand is simple and inexpensive to produce, the support surfaces for the trays and entanglements increase stability.
  • The trays are easy to insert and remove, they can therefore be replaced even if they are still half full.

At each connecting web 20, a fold-over pocket 24 is provided at the bottom over a double fold line 23, which is folded over by 180 ° and glued to the relevant connecting web 20, which means a considerable reinforcement.

About an upper fold line 25 with each connecting web 20, a locking tab 26, 28 is formed on the uppermost connecting web 20, a wide locking tab 26 at the remaining connecting webs 20, a narrow locking tab 28. Between the locking tabs 26, 28 and the side walls 16, 18 adjacent to the fold lines 25 each have a separating cut attached. Thus, all locking tabs 26, 28 can be folded along the fold line 25 in the direction of view to the rear.

The length t 2 of the locking tab 26 requires two openings 30 and at each short punch edge depending on a corresponding half-opening for locking with the trays. These high-rectangular openings 30 at a distance h each have an underlying support edge 38 for receiving the Verrastnasen 92 of the trays 44 (Figure 5), which has a distance t 1 from the connecting web 20, which corresponds to the height of the narrow locking tabs 28. The width b of the locking tabs 26, 28 corresponds with little play of the width b of the fold of the blank formed to the stand 12 to the front largely open space.

The length t 2 of the uppermost locking tab 26 in the present case is preferably at least about 30%, in particular 30 to 60% of the depth s of the mentioned chamber 98 of the display. The length t 1 of the narrow locking tabs 28 only at preferably at most about 30%, in particular at 10 to 20% of said depth s, which is determined by the width of the side parts 16, 18.

Each narrow locking tab 28 has a support edge 32. In the support edge 32 of the lowermost narrow locking tab 28 grooves 34 are indicated, which serve the better locking with the trays. Of course, recesses 30 and grooves 34 may have a different geometry than rectangular and are formed in this variant at all support edges 32.

Der Horizontalabstand h der Öffnungen 30, 36 entspricht der Breite eines Trays 44 (Fig. 5).In the rear wall also hochrechteckige openings 36 are formed with a support edge 39 for latching the trays. In the region of the fold line 15 and the punching edge 40 openings or grooves are mounted, which make up half the width of the openings 36. The openings 36 serve to accommodate of insertion lugs 42 of the trays 44 (FIG. 5). The horizontal distance h of the openings 30, 36 corresponds to the width of a tray 44 (FIG. 5).

Figure imgb0001
From the level difference n 2 -n 1 of the openings 36 and the respective fold line 25 and the depth s of the side walls 16, 18, the angle of inclination β (FIGS. 9, 10) of the trays 44 inserted in the stand 10 (FIG. 5) easy to calculate. tgβ = n 2 - n 1 s

The blank drawing of a stamped product shown in FIG. 2 for a stand 10 corresponds in reduced form apart from the formation of the lower punching edge 46 exactly Fig. 1. At this stand edge 46 in addition to the Umlegelasche 24 plug means 62, 63, 64, 68 for centering and latching 10 provided in a base 48, which is also shown in Fig. 3 in the blank.

Jede dieser Mantelflächen hat eine untenliegende Umlegelasche 50.Corresponding to the base of the stand 10, the base 48 comprises a rear wall 14 ', two side walls 16', 18 'and a front wall 20', which are folded and joined together with a glue flap 22 '. Each of these lateral surfaces has an underlying fold-over pocket 50.

The Verrastungslaschen 54 connected by a Umlegelasche 52 with the front or rear wall 20 ', 14' of the base 48 are a fold line 55 bent at right angles, then the Umlegelaschen 52 kindart along a fold line 53. The Verrastungslaschen 54 are now over the entire surface together and parallel to The front and rear wall 20 '14' of the base 48. Previously, the lapping tabs 56 have been bent inwardly along a fold line 57 so that the folded tabs 58 of the two Verrastungslaschen 54 can be inserted into a slot 60.

When placing the stand 10 on the base 41, the insertion lugs 62 are guided by 180 ° folded over abutting locking tab 64 through the recesses 66 and 72 of the base 48. At the same time, the two locking lugs 68 of the rear wall 14 of the stand 10 are guided through the openings 70 in the upper lug 52 of the rear wall 14 'of the base 48 by being pressed slightly inward. At the same time, a tab 63 formed in the fold-over pocket 24 is inserted into a slot 69 formed in the upper fold-over pocket 52 of the front wall 20 'of the base 48. After reaching the end position, the locking lugs 68 spring into the narrowing of the slots 70, the locking tabs 64 of the lugs 62 are rotated in the quarter-circular recesses 72 in the Umlegelaschen 56 of the side walls 16 ', 18' of the base 48 by about 90 ° and so in Brought locking position. The stand 10 and the base 48 now form a stable, easily detachable unit for receiving the trays 44 according to FIGS. 4 to 6.

B. gegen Feuchtigkeit. The trays 44 shown in these figures are made of folded corrugated cardboard or folded cardboard. Essential is the geometric shape, the stability and in special applications at most the resistance, eg. B. against moisture.

Die Rückwand 84 bildet bezüglich der Bodenfläche 82 einen Winkel β von etwa 60°.The blank drawing according to FIG. 4 shows that the side walls 74, 76 are reinforced by a respective folded inner flap 78, which is inserted into corresponding recesses of the bottom surface 82. When folding the inner straps 78 over a double fold line 79, the retaining tabs 86 applied to the side walls 74, 76 and thus the rear wall 84 of the trays are fixed. The rear wall 84 forms with respect to the bottom surface 82 at an angle β of about 60 °.

Also immediately prior to folding the inner plates 78, the retaining tabs 88 of the end wall 90 of the tray 44 are placed on the side walls 74, 76 and guided with the Verrastnasen 92 through the corresponding recess 80 in the bottom surface 82, where they are fixed after insertion of the inner plates 78 in the recesses 80.

Erfindungswesentlich sind die erwähnten Verrastnasen 92 und die von den Rückwänden 74, 76 abkràgenden Einrastnasen 42.Essential to the invention are the latching lugs 92 mentioned and the detent lugs 42, which are offset by the rear walls 74, 76.

For the sake of completeness, it should also be mentioned that the end wall 90 serves a décolleté 94 protruding into the bottom surface 82 for better gripping and for better visualization of the contents. A recess 96 serves to stack the trays 44 outside of the stand 10, wherein the latching nose 92 engages in this recess.

Die Trays 44 sind reine Faltschachteln ohne Klebelasche. The trays 44 are pure cartons without adhesive flap.

In the following FIGS. 7 to 10 folded stands 10, pedestals, 48 and trays 44 are shown in perspective view. The stand 10 is inserted into the socket 48 and locked. In FIGS. 7 and 8, a plug-in nose 62, the insertion tab 63 and the locking tabs 68 are visible. These plug and latch systems greatly increase the stability of a display filled with trays 44.

Furthermore, it can be seen clearly from FIGS. 7 and 8 that the stability of the upright 10, in particular through the uppermost wide locking tab 26, which is folded into the forwardly open chamber 98 and abuts both sides of the side walls 16, 18, together with the three likewise folded and laterally adjacent narrow locking tabs 28 ensure the stability of the empty stand. In Fig. 7, the insertion of a tray 44 in the chamber 98 is indicated by two arrows. First, the Verrastnasen 92 are inserted into the relevant hochrechteckigen openings 30 and then pressed the rear part of the tray down until the insertion lugs 42 engage in the likewise hochrechteckigen openings 36 of the rear wall 14 and rest on the support edge 38.

In this position, the rear wall 14 of the stand 10 and the rear wall 84 of the tray 44 extend parallel to each other at a small distance or lie over each other over the entire surface.

Fig. 8 shows a latched tray 44, which rests with the bottom surface 82 over the entire surface on the uppermost locking tab 26 and fixes them in this stabilizing position.

To lift the tray 44 is raised in the region of the rear wall 84 in the direction of the arrow and the Verrastnasen 92 pulled out of the openings 30 of the uppermost locking tab 26.

The insertion of a tray 44 in a lower floor of the stand 10 with a narrow locking tab 28 is analogous. The Verrastnasen 92 of the tray 44 are pushed under the folded narrow locking tab 28 until they abut the support edge 28 and the insertion lugs 42 engage in the respective openings 36 of the rear wall 14. The narrow locking tab 28 is also stabilized by the Verrastnasen 92 in their position. The narrow locking tabs 28 also contribute to the stabilization of the stator 10.

Each inserted tray 44 further increases the stability of the stand, the openings 30, 36 are relatively narrow, the inserted lugs 42 and latching lugs 92 prevent in particular a twisting of the stator 10th

Between the connecting webs 20, the side walls each have a relatively strong indentation 100, which improves the lateral view of the contents of the inserted trays without weakening the stand 10 as a whole appreciably.

In a display 12 as shown in FIG. 9 twelve trays are locked, the stability of the stator 10 is maximum, because the stable trays are adjacent and the Fill chamber 98 between the side walls 16, 18.

The side walls 16, 18 are usually colored at least on the outside and / or printed, also the base 48th

The lying substantially on a plane end walls 90 of the latched trays 44 facilitate the protection of the display 12 by placing a Stülpers, not shown, especially during storage and / or transport.

The angle of inclination β of the trays 44 is indicated, likewise in the rear view of the display 12 according to FIG. 10. In this rear view, the adhesive tab 22 can also be seen.

In Fig. 11, a high-rectangular opening 36 of the rear wall 14 is shown enlarged. This opening 36 is penetrated by a respective insertion nose 42 of adjacent trays 44, which rest on the support edge 38.
