Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, die aus dem Stand der
Technik bekannten Vorrrichtungen zum Entriegeln von Trennwandelementen
bzw. damit ausgestatteten Trennwandelemente für Duschabtrennungen
dahingehend zu verbessern, dass das Abschwenken des Trennwandelementes
vereinfacht wird.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale der Ansprüche 1 und
6 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den zugehörigen
Ansprüchen enthalten.
Die vorliegende Erfindung beinhaltet demnach eine Vorrichtung zum Entriegeln
eines Trennwandelementes, welches mit einem Verschiebeprofil an einem
oberen Führungsprofil einer Duschabtrennung aufgehängt ist und an diesem
entlang verschiebbar ist und in einem unteren Bereich an einem Rahmen- oder
Schwellenprofil beweglich geführt ist. Das Trennwandelement ist im unteren
Bereich aus dem Rahmen- oder Schwellenprofil lösbar ist, so dass der untere
Bereich des Trennwandelementes vom Rahmen- oder Schwellenprofil
abschwenkbar ist, wobei das Trennwandelement ein unteres Profil aufweist,
an welchem eine Führungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die mit einem
Führungshaken in das Rahmen- oder Schwellenprofil eingreift, wobei der
Führungshaken mittels einer Betätigungseinrichtung aus der Eingriffsposition
lösbar ist. Die Trennwand ist dadurch in besonders einfacher Weise aus dem
Rahmen- oder Schwellenprofil lösbar und durch Umsetzung einer
Drehbewegung in eine lineare Bewegung vom Rahmen- oder Schwellenprofil
vom Rahmen- oder Schwellenprofil abschwenkbar, so dass eine Reinigung in
diesem Bereich erfolgen kann. Die vorteilhafte Anordnung der Vorrichtung am
unteren Profil des Trennwandelementes verhindert weiter Beschädigungen in
der Funktion durch versehentliches Betreten des Rahmens bzw. der Schwelle.
Weiter wird die Handhabung des Benutzers zum Abschwenken der Trennwand
wesentlich vereinfacht.
Nach einem bevorzugten Merkmal der Erfindung ist die Betätigungseinrichtung
in Verbindung mit der Führungseinrichtung in einer Ausfräsung am unteren
Profil angeordnet. Die Vorrichtung ist somit durch Auswechseln der unteren
Profile auch nachträglich in bereits vorhandene Duschabtrennungen
installierbar und gewährleistet dabei eine hohe Funktionssicherheit. Die Betätigungseinrichtung 1.4 ist ein Drehschalter, der mit der Welle 1.4.1 in
