- ii) un organe d'ouverture prévu pour rompre l'organe de fermeture du récipient lors de la fixation de l'embout sur le récipient, afin d'établir une communication entre l'orifice de distribution et l'intérieur du récipient ;
- iii) une paroi déformable apte à se déformer en réponse à une pression extérieure exercée sur l'embout de manière à commander la sortie du produit.

Claims (18)
- Ensemble pour le conditionnement et l'application d'un produit fluide comportant :un récipient (20) comportant un bord libre (23) définissant une ouverture (24),un élément de fermeture (40) prévu pour fermer l'ouverture (24) de manière étanche au produit, l'élément de fermeture étant fixé sur le récipient par encliquetage ou vissage ;un embout d'application (30), apte à se fixer sur le récipient, comportanti) un orifice de distribution (36) apte à communiquer avec l'intérieur du récipient ;ii) un organe d'ouverture (38) prévu pour rompre l'organe de fermeture (40) du récipient lors de la fixation de l'embout sur le récipient, afin d'établir une communication entre l'orifice de distribution et l'intérieur du récipient ;iii) une paroi déformable (37 ; 137) apte à se déformer en réponse à une pression extérieure exercée sur l'embout de manière à commander la sortie du produit.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (30) comporte un filetage (32) servant à la fixation de l'embout sur le récipient.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi déformable est une paroi bombée (37) ou un soufflet (137).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (30) est obtenu de moulage à partir d'une seule pièce.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi déformable est réalisée par surmoulage, notamment par bi-injection d'un matériau élastomère.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (30) est réalisé en mono-matière.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout comporte une canule (35) à l'extrémité de laquelle est formé l'orifice de distribution (36) du produit.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la canule (35) est excentrée sur l'embout.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'ouverture (38) est sous forme de lame.
- Ensemble selon les deux revendications immédiatement précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lame (38) est formée dans le prolongement axial d'une paroi de la canule (35).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (40) comporte une zone d'affaiblissement (42) apte à se rompre lors de la mise en engagement de l'organe d'ouverture (38) avec l'élément de fermeture (40).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (40) est réalisé en mono-matière.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (40) est réalisé en deux matières.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord (23) du récipient et/ou l'élément de fermeture (40) comporte(nt) des moyens anti-rotation (26) prévus pour limiter le mouvement de rotation de l'élément de fermeture relativement au récipient.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord (23) du récipient comporte des rugosités (26) venant en engagement avec des rugosités formées sur l'élément de fermeture (40).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (20) comporte un fond concave (22).
- Ensemble pour le conditionnement et l'application d'un produit fluide comportant :un récipient (20) comportant un bord libre (23) définissant une ouverture (24),un élément de fermeture (40) prévu pour fermer l'ouverture (24) de manière étanche au produit, l'élément de fermeture étant fixé sur le récipient par encliquetage ou vissage ;un embout d'application (30), apte à se fixer sur le récipient, comportanti) une canule (35) à l'extrémité de laquelle est formé un orifice de distribution (36) apte à communiquer avec l'intérieur du récipient, la canule étant excentrée sur l'embout ;ii) un organe d'ouverture prévu pour rompre l'organe de fermeture (40) du récipient lors de la fixation de l'embout sur le récipient, afin d'établir une communication entre l'orifice de distribution et l'intérieur du récipient.
- Utilisation d'un ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour le conditionnement et l'application d'un produit cosmétique, notamment un produit capillaire.
