Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fassung einer elektrischen Lampe, die insbesondere für elektrische Backöfen und Kochherde bestimmt ist. Die Fassung ist aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material hergestellt, beispielsweise aus Keramik, und ein Ende ist mit einem Flansch, der über einen eigenen Körper der Fassung greift, versehen, während das andere Ende mit einem Paar von elektrischen Kontakten zur Zuleitung des elektrischen Stroms zu einer elektrischen Glühbirne, die sich im Innenraum der Fassung befindet, versehen ist. Mit Hilfe der Rotationsnut und der Haltefeder ist es möglich, eine zuverlässige Anbringung der Lampe im Loch der Wand des Küchengeräts zu sichern. Nach dem Einschieben des einteiligen keramischen Lampengehäuses in das Installationsloch in der Wand des Küchengeräteschranks bis zum angeformten Flanschrand schiebt sich die ganze Lampe unter der Wirkung der Haltfeder querachsig in das Montageloch, bis es zum Einschieben des Schrankrands in die Rotationsnut kommt. Die Größe des Klemmraums ist also nicht gleichbleibend und in Richtung zum mittleren Teil des keramischen Gehäuses ändern sich die Abmessungen des Klemmraums. Das bringt Schwierig-keiten bei der Beurteilung des Schutzumfangs des genannten Patents und auch bei der Auslegung der Reichweite des Hauptpatentanspruchs mit sich. Gemäß der Darstellung der Lösung in der Beschreibung des genannten Patents entspricht die Breite der Rotationsnut der maximalen Blechdichte der Wand des Küchengeräteschranks. Laut der Formulierung des Kennzeichens des Patent-anspruchs entspricht dann die Größe des Klemmraums auch der maximalen Blechdichte der Wand des Küchengeräteschranks. Bei der Konstruktion der Fassung der Lampe gemäß der Erfindung wird folgendes Prinzip eingehalten: die Dicke des Wandblechs des elektrischen Backofens ist kleiner als der Abstand zwischen dem inneren Flanschrand des Fassungskörpers und dem Funktionsvorsprung bzw. den Funktionsvorsprüngen, die auf der Zylinderfläche des Fassungskörpers angeformt sind. Claims (9)
