Abstract

The invention relates to a display (12) which comprises at least one stand (10) which is provided with at least one chamber which is open towards the front and trays (42) which are installed and fixed in the chambers and are raised towards the rear at an angle of inclination (ß). In recent years, more and more efforts have been made for piece goods not only to transport them for sale, to store them and to offer them in a rack, but also to place them in the customer's field of vision through representative and rational displays. These displays should be suitable at the same time by simple additional measures to transport the cargo. Especially with a large distributor, a display must solve all requirements in an optimal way.

A groundbreaking improvement is described in WO 03/003881. The at least in the edge region parallel epiped-shaped trays for about vertical stacking and presenting flat-shaped cargo have in each corner at least a smaller than 90 ° formed angle. The stands for inserting the trays have means for obliquely introducing and fixing the trays, wherein the end wall and the side surfaces of the trays inserted in a display are approximately perpendicular. Both the stands and the trays of the displays are preferably made of a folded blank or punched corrugated board or cardboard with adapted to the requirements of rigidity, mechanical and chemical resistance if necessary. The number and arrangement of the vertical chambers in a stand is in principle arbitrary, it is determined by the number of openings and is determined by practical and visual factors. To improve the stability and / or for visual reasons, several stands can be juxtaposed and releasably connected together by means known per se.

For reasons of production technology, the smallest possible number of standard shapes and dimensions are desired for the stands and the trays. The displays in turn should preferably be dimensioned such that they have a total of standard pallets with respect to their base area, in smaller embodiments half or a quarter thereof.

Several stands have expediently a common base, in particular a folding base. For transport and storage is preferably only, as is known, a stülper, d. H. an adapted hood down to the base or beyond, applied and optionally fixed with a strapping. The filled trays inserted into the stands are completely closed for further stabilization of the display, they are only opened at the point of sale.

The inclination angle β of the trays is preferably in the range of 5 to 25 °, in particular in the range of 10 to 20 °. Depending on the product, an angle is selected which makes the gliding just possible, ie the angle of inclination β is as small as possible. This can be improved if necessary, by the bottom surface of the trays has a lubricious layer or is covered with a lubricious liner. This can be sprayed or inserted before or after folding.

The generally rectangular openings in the rear wall of the stand must be at least as high as the trays formed and adapted to the shape. The penetration of the rear wall of the stand by the inserted trays ensures a perfect support in the stand and increases the stability of the entire stand. The inclination of the trays causes at the same size openings of the rear wall of the stand jamming, which has an additional positive effect on the stability, but only at small angles of inclination ß is possible.

These connectors 38 are guided by long rectangular openings 40 in the side walls 18, 20. These openings can be arranged according to a variant, not shown, instead of horizontally in a tilt angle ß. Furthermore, these openings 40 can be omitted if the display comprises only one stand or if it is an outside wall of the display.

After folding the flaps 32 against the side walls 18, 20, a tray 42 (Figure 3) may be inserted into the formed front opening 44 with the flaps 32 folded. Tray 42 is loaded with general cargo during insertion. According to a variant, not shown, the front opening 44 can be punched out without the formation of flaps 32.

At the top of the blank drawing 32 foldable, one another foldable tabs 57 are formed for the formation of a cover.

The connecting webs 34 form the upper stop edge 46 and the lower Bearing edge 48 for an inserted tray 42 (FIG. 3). According to a variant, not shown, the lower support edge 48 may be formed reinforced by a portion of the connecting web 34 folded and expediently glued on the inside with this.

Rear openings 50 are punched out of the rear wall 16 in the same grid, the height h _{A of} which corresponds at least to the height _{ht of} the trays 42 (FIG. 2), preferably according to formula (1) given above. The corrugated cardboard 90 for the uprights 10 (FIG. 1) according to FIG. 5 has a stronger and more rigid construction than the corrugated cardboard 92 for the trays 42 (FIG. 3) according to FIG. 4. The corrugated cardboard 90 comprises two different corrugations 94, 96 , which are arranged between two cover sheets 98, 102 and separated by an intermediate sheet 100. The corrugated cardboard 92 for the trays 42 must have a lower mechanical strength and flexural rigidity, a simple corrugated layer 104 between two cover sheets 106, 108 is sufficient.
