CONSTITUTION:The thermal medium manifold 1 that makes up a thermal medium transmission circuit comprises a main pipe 2 and multiple bleeding pipes 3 which are connected to the main pipe 2 with a space inbetween. A bellows 5 is formed in the pipe wall 4 of the main pipe 2 between the bleeding pipes 5 to absorb a thermal expansion or contraction, and a cap 6 having no bleeding pipe 3 that is expandable by an external pressure is attached to the main pipe 2. By compressing or extending the cap 6 causes the air pressure in the manifold 1 to change, which works to expel the air. That is, when circulating the thermal medium in the line of the bleeding pipe 3d with the valves 8a, 8b, 8c of the bleeding pipes 3a, 3b, 3c closed, the air remaining in the pipe can be forced out through a valve 8d by pushing and compressing the cap 6.
