Abstract

Ein Heizmedium-Verteiler (1) für eine mehrere Wärmetauscher umfassende Zuluftanlage umfaßt ein kastenartiges Gehäuse (2), das durch eine Trennwand (3) in eine erste Strömungskammer (5), die als Vorlaufsammelleitung dient, und eine zweite Strömungskammer (6), die als Rücklaufsammelleitung dient, unterteilt ist. Für jeden anzuschließenden Wärmetauscher zweigt von der ersten Strömungskammer (5) ein Vorlauf-Anschlußstutzen (10) ab und für jeden anzuschließenden Wärmetauscher mündet in die zweite Strömungskammer (6) ein Rücklauf-Anschlußstutzen (11) ein. Die Anordnung der Anschlußstutzen (10, 11) ist so, dass alle Strömungsweg des Heizmediums durch die verschiedenen Wärmetauschern und den Verteiler (1) hindurch gleich lang sind. Der erfindungsgemäße Heizmedium-Verteiler (1) ersetzt herkömmliche, durch Zusammenschweißen einzelner Rohrstücke erzeugte Heizmedium-Verteiler, die verhältnismäßig groß bauen, daher teuer sind und im allgemeinen nicht im Gehäuse der Zuluftanlage untergebracht werden können.

The arrangement of the connecting pieces (10, 11) is such that all the flow path of the heating medium through the various heat exchangers and the manifold (1) are the same length. The heating medium distributor (1) according to the invention replaces conventional heat medium distributors produced by welding together individual pipe pieces, which are relatively large in construction, are therefore expensive and generally can not be accommodated in the housing of the supply air system.
