Claims (15)
- Système de contrôle d'environnement destiné à piloter une pluralité d'appareils (1, 2, 3, 4) dans une habitation (10), ledit système comprenant un réseau de transmission pour acheminer des signaux de commande à partir d'un dispositif de télécommande (20) vers les appareils à piloter, ledit réseau de transmission comportant une pluralité de modules d'interface de transmission (30), chaque module comprenant des moyens de transmission radiofréquence de courte portée pour communiquer entre eux et avec les appareils équipés de moyens de transmission radiofréquence, et des moyens de conversion radiofréquence/infrarouge pour communiquer avec les appareils équipés de moyens de transmission infrarouge,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de télécommande (20) est un appareil de télécommunication mobile qui comprend en outre des moyens de transmission radiofréquence à courte portée compatibles avec ceux des modules d'interface de transmission et en ce que le système de contrôle d'environnement comprend en outre un service de mise en relation (80) accessible avec le dispositif de télécommande via un réseau mobile de télécommunication (60), ledit service de mise en relation comprenant des moyens pour gérer les appels. - Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les modules d'interface de transmission (30) comprennent des moyens de traitement pour identifier l'appareil à piloter de manière à transmettre l'ordre de commande directement à l'appareil ou via un ou plusieurs autres modules d'interface suivant la localisation de l'appareil dans l'habitat.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les modules d'interface de transmission (30) utilisent la technologie Bluetooth® pour les transmissions radiofréquences de courte portée.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des dispositifs interrupteurs (40) à commande radiofréquence pour contrôler des appareils électromécaniques en réponse aux signaux de commande radiofréquences transmis par les modules d'interface.
- Système selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs interrupteurs (40) à commande radiofréquence comprennent en outre des moyens pour renvoyer un signal de confirmation de prise en compte du signal de commande.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de télécommande (20) comprend des moyens logiciels de gestion d'environnement pour piloter les appareils de l'habitation à partir du dispositif de télécommande.
- Système selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de télécommande (20) comprend des moyens de stockage pour mémoriser les identifications des appareils et les protocoles de commande associés à chaque appareil pour permettre à l'utilisateur d'avoir accès aux fonctions spécifiques de chaque appareil.
- Système selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de télécommande (20) comprend un dispositif d'affichage (23) formant avec lesdits moyens logiciels de gestion d'environnement une interface graphique pour identifier et commander les appareils à piloter.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de télécommande (20) comprend un dispositif de synthèse vocale formant avec lesdits moyens logiciels de gestion d'environnement une interface sonore pour identifier et commander les appareils à piloter.
- Système selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de télécommande (20) comprend en outre des moyens de commande vocale pour commander au moins une partie des fonctions du logiciel de gestion d'environnement.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de télécommande (20) comprend en outre des moyens pour générer automatiquement des requêtes de commande pré-configurées sous forme de messages textuels ou vocaux.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des modules d'interface de transmission (141) comprend en outre des moyens de télécommunication mobile de type GSM/GPRS de manière à recevoir des signaux de commande via un réseau mobile de télécommunication (60) de type GSM/GPRS.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un modem (50) équipé d'un port de transmission radiofréquence à courte portée compatible avec ceux des modules d'interface de transmission de manière à recevoir des signaux de commande via un réseau fixe de télécommunication et à les transmettre aux modules d'interface de transmission.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une plate-forme de télémétrie (70) accessible par un réseau mobile de télécommunication (60) de type GSM/GPRS pour gérer le pilotage des appareils par l'utilisateur en dehors de l'habitat ainsi que l'accès au service de mise en relation.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un service de téléchargement sécurisé (90) pour échanger des contenus informationnels via un réseau de télécommunication (60).
