    • a cylindrical outer surface (21) which extends in the extension direction,
    • resiliently deformable limbs (22) which extend substantially in continuation of the outer surface, said limbs having an enlarged end (24) which is intended to be positioned behind the outer collar (36) of the neck of the bottle,
    - a cylindrical sleeve (28) which has a hole (30) which extends in the extension direction around the outer surface (21) of the fixing element,

  3. Assembly according to claim 2, characterised in that the decorative means (8) further includes a skirt (32) which extends in the extension direction (10) around the sleeve (28).
  4. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the sleeve (28) and the fixing element (16) are composed of polyoxymethylene.
  5. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the diameter of the hole of the sleeve (28) is from 0.3 to 0.4 millimetres smaller than the diameter of the outer surface (21) of the fixing element (16).
