Claims (10)

  1. Assembly for the shaping of carrying structures capable of receiving individual units in a pasty state and in particular of the food type, such as confectionery products, thus displayed side by side according to a voluminal presentation, characterized in that this assembly consists of: a) a plurality of plates (2) fitted with sprockets capable of receiving said pasty units by skewering, said plates comprising on a side which constitutes their reverse side a surface unevenness, in particular at least one bore (26, 27) designed to allow the plate to be removably fixed to a junction node (1) either directly or by means of a connecting rod (3); b) a plurality of junction nodes (1) fitted with projections (11, 12, 13) designed to allow said nodes to be removably fixed to a said plate either directly or by means of connecting rods; c) a plurality of connecting rods (3), in particular tubular rods capable of being fitted onto a plate at one end and onto a junction node at the other end.
  2. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the junction nodes (1) consist of a sleeve tube (10) comprising at at least one end a bore (14) shaped so as to be engaged by a plate with sprockets or by a connecting rod.
  3. Assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that the central sleeve tube (10) which forms the junction node bears on its outer walls outwardly diverging bores (11, 12, 13) capable of being engaged by connecting rods (3).
  4. Assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that said bores consist of recessed (female) or projecting (male) cylindrical protuberances (11, 12, 13) designed to have a connecting rod fitted therein.
  5. Assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that said protuberances (11, 12 and 13) forming an outlet and bases of diverging rods are oriented at 45° in relation to the central axis of the sleeve tube.
  6. Assembly according to claim 5, characterized in that said protuberances forming an outlet for fixing connecting rods are three in number disposed equidistantly on the circumference of the outer body of said central sleeve tube.
  7. Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the plates (2) are formed of discs (20) fitted with a belt in the form of a cylindrical section (21), said belt bearing radial sprockets (22, 23) on the one hand and sprockets (24, 25) perpendicular to the plane of the disc on the other hand.
  8. Assembly according to claim 2 or claim 3, characterized in that the hollow sleeve tube (10) which forms the junction node comprises at a first end a female cavity (14) for receiving either a connecting rod (3) or a sprocket-bearing plate (2), and the opposite or second end of said sleeve tube is fitted with tabs (16, 17, 18) which extend the body of the cylindrical sleeve tube, which tabs are equidistant from one another and which are configured so as to allow them to be inserted between the tabs of the second end of a symmetrically disposed node, whereby the two opposite nodes back to back interpenetrate one another through their said tabs in order to be twinned, and the two sleeve tubes thus coupled back to back provide, in the case of one sleeve tube, upwardly diverging outlets for the connecting rods and, in the case of the other sleeve tube, downwardly oriented outlets.
  9. Voluminal structure providing on its periphery rest means, in the form of sprockets, for skewering units in the pasty state, in particular confectionery products, and characterized in that said structure consists of an assembly according to at least one of claims 1 to 8 above,
  10. Voluminal structure according to claim 9, in particular having a generally conical shape with an upwardly-oriented or downwardly-oriented tip and comprising on its peripheral surface confectionery products forming a decorative surfacing and displayed for their presentation and their selection.
