Claims (11)

  1. Gerät zum Verschließen verschiedener Behälter umfassend:
    - einen Sockel (2), der dafür eingerichtet ist, einen Sitz (3) zur Aufnahme eines Behälters (4) zu begrenzen,
    - ein zwischen einer Freisetzungsstellung und einer Schließbereitschaftsstellung bewegbares Gestell (12), das mit einem Mittel (13) zur Befestigung eines Verschließorgans auf einem Behälter (4) versehen ist, der in dem Sitz (3) angeordnet ist,
    - ein System (18) zur Verbindung zwischen dem Gestell (12) und dem Sockel (2), das den Übergang des bewegbaren Gestells von einer Stellung zur anderen erlaubt,
    - und einen Mechanismus (40) zur Bewegung des Gestells (12), das zwischen der Schließbereitschaftsstellung und einer Schließstellung bewegbar ist, in der das Mittel zur Befestigung (13) die feste Verbindung des Verschließorgans auf dem Behälter sichert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das bewegbare Gestell (12) auf dem Sockel (2) mit einer vertikalen Gleitmöglichkeit montiert ist, um seine Bewegung zwischen seiner Schließbereitschaftsstellung und seiner Schließstellung zu erlauben,
    daß der Bewegungsmechanismus (40) mindestens eine Spule (41) zur Erzeugung eines Magnetfeldes umfasst, die auf dem Sockel (2) oder auf dem Gestell (12) derart montiert ist, dass in Schließbereitschaftsstellung des Gestells das durch die Spule erzeugte Magnetfeld auf einen Kreis (43) zum Schließen des Magnetfeldes wirkt, der auf dem Gestell beziehungsweise auf dem Sockel im Umfang des Sitzes zur Aufnahme (3) angeordnet ist
    und daß das Gestell (12) und der Sockel (2) eingerichtet sind, um Mittel zur Positionierung des Gestells (12) in Schließbereitschaftsstellung derart zu umfassen, dass mit dem Sockel (2) ein Spalt (E) festgelegt wird, um bei Erregung der Spule das Schließen des Magnetfeldes (43) durch den Kreis zu erlauben, um eine Anziehungskraft zu schaffen, die die Bewegung des Gestells (12) bis zur Stellung zum Verschließen des Behälters sichert.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungsmechanismus (40) mindestens eine Spule (41) zur Erzeugung eines Magnetfeldes umfaßt, die auf dem Sockel (2) montiert ist, wobei sie mindestens teilweise den Sitz zur Aufnahme (3) und einen Kreis zum Schließen des Magnetfeldes (43), der auf dem bewegbaren Gestell (12) eingerichtet ist, umschließt.
  3. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungsmechanismus (40) mindestens eine Spule zur Erzeugung eines Magnetfeldes (41) umfaßt, die die Gesamtheit des Umfangs des Sitzes (3) umschließt.
  4. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spule zur Erzeugung eines Magnetfeldes (41) mit einem Kreis zur Kanalisierung des Magnetfeldes (44) verknüpft ist, der sich in Schließbereitschaftsstellung in der Nähe des Kreises zum Schließen erstreckt.
  5. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Positionierung des Gestells in Schließbereitschaftsstellung aus mindestens einem Anschlag (31) zum Beschränken der Annäherungsbewegung des Gestells (12) in Bezug auf den Sockel (2) bestehen.
  6. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegbare Gestell (12) und/oder der Sockel (2) Dichtungsmittel (52) umfassen, die den Sitz zur Aufnahme (3) in einer Schließbereitschaftsstellung abdichten.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Vorrichtung zum Absaugen und gegebenenfalls zum Einspritzen eines mit dem Sitz zur Aufnahme (3) kommunizierenden Fluids umfaßt.
  8. Gerät nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es umfaßt:
    - Stützanschläge (53), die unter der Wirkung der Annäherung des bewegbaren Gestells (12) in Bezug auf den Sockel (2) elastisch verformbar sind, wobei sie es ermöglichen, eine Zwischenstellung zur Schließbereitschaft des Gestells einzugrenzen,
    - und eine Einheit zur Erregung der Spule zum Erzeugen eines Magnetfeldes (41), umfassend einerseits einen Modus zur schwachen Erregung der Spule, um die beschränkte Bewegung des bewegbaren Gestells zu sichern, um es in eine Zwischenstellung derart zu bringen, daß der Sitz zur Aufnahme (3) durch die Dichtungsmittel (52) abgedichtet wird, und anderseits einen normalen Erregungsmodus der Spule, um die nachfolgende Bewegung des Gestells (12) derart zu sichern, daß das Verschließen des Behälters (4) durch das Schließorgan sicher gestellt wird.
  9. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das System (18) zur Verbindung zwischen dem Gestell (12) und dem Sockel (2) aus Schwingarmen (19) besteht, wobei jeder auf einer Gelenkachse (21) befestigt ist, die mit der Möglichkeit einer vertikalen Bewegung montiert ist, die die Annäherung zwischen dem Gestell und dem Sockel erlaubt.
  10. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkachsen (21) der Schwingarme (19) in vertikaler Verschiebung auf dem Sockel (2) geführt sind.
  11. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mindestens ein Mittel (59) zur Detektierung des bewegbaren Gestells (12) in Schließbereitschaftsstellung umfaßt, welches es ermöglicht, den Betrieb der Spule (41) zur Erzeugung eines Magnetfeldes zu steuern.
