Abstract
Description
- daß die Isolierung der Adern aus einer Schicht aus aufgeschäumtem, strahlenvernetztem Polyethylen besteht, die von einer nicht geschäumten Außenschicht umgeben ist, deren Wandstärke klein ist im Verhältnis zur Wandstärke der aufgeschäumten Schicht,
- daß die Adern in einen Ausfüllmantel aus einem thermoplastischen Polymer oder Elastomer eingebettet sind, der eine etwa kreisrunde Umfangsfläche hat,
- daß über dem Ausfüllmantel ein an dessen Umfangsfläche anliegender, aus elektrisch gut leitenden Drähten bestehender und gut biegbarer Schirm angeordnet ist und
- daß der aus temperaturbeständigem Isoliermaterial bestehende Mantel über dem Schirm angebracht ist.
Claims (15)
- Temperaturbeständige elektrische Leitung zur Übertragung von Daten, insbesondere zum Einsatz in Kraftfahrzeugen, bestehend aus mindestens zwei miteinander verseilten Adern, von denen jede einen von einer Isolierung umgebenen elektrischen Leiter aufweist, und einem um die Adern herum angebrachten gemeinsamen Mantel aus Isoliermaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Isolierung (4) der Adern (1,2) aus einer Schicht (9) aus aufgeschäumtem, strahlenvernetztem Polyethylen besteht, die von einer nicht geschäumten Außenschicht (10,11) umgeben ist, deren Wandstärke klein ist im Verhältnis zur Wandstärke der aufgeschäumten Schicht (9),daß die Adern (1,2) in einen Ausfüllmantel (5) aus einem thermoplastischen Polymer oder Elastomer eingebettet sind, der eine etwa kreisrunde Umfangsfläche hat,daß über dem Ausfüllmantel (5) ein an dessen Umfangsfläche anliegender, aus elektrisch gut leitenden Drähten bestehender und gut biegbarer Schirm (6) angeordnet ist unddaß der aus temperaturbeständigem Isoliermaterial bestehende Mantel (7) über dem Schirm (6) angebracht ist.
- Leitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierung (3) der Adern (1,2) aus einer durch eine glatte Außenhaut als Außenschicht (10) abgeschlossenen Schicht (9) aus physikalisch aufgeschäumtem, vernetztem Polyethylen besteht.
- Leitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierung (3) der Adern (1,2) aus der Schicht (9) aus aufgeschäumtem, strahlenvernetztem Polyethylen und einer dieselbe umgebenden Außenschicht (11) aus massivem Ethylentetrafluorethylen besteht.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausfüllmantel (5) aus einem elektrisch hochwertigen thermoplastischen Polymer oder Elastomer besteht.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausfüllmantel (5) aus einem thermoplastischen Compound auf der Basis von Polypropylen oder Polypropylen-Copolymer mit einem Anteil von Gummi zwischen 20 % und 60 % besteht.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausfüllmantel (5) massiv ausgeführt ist.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausfüllmantel (5) geschäumt ausgeführt ist.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schirm (6) aus Kupferdrähten besteht.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schirm (6) aus verzinnten Kupferdrähten besteht.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schirm (6) als Umseilung ausgeführt ist.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schirm (6) als Geflecht ausgeführt ist.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über dem Schirm (6) eine ihrerseits vom Mantel (7) umgebene Trennschicht (8) aus Isoliermaterial angebracht ist.
- Leitung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennschicht (8) aus einem Vließ besteht.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (7) aus einem Polyetherurethan besteht.
- Leitung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material des Mantels (7) strahlenvernetzt ist.
