Definitions
- the invention relates to a device and method for stacking, i.e. for dividing a stack of sheets into giant ones Number of sheets. Paper processing is often done after manufacturing of single sheets, stacking and palletizing these single sheets. at Further processing of these single sheets must then be done individually Giants are generated that are as precise as possible a specified number of sheets Number of sheets included. Usual ream sizes are, for example in the range of 50 to 500 sheets.
- this method has the disadvantage that it is used to determine the correct one the height of the paper stack is necessary on the one hand, a high To bring surface pressure into the paper stack on the puncture side, on the other hand with the increasing surface pressure the danger there is at least one of the leaves in the puncture area when piercing to damage. Damage does not only count here Kink the paper if at the puncture site instead of the space a sheet is hit between two sheets, but even if the surface of one of the leaves, for example, by Wiping or scratching marks, their quality is impaired.
- GB 772 679 describes the processing of sheet stacks in one Printing press, in which when a stack is emptied a plate underneath brought the old stack, placed a new stack underneath and then the plate is removed.
- DE 26 39 676 A1 describes a method and a device for loading a circular stack feeder, to which described is that when a pallet is emptied a signal is triggered when there is no longer a complete stack of sheets on the pallet. Then a pallet change takes place. With this facility, none exactly measured stack formed, but the final state is one scaled sheet position.
- US 4 955 854 describes a device for dividing a stack into a number of individual stacks, in which the division up to complete emptying of the entire stack is continued and then one Batch change takes place.
- the object of the invention is therefore a method and a device to make unstacking, gentle and waste-free with the residual giant be further processed, and this processing in the batch change is involved.
- the restries gripped by the gripping device like a complete ream.
- This gripping of the residual by the gripping device can in this case, for example, according to the method described below be performed, including stabbing a sword takes place, but this stabbing then at the level of the bottom sheet of the Pile of paper occurs regardless of the height of the remaining paper stack.
- this ream can be taken from the place of supply of the stack of sheets. Instead of now completely removed stack of sheets becomes a new stack provided by sheets at this deployment location. Subsequently the restries is moved onto the new stack of sheets and filed there.
- the new stack becomes more advantageous as the remaining ream is transferred Held in such a way by means of a pressing or clamping means, that especially the top, but also the ones below Sheets of the stack, not shifted during the relocating process become.
- the sword of the gripper can in particular Position in which it lies above the paper stack and then by moving vertically downward into contact with the top edge of the stack and thus for a correspondingly sufficient Surface pressure in the new stack of sheets ensures.
- the restries is preferred on the means of further transport filed, which also serves the transport of complete giants.
- the removal of the residual from the supply location and the discarding at a storage location also corresponds to the travel distance the discarding and process of the giant to be discarded.
- the new stack is separated from the stack that is made up of a ream the restries and scrolling of the new batch. It is preferred after placing the ream on the means of transport Flushing or smoothing the ream.
- This flushing serves vertical offset between the leaves of the remains and the sorted ones Compensate for scrolling the new batch.
- the bumping can at least in the direction of removal of the ream from the stack of sheets respectively.
- the flushing also in this direction transverse, that is, transverse to the conveying direction of the Huge from the stack of leaves.
- Grasping and carrying away a giant made up of a restries and a number of leaves the new stack is composed can fully according to the method according to the invention for separating a ream is predetermined Number of sheets from a stack of sheets or after another, according to appropriate procedures.
- a Stack of leaves divided into individual giants of a specified number of leaves, for what a gripper is provided.
- the gripper has a for generating a first pressure pad in the stack to be divided on. He also has a sword for piercing of the stack to be divided at a predetermined height from the upper edge of the Stack on.
- a gripper for handling the discarded giant provided.
- the gripping pliers exist on the one hand from a fork as the lower part that can be inserted into the stack and to another from a pair of pliers to hold the ream clamped between fork and upper part of the pliers.
- a second Pressure pad provided to generate a pressure in the division Stack on the side facing away from the attack side, i.e. the piercing side Side of the stack.
- the sword is used for beaking, i.e. for piercing with less - For example, a depth of penetration of less than 3 mm the tip of the sword into the stack.
- a pull bar is advantageously provided on the gripper, the Draw bar designed to be vertically movable and, moreover, designed in this way is that at the latest with the gripper facing Side of the stack of sheets comes into contact when the paper stack is beaked by the sword.
- the pull bar on its side facing the stack, the front has a friction surface.
- the friction surface can in particular Form of a rubber coating or a rubberized layer his.
- the pull bar is used by a vertically upward moving Movement when the pull bar is in lateral contact on the stack of paper that is separated by the sword Pull the ream up. Especially if the sword only the stack of paper has beaked, the pull bar serves to relieve from the weight of the paper of the sword of the overlying Ries.
- the corresponding pressure pad is removed from the paper stack beforehand - up - driven away.
- a second pressure pad ensures that the sheets lifted from one side of the stack are not backwards can slip away.
- pulling up what is to be discarded Giant through the pull bar makes it possible to put the sword over the to be inserted into the paper stack almost without load over the entire length.
- the sword can then be used to reliably push up the ream serve and the distance between the discarded ream and the now serve the remaining top edge of the remaining stack.
- the Raising the sword is especially a sufficient space created for the insertion of a fork of a gripper.
- the fork is preferably used to separate and grip the above the giant lying by the sword.
- the sword is arranged vertically movable for this purpose in relation to the fork.
- Embodiments are preferred in which both the piercing or beaking the paper stack by the sword, as also stabbing the sword into the stack of paper and running it in the fork into the space created by the sword a horizontal movement that is perpendicular to that to the gripper facing side of the stack is aligned.
- sword and fork independently are horizontally movable from each other.
- the sword can consist of a protruding, facing the stack flat blade.
- the fork is preferred designed in such a way that tines protrude towards the stack are provided. At least two tines are preferably provided, a larger number of tines is also possible. Particularly preferred are configurations according to which on each side of the Sword is arranged at least one prong.
- a first pressure pad is used the front upper side of the stack facing the gripper, one defined pressure generated.
- a second pressure pad on the back top of the stack, facing away from the gripper also creates a defined pressure in the stack.
- the Gripper moved into its working position with respect to the stack. He is in close proximity to the front facing him of the stack.
- the sword of the claw Located at a distance from the top of the stack the sword of the claw. The distance is determined in such a way that he the stack height of the predetermined number of sheets in the stack included sheet type in the generated by the first pressure pad Pressure corresponds. The sword then leads at this distance from the A horizontal infeed movement through the top edge of the stack.
- the length of the vertical infeed movement is determined so that the Sword pierces the stack, i.e. that the sword is only slightly in penetrates the stack. After this first light piercing - beaking - the stack of paper at the point where the stack enters the The remaining pile and the ream to be separated out will be the first Pressure pad lifted off the stack. On the front of the Then there is no more pressure in the stack, which is about the load by the own weight of the leaves of the discarded Huge goes out. Only after this relief is the sword complete inserted into the stack. Subsequently, a vertical Lifting movement of the sword is the one above the sword discarded ream of specified number of leaves raised.
- the Snapping the stack of paper through the sword into a pull bar Contact with the front of the paper stack facing the gripper brought.
- the pull bar is to be regarded as part of the gripper.
- the pull bar is then on the side of the paper stack, one being defined Investment power can be predetermined.
- the investment power is like this chosen to damage the blades by pushing in on the No place of investment.
- the method it is also advantageous if after the run-in the fork in the space between the Ries to be separated out and the remaining pile of the sword is lowered by vertical movement into a position in which the Top edge of the sword below the prongs of the fork, especially below the upper edge of the prongs of the fork. It is particularly advantageous it when the sword is lowered vertically to the extent that it is defined Contact force rests on the remaining stack. Thereby, that the sword with undefined tracking power on the remaining one Remaining stack rests, this remaining stack is secured against the fact that the top leaves in the process of the Ries to be separated and thus the even formation of the butt edges Stack and the vertically straight alignment of the sheets is lost to each other in the remaining stack.
- the sword is on for so long the remaining stack remains until the ream to be separated out is removed from the stack. It is particularly advantageous if what is to be separated out Ries seen from the attack side of the grapple from Stack is moved backwards. It is also advantageous if the Stack of sheets being deployed on a lifter.
- the Lifting device is preferably designed so that after each removal a pile of paper is lifted, the Lifting is done just to the extent that the height of the rejected Ries corresponds. This ensures that each Weeding out a ream of paper from the top of the Stack of paper is at the same height.
- 1 to 6 show a dividing device according to the invention a stack of leaves in a ream with a given number of sheets and a remaining stack.
- 1 to 6 are in each case a side view and a plan view of the device is shown.
- the 7 to 17 also show such a device, but opposite 1 to 6 to device components for the treatment of residual giants.

- the device consists essentially of the same components as the device according to FIGS. 1 to 6.
- FIGS. 1 to 6 A device according to FIGS. 1 to 6 is first described below. The process sequence is then shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 of a method for separating a ream from a stack of leaves explained according to the invention. Then the 7 to 17 and 18 to 25, the respective method for treating a Restrieses explained. In this context, too the objective changes and additions to the Device according to FIGS. 1 to 6 set out. It is about the embodiments shown in FIGS. 7 to 25 only in each case preferred examples of suitable devices. In detail other devices may also be suitable, the invention Carrying out procedures for treating residual giants.
- the 1 to 6 is a device for unstacking when discarding a giant predeterminable number of sheets from a stack of sheets shown.
- the device consists of a multi-part design Gripper 30.
- the gripper 30 is actually more of a gripping device in itself and at least has many partially independent of each other a travel direction movable sub-units.
- the common The base of the subunits of the gripper 30 forms the carrier 31 on which all sub-units of the gripper 30 are attached and opposite this some of them can be moved in at least one direction.
- the stack 83 of Scroll provided.
- the gripper 30 is made of a carrier 31, which protrude various parts.
- the second pressure pad 33 is provided in the area of the opposite, rear end of the stack 83. This can also be moved at least vertically on the carrier 31 held so that regardless of the location of the top edge of the stack 83 of leaves the pressure pad in plant with the top of the Leaves can be brought.
- the attack side arranged on the side facing away from the gripper 30, that serves to accommodate the discarded giant.
- the sword 35 is first provided, which in the given by the number of leaves a ream should contain Height in the stack of leaves.
- 1 shows how the sword 35 with its corresponding actuator in one Position immediately before the leading edge of the stack 83.
- the pull strip 39 extends upwards.
- the pull strip 39 has a friction surface 38 which faces the stack 83 is.
- the friction surface 38 can have both a serrated profile, as well as a correspondingly soft material, for example Rubber, be made, so a strong rubbing system of the pull bar to enable at the front edge of the stack 83 above the sword 35.
- the pull strip 39 is also vertical with respect to the stack 83 traversable.
- the is independently horizontally movable Gripping pliers 40 arranged on the carrier 31.
- the gripper 40 is made thereby from two parts that are vertically movable relative to each other.
- the fork 41 which is in a space between those to be discarded Ries 90 and the remaining remaining stack 92 can retract and the upper part 42 of the pliers.
- the fork 41 has two prongs 43 on, one prong 43 can on each side of the sword 35 in the Stack can be retracted.
- a hold-down 45 is also formed.
- the hold-down 45 is also arranged on the carrier 31 and can by a horizontal infeed movement with its two contact surfaces 46 in the space between the Ries 90 to be separated and the remaining remaining stack 92 are retracted.
- the contact surfaces 46 grip each between the sword and a prong 43 of the Fork 41 in the space, as seen from the bottom, as a supervision drawn half of the image is recognizable.
- the first and second pressure pads 32 and 33 are attached to the vertical process downwards brought the top edge 84 of the stack 83.
- the pressure pad 32 and 33 applied surface pressure is reached, that the stack height of a number of sheets is always at least approximately is the same size and only from the paper quality, i.e. essentially the sheet thickness of a single sheet.
- the Sword 35 is with its sword tip immediately in front of the the front of the stack 83 facing him Sword at such a vertical distance from the top edge 84 of the Stack that in the height above the sword the corresponding Number of leaves that forms a ream to be separated.
- the pull bar 39 In immediate neighborhood to the front of stack 83 the pull bar 39 with its friction surface facing the stack 38.
- the sword 35 pierces the stack 83.
- the sword penetrates to this with its sword tip only slightly, i.e. usually just a few Millimeters, preferably for example by about 2 to 3mm in the Stack one.
- This situation is shown in FIG. 2.
- the pull bar 39 with their friction surface 38 in the system with the front edge of the Rieses 90 is located.
- the first pressure pad 32 is first moved vertically upwards.
- the one generated by the first pressure pad 32 Pressing on the front of the stack removed.
- the pull bar in contact with the front of the stack 39 Move vertically upwards. Due to the friction on the Draw bar given plant at least a part of the sheets of These become huge 90 at the front of the stack by the movement the pull bar 39 raised and are not more in circulation with the remaining part of the ream and the remaining stack 92. This only applies to the front of the sheets, since on the back side of the stack continues to generate the surface pressure becomes.
- the second pressure pad 33 is still in a corresponding position System with the stack 83, consisting of the remaining stack 92 and the Ries 90 to be rejected.
- the gripper 40 horizontally move to the attack position on stack 83.
- the fork 41 penetrates with its tines 43 into the intermediate space 86 the remaining stack 92 and the ream 90 to be separated out.
- the Upper tong 42 is in a position above the upper edge des Rieses 90.
- the hold-down 45 with its Contact surfaces moved into the space 86.
- the Hold-down device lowered so far by vertical movement that it a predefinable contact force on the upper edge of the remaining Remaining stack 92 rests. Then the sword 35 by vertical First lower so far that the leaves of the Ries 90 rest on the fork 41 of the gripper 40. Then that will Sword 35 pulled out of the stack by horizontal movement. It is now in a horizontal position in front of the front edge of the stack 83. After the vertical lowering of the sword 35 under the plane of the upper edge of the tines 43 of the fork 41 from the gripping tongs 40 is the Ries 90 to be separated out on the front alone and completely on the fork 41.
- the fork 41 is located immediately above the top edge of the remaining stack 92 and the lower edge of the ream 90 is only slightly from the upper edge of the Remaining stack 92 removed.
- the second pressure pad 33 is still lying on the stack 83, which is formed from the remaining stack 92 and the ream 90 becomes.
- the upper part of the pliers 42 is so far by a vertical feed movement lowered until it has a defined contact force on the top of the Ries 90 is present. Now the Ries 90 to be separated is in the Gripping pliers 40 of the gripper 30 are held. After that is the case also moved the second pressure pad 33 vertically upwards. Now the rear end of the stack 83 is relieved. 5 shown situation has been reached.
- the gripper 40 opens and this can now back to the starting position shown in FIG. 1 to the rear be moved.
- the hold-down device 45 can now be moved from the front End of the remaining stack 92, which now forms the stack 83, initially are lifted off and then back into the position shown in FIG. 1 - to the right in the picture, i.e. to the front as seen in the stacking direction - be driven away.
- the starting position shown in FIG. 1 is then achieved again by the first and second pressure pads 32 and 33 brought into contact with the upper edge of the stack 83 become.
- the exact position of the upper edge can also be determined the fixed carrier 31 can be determined.
- Sword 35, the hold-down 45 and the gripper 40 vertically with respect the top edge of the stack 83 are aligned.
- the capture the position of the upper edge can be such that the position of the first pressure pad 32 is detected and the other parts of the gripper be aligned vertically with respect to this position. So the location the top edge of the stack 83 remains constant, it can be provided that the supply location 80 of the stack 83 is on a lifting table. By lifting the lifting table by the measure of the height of a discard Huge ensures that the vertical position of the top edge of the stack remains constant.
- FIGS. 7 to 17 show different snapshots from one Process for the treatment of residual giants 91, particularly related with a device and a method for dividing of a stack of leaves in giant specified number of leaves as in the 1 to 6 has been shown can be used.
- the Carrying out a method according to FIGS. 7 to 17 with the following process described does not necessarily relate to a process, as has been described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, or a denester device, as has been shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, bound. However, it is assumed in the example now presented that that an unstacking device according to FIGS. 1 to 6 is present.
- the situation shown in FIG. 7 corresponds approximately to the situation as also shown in FIG. 5.
- the main difference is in the fact that the ream held in the gripping tongs 40 is a restries 91 is.
- One Restries 91 differs from the others in that giants to be rejected that it is no longer the desired contains a predetermined number of leaves that a ream to be separated out 90 should contain.
- the graphic The lifting table which is not explicitly shown, is then moved again that the top edge of the new stack 93 is at least approximately in the level of the conveyor belt 85.
- the layout is such that a certain Surface pressure generated in the stack on the side of the hold-down device and therefore the sheets of the stack 93 against horizontal displacement are kept secure.
- the sword 35 is in a position outside the new stack 93. Now that which is held in the gripper 40 Restries 91 piled up on the new stack 93. This stacking process is partially completed in the snapshot shown in FIG. 11.
- the gripper 40 is horizontally forward toward move the new stack 93. This can be used to support the stacking process and to avoid damaging the paper a simultaneous movement of the conveyor belt 85 on the surface in the appropriate direction. This is done, as already when a pile is unstacked, the movement of the conveyor belt 85 preferably speed synchronized with the method of Gripping pliers 40, so that no relative movement of the surface of the Conveyor belt 85 to the bottom sheet of the ream to be separated 90 or the residual 91 is given.
- the restries 91 lie on top of the new stack 93, with the leaves of the restrieze 92 being as flush as possible in alignment with the leaves of the new stack 92. However, the restries 91 are still held in the gripping tongs 40 at the front of the stack or the restries 91.
- the sword 35 is now inserted into the space 86 between the restries 91 and the new stack 93. If there are air outlet nozzles in the sword 35, air can now be blown into the intermediate space.
- the gripper 40 is now opened. This happens in particular in that the fork 41 of the gripping tongs 40 move vertically downward and the upper edge of the fork is therefore below the level of the Sword 35 arrives.
- the gripper 40 is then in one position Move outside the area of the new stack 93.
- the Restries is now on the one hand on the new stack 93 and on the other hand lightly on the sword 35. In doing so, the tracking force may be through the blown air at the outlet nozzles of the sword injected air reduced.
- the sword is moved forward i.e. its leading edge of the sword goes outside the area of engagement with the new stack 93 and the Restries 91. Now lies that is, the restries that distinguish it from the rest of the new stack 93 to be shown hatched in FIGS. 12 and 13, completely on the new batch deployed at deployment location 80 93 on.
- the new pile 93 was placed over the lift table raised so far that the lower edge of the ream to be separated out is approximately at the level of the conveyor belt 85.
- the hold-down device 45 was indeed in the space 86 between the to be discarded Ries and the remaining remainder of the stack 92, but is still there not on the surface of the residual stack 92. As in relation to the sequence of the giant separation process according to FIGS. 1 to 6 described, the hold-down device 45 is thus in contact with the upper edge of the remaining remnant stack 92 brought the sheets in the vertical direction be held immovable.
- what is to be discarded Ries by pushing the gripper 40 backwards in the direction pushed onto the conveyor belt 85 away from the remaining stack 92.
- Fig. 15 a situation is shown in which that to be separated out Ries 90 already partially lies on conveyor belt 85.
- FIG. 16 is reached Situation.
- the situation shown in FIG. 16 as a side view is shown as a top view in FIG. 17.
- the Ries to be rejected was placed on conveyor belt 85.
- the now open Gripping pliers 40 will again move towards their starting position moved back to the front end of the stack 83. This movement takes place by a method along the carrier 31.
- the front edge of the Ries 90 comes into contact with the stop bar 60, which was run into the path of the Ries 90. It can this stop bar 60 be part of a further gripping device 62 which the Ries 90 seizes and manipulates further.
- the transport conveyor movement of the conveyor belt 85 interrupted.
- Set driven bumper strips 61 both on the two transverse sides of the Ries 90 as well as with a bumper, the end at the rear, as seen in the transport direction of the ream, that earlier the front end has formed the front side of the stack 83 attack the Ries 90 is pushed flush.
- a Ries 90 designed to be properly aligned This Ries 90 can now, for example, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, by means of a gripping device 62 can be gripped and then conveyed further become.
- the alignment of a ream 90 is only necessary if this ream consists of two sub-giants, originally from different ones Stacks of paper come from. Otherwise, according to the Procedure, as it was explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, ensured that the orientation of the sheets to each other as they are in the Stack 83 is originally given throughout the relocation and unstacking is maintained.
- the restries 91 is moved by means of the gripping tongs 40 in such a way that the end of the restries 91 which first runs away from the pallet 79 reaches a stop bar 60 which is part of the gripping device 62. As soon as this stop bar 60 has been reached, the conveying movement of the remaining giant 91 is interrupted.
- the end of the restriee 91 facing away from the gripping tongs 40 is also held in a clamping manner, as the other end is held in a clamping manner in the gripping tongs 40 between the fork 41 and the upper part 42 of the pliers. This situation is shown in FIG. 19.
- the empty pallet 79 is first moved downward by means of the lifting table.
- the surface pressures in the gripping tongs and in the gripping device must be selected so that the paper does not slip out of the tongs due to its own gravity and does not fall down. This is particularly possible with light paper qualities and with small paper dimensions, for example with paper dimensions in the range of A4 or A3.
- FIG. 21 shows the situation in which a new stack 93 was provided on a new pallet 79 at the supply location and was moved so far upwards by means of the lifting table that the upper edge of the new stack 93 was at the desired position, directly below the residual pile 91 comes to rest.
- FIG. 21 thus corresponds to the situation as it is given in FIG. 10 of the previous method.
- FIG. 11 corresponds to the transition from the situation according to FIG. 11 to the situation according to FIG. 12, in the transition between FIGS.
- the restries 91 is brought into a position above the new stack 93.
- the clamping position of the end of the restrieze 91 facing away from the gripping tongs 40 is first released in the gripping device 62 and then the restries is pulled over onto the new stack 93 by means of the gripping device 40.
- a hold-down device 45 or the like which can also include the sword, to generate a pressure in the new stack 93 which prevents the sheets from being displaced vertically during this transfer movement.
- the transition from the situation shown in FIG. 22 to the situation as shown in FIG. 23 corresponds to the processes in the transition between the situation in FIGS. 12 and 13.
- the restries 91 is first on the sword 35 stored, then the fork 41 of the gripping tongs 40 is moved out and then the sword 35 is pulled out. Then the restries 91 lies as flush as possible on the new stack 93.
- FIG. 24 shows the situation as it presents itself when of a Ries 90 to the new stack and the Restries 91 placed on it was separated and seized.
- This can, for example, according to the in 1 to 6 procedure shown, wherein in the FIG. 24 shows the situation as it corresponds to FIG. 5 in the drawing is.

- the not the hatched part of the ream corresponds to the leaves of the new one Stack 93.
- the Ries 90 was gripped by the gripper 40 and is held between fork 41 and upper part 42 of the pliers. According to the in the situation shown in Fig.
- the gripping device 62 is thus an alternative Manipulation unit for the conveyor belt 85, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 17 was drawn.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device and method for stacking, i.e. for dividing a stack of sheets into giant ones Number of sheets.
To determine the number of leaves in a single ream are different methods known. On the one hand, if the The number of sheets of each giant is known from the outset, individual, about marking strips protruding from the stack edge when stacking the Shoot the leaves in the appropriate places. On the one hand, this is complex, since a corresponding device for stacking must be present, on the other hand it is when stacking the sheets not always known the number of sheets in each of the Stack of giants to be taken down.
It is known that paper of certain quality (mostly by weight expressed per square meter of paper) a uniform thickness having. Only then do paper stacks of the same quality deviate in height from each other if there are air gaps between individual sheets are. Therefore, it is known for stacking stacks of paper that Compress paper on one side with a certain surface pressure, making it reliable with the same number of sheets and paper quality same stack height is available. Specified for discarding a giant The number of sheets will then correspond to the number of sheets specified Height from the top of the paper stack to the paper stack stabbed and thus the ream above it more predetermined Number of sheets separated from the remaining stack.
However, this method has the disadvantage that it is used to determine the correct one the height of the paper stack is necessary on the one hand, a high To bring surface pressure into the paper stack on the puncture side, on the other hand with the increasing surface pressure the danger there is at least one of the leaves in the puncture area when piercing to damage. Damage does not only count here Kink the paper if at the puncture site instead of the space a sheet is hit between two sheets, but even if the surface of one of the leaves, for example, by Wiping or scratching marks, their quality is impaired.
GB 772 679 describes the processing of sheet stacks in one Printing press, in which when a stack is emptied a plate underneath brought the old stack, placed a new stack underneath and then the plate is removed.
Bei dieser Einrichtung werden keine genau abgemessenen Stapel gebildet, sondern der Endzustand ist eine geschuppte Bogenlage.DE 26 39 676 A1 describes a method and a device for loading a circular stack feeder, to which described is that when a pallet is emptied a signal is triggered when there is no longer a complete stack of sheets on the pallet. Then a pallet change takes place. With this facility, none exactly measured stack formed, but the final state is one scaled sheet position.
US 4 955 854 describes a device for dividing a stack into a number of individual stacks, in which the division up to complete emptying of the entire stack is continued and then one Batch change takes place.
The object of the invention is therefore a method and a device to make unstacking, gentle and waste-free with the residual giant be further processed, and this processing in the batch change is involved.
So far from a stack of leaves giant of a given number of leaves are removed, a ream ultimately remains as the remaining stack back whose number of sheets is less than the number of sheets that should contain a ream to be separated out. On the one hand, this is because requires that the stack of sheets is not necessarily exactly one Multiple of the specified number of sheets of a giant to be discarded contains. On the other hand, it cannot be ruled out that all separated ones Giant contain exactly the desired number of leaves, see above that there are slight deviations in the number of sheets or can result downwards, thereby remaining a residual with a number of sheets that is less than the specified number of sheets, too can occur if the original stack is an integer Contained multiples of the desired number of sheets.
It is also possible to include those in the remaining restries Take advantage of leaves, even if there are only a number of leaves left is less than the specified number of sheets, the one to be discarded Ries should include. According to the present invention the restries gripped by the gripping device like a complete ream. This gripping of the residual by the gripping device can in this case, for example, according to the method described below be performed, including stabbing a sword takes place, but this stabbing then at the level of the bottom sheet of the Pile of paper occurs regardless of the height of the remaining paper stack.
After grabbing the remaining giant, this ream can be taken from the place of supply of the stack of sheets. Instead of now completely removed stack of sheets becomes a new stack provided by sheets at this deployment location. Subsequently the restries is moved onto the new stack of sheets and filed there.
The new stack becomes more advantageous as the remaining ream is transferred Held in such a way by means of a pressing or clamping means, that especially the top, but also the ones below Sheets of the stack, not shifted during the relocating process become. For this purpose, the sword of the gripper can in particular Position in which it lies above the paper stack and then by moving vertically downward into contact with the top edge of the stack and thus for a correspondingly sufficient Surface pressure in the new stack of sheets ensures.
In the meantime, the restries is preferred on the means of further transport filed, which also serves the transport of complete giants. The removal of the residual from the supply location and the discarding at a storage location also corresponds to the travel distance the discarding and process of the giant to be discarded. As soon as a restries has been placed on the means of onward transport Interruption of the conveying movement of the means of transport. The interruption takes at least as long until the Ries from the Further means of transport has been removed.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if after laying down the remaining rope the new stack is separated from the stack that is made up of a ream the restries and scrolling of the new batch. It is preferred after placing the ream on the means of transport Flushing or smoothing the ream. This flushing serves vertical offset between the leaves of the remains and the sorted ones Compensate for scrolling the new batch. The bumping can at least in the direction of removal of the ream from the stack of sheets respectively. In addition, it is also possible that the flushing also in this direction transverse, that is, transverse to the conveying direction of the Huge from the stack of leaves. Grasping and carrying away a giant made up of a restries and a number of leaves the new stack is composed, can fully according to the method according to the invention for separating a ream is predetermined Number of sheets from a stack of sheets or after another, according to appropriate procedures.
In addition, it is an alternative to the solution that restries on one In the meantime, it is also possible to store means of transport, a second one To provide gripping or clamping unit on the stack on the attacks the side facing away from the first gripper after this by a predetermined dimension moved away from the original supply position has been. In this case the Restries has to stay for so long the gripper and the clamping device are held clamped until a new stack of sheets is available at the place of supply and that Restries can be put back on this.
The object of the invention is achieved by the method and by the Device solved according to the independent claims.
In the device to which the Restries device belongs, a Stack of leaves divided into individual giants of a specified number of leaves, for what a gripper is provided. The gripper has a for generating a first pressure pad in the stack to be divided on. He also has a sword for piercing of the stack to be divided at a predetermined height from the upper edge of the Stack on. In addition, a gripper for handling the discarded giant provided. The gripping pliers exist on the one hand from a fork as the lower part that can be inserted into the stack and to another from a pair of pliers to hold the ream clamped between fork and upper part of the pliers. In addition to the first pressure pad, which acts on the stack of sheets on the one side is a second Pressure pad provided to generate a pressure in the division Stack on the side facing away from the attack side, i.e. the piercing side Side of the stack.
The sword is used for beaking, i.e. for piercing with less - For example, a depth of penetration of less than 3 mm the tip of the sword into the stack.
A pull bar is advantageously provided on the gripper, the Draw bar designed to be vertically movable and, moreover, designed in this way is that at the latest with the gripper facing Side of the stack of sheets comes into contact when the paper stack is beaked by the sword. In addition, it is advantageous if the pull bar on its side facing the stack, the front, has a friction surface. The friction surface can in particular Form of a rubber coating or a rubberized layer his. The pull bar is used by a vertically upward moving Movement when the pull bar is in lateral contact on the stack of paper that is separated by the sword Pull the ream up. Especially if the sword only the stack of paper has beaked, the pull bar serves to relieve from the weight of the paper of the sword of the overlying Ries. The corresponding pressure pad is removed from the paper stack beforehand - up - driven away. At the same time, it is necessary that on the side of the Stack of paper, the back, a second pressure pad ensures that the sheets lifted from one side of the stack are not backwards can slip away. In particular, pulling up what is to be discarded Giant through the pull bar makes it possible to put the sword over the to be inserted into the paper stack almost without load over the entire length. The sword can then be used to reliably push up the ream serve and the distance between the discarded ream and the now serve the remaining top edge of the remaining stack. By the Raising the sword is especially a sufficient space created for the insertion of a fork of a gripper.
The fork is preferably used to separate and grip the above the giant lying by the sword. According to further development the sword is arranged vertically movable for this purpose in relation to the fork. Embodiments are preferred in which both the piercing or beaking the paper stack by the sword, as also stabbing the sword into the stack of paper and running it in the fork into the space created by the sword a horizontal movement that is perpendicular to that to the gripper facing side of the stack is aligned. Here are explanations to prefer, according to which sword and fork independently are horizontally movable from each other.
The sword can consist of a protruding, facing the stack flat blade. In contrast, the fork is preferred designed in such a way that tines protrude towards the stack are provided. At least two tines are preferably provided, a larger number of tines is also possible. Particularly preferred are configurations according to which on each side of the Sword is arranged at least one prong.
In the stack of sheets, a first pressure pad is used the front upper side of the stack facing the gripper, one defined pressure generated. Using a second pressure pad on the back top of the stack, facing away from the gripper, also creates a defined pressure in the stack. Then the Gripper moved into its working position with respect to the stack. He is in close proximity to the front facing him of the stack. Located at a distance from the top of the stack the sword of the claw. The distance is determined in such a way that he the stack height of the predetermined number of sheets in the stack included sheet type in the generated by the first pressure pad Pressure corresponds. The sword then leads at this distance from the A horizontal infeed movement through the top edge of the stack. The The length of the vertical infeed movement is determined so that the Sword pierces the stack, i.e. that the sword is only slightly in penetrates the stack. In the thereby in the space between the top edge of the remaining stack and the Ries to be separated out above the sword The fork of the gripper's pliers is inserted in between. After inserting the fork into the space, the Gripping pliers closed by lowering the upper part of the pliers is that the ream to be separated is jammed between fork and Upper part of the gripper is held. Only at this point the second, rear pressure pad is moved away from the stack and then the ream to be separated out, held in the gripping tongs drove off the stack.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the Snapping the stack of paper through the sword into a pull bar Contact with the front of the paper stack facing the gripper brought. The pull bar is to be regarded as part of the gripper. The pull bar is then on the side of the paper stack, one being defined Investment power can be predetermined. The investment power is like this chosen to damage the blades by pushing in on the No place of investment. After the pull bar is in contact with the Paper stack has arrived and after the first pressure pad from Stack is released, the pull bar is moved vertically upwards. there the leaves lying above the sword in the piercing area of the giant to be separated out slightly raised on one side. This Measure serves the further weight relief before the full Inserting the sword into the stack of paper at the given one Job. It is sufficient if at least the majority the leaves above the sword are raised. Someone specific Remaining part of the giant to be separated out can continue with his Weight on the sword. For this reason, it is advantageous if the pull bar is moved so that it is only above the Sword comes into contact with the stack.
With the method, it is also advantageous if after the run-in the fork in the space between the Ries to be separated out and the remaining pile of the sword is lowered by vertical movement into a position in which the Top edge of the sword below the prongs of the fork, especially below the upper edge of the prongs of the fork. For this Basically, it is also advantageous if the sword is on for so long the remaining stack remains until the ream to be separated out is removed from the stack. It is particularly advantageous if what is to be separated out Ries seen from the attack side of the grapple from Stack is moved backwards. It is also advantageous if the Stack of sheets being deployed on a lifter. The Lifting device is preferably designed so that after each removal a pile of paper is lifted, the Lifting is done just to the extent that the height of the rejected Ries corresponds. This ensures that each Weeding out a ream of paper from the top of the Stack of paper is at the same height. Alternatively or in addition to aligning the top edge of the paper stack using a lifting device can also be designed so that the gripper is suitable, the decreasing height of the paper stack in the course of to compensate for successive discarding of giants from the stack. This can be done in particular by means of appropriate traversing devices respectively.

verfahrbar. For this purpose, the
Compared to the
In addition, a hold-down 45 is also formed. The hold-down

In
Greifzange 40 mit den in Eingriffshöhe bereitstehenden Zinken 43.1 shows the situation as it occurs at the start of a screening process

verbleibenden Reststapel 92 aufgeteilt. For separating a giant 90 with the predeterminable number of sheets

Zwischenraum 86 erzeugt. Die nach diesen Abläufen erreichte Situation
ist in der Fig. 3 dargestellt. Now the
In order to arrive at the situation shown in FIG. 4, the following applies
First of all, the
Nunmehr
ist das hintere Ende des Stapels 83 entlastet. Die in der Fig. 5
dargestellte Situation ist erreicht. In order from the situation shown in FIG. 4 in the further course of the method

Transportband 85 gelangt. Diese Situation ist in der Fig. 6 dargestellt. The remaining
After the
gebunden.

The situation shown in FIG. 7 corresponds approximately to the situation
as also shown in FIG. 5. The main difference is
in the fact that the ream held in the gripping
Fig. 9 dargestellt.According to the situation of the treatment method shown in FIG. 7

To achieve the situation shown in Fig. 10, the
The
As shown in FIG. 12, after the traversing movement of the gripping

Nunmehr wird die Greifzange 40 geöffnet. Dies geschieht insbesondere
The
In order to move from this position shown in FIG. 13 into the position shown in FIG. 14

In the further course of the method, FIG. 16 is reached

gebildeten Rieses 90 ausgeglichen. In vertikaler Richtung wird ein
sauber fluchtend ausgebildetes Ries 90 sichergestellt.
The front edge of the
wie nachfolgend noch dargelegt wird.18 to 25 show an alternative embodiment of a method

Durchbiegung in seiner erreichten Lage.
In order to achieve the situation shown in FIG. 19 in the course of the method, the
The transition from the situation shown in FIG. 22 to the situation as shown in FIG. 23 corresponds to the processes in the transition between the situation in FIGS. 12 and 13. The
17 gezeichnet war.24 shows the situation as it presents itself when of
