Claims (9)
- Explosionsgeschützte Einrichtung in Form einer Kraft- und/oder Arbeitsmaschine, mit einem stillstehend und/oder bewegt angeordneten ersten Bauteil (2) und einem sich relativ dazu bewegenden zweiten Bauteil (3), wobei zwischen den mindestens zwei Bauteilen ein oder mehrere Zonen geringer Spaltweiten (5 - 7, 12) ausgebildet sind und die Einrichtung einer explosionsfähigen Atmosphäre ausgesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch ein Anlaufen eines bewegten Bauteiles (3, 4) gefährdete Flächen von Zonen mit geringen Spalten (5 - 7, 12) aus einem Material bestehen, dessen Schmelzpunkt unterhalb der Zündtemperatur der explosionsfähigen Atmosphäre liegt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material elektrisch leitend und nicht funkend ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Bauteil (2, 3 oder 13) ganz oder teilweise aus dem Material mit einem unterhalb der Zündtemperatur liegenden Schmelzpunkt besteht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein relativ bewegtes Bauteil (3, 4) ganz oder teilweise aus dem Material mit einem unterhalb der Zündtemperatur liegenden Schmelzpunkt besteht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus einem leicht schmelzenden Material bestehende Anlaufflächen an einem stehenden und/oder an einem relativ bewegten Bauteil (3, 4) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein stehendes Bauteil als ein Gehäuse (2), insbesondere als ein Strömungsmaschinengehäuse, ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das relativ bewegte Bauteil als ein Rad (3), insbesondere als ein Laufrad einer Strömungsmaschine, ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das stehende Bauteil als ein Gehäuse (2), insbesondere als ein Motorengehäuse, ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das relativ bewegte Bauteil als ein Rotor eines Antriebsmotors ausgebildet ist.
