Abstract
Der beschriebene Schaftstab (4) geht von einem Aluminiumstrangpressprofil mit relativ dicken Seitenwänden aus, die bereichsweise abgetragen und dadurch dünner gemacht werden. Beispielsweise ist es möglich, an den Enden oder sonstigen Krafteinleitungsstellen ungeschwächte dicke Wände zu belassen während die übrigen Bereiche der Seitenwände so weit abgefräst werden, dass eine einheitliche dünnere Wandstärke erreicht wird. Es ist darüber hinaus möglich, das Maß des Materialabtrags in mehreren Stufen oder stufenlos zu variieren. Der Materialabtrag betrifft eine Verminderung der Wandstärke, die quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Schaftstabs gemessen wird. Zusätzlich kann die Profilhöhe des Schaftstabs z.B. durch geeignetes Abfräsen des Vollprofilbereichs zu den Enden hin variiert werden, wobei diese in Bewegungsrichtung H gemessen wird.
