Claims (8)
- Système de rail enrobé pour voie ferrée, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un rail (1) et une gaine d'enrobage enrobant longitudinalement le rail sur ses deux côtés, ladite gaine d'enrobage comprenant une couche inférieure (4) constituée d'un matériau d'enrobage relativement souple s'étendant en dessous du patin du rail ou enrobant le patin du rail, et une couche supérieure (5) constituée d'un matériau d'enrobage relativement rigide enrobant le rail au moins jusqu'au champignon du rail.
- Système de rail suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la gaine d'enrobage (4, 5) repose dans une gouttière (3).
- Système de rail suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la gouttière est formée par des profilés (2).
- Système de rail suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la gouttière est réalisée dans une poutre ou une plate-forme en béton.
- Système de rail suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les parois verticales de la gouttière sont inclinées de manière à se rapprocher progressivement l'une de l'autre vers le champignon du rail.
- Système de rail suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les parois verticales de la gouttière présentent des ondulations ou nervures verticales sur au moins une partie de la hauteur de leur surface qui se trouve en contact avec la gaine d'enrobage (4, 5).
- Système de rail suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface supérieure de la couche d'enrobage supérieure (5) est couverte par un joint d'étanchéité (6), avec éventuellement interposition d'une feuille de séparation.
- Système de rail suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une interface glissante est prévue entre une partie au moins de la hauteur de la gaine d'enrobage et les parois verticales de la gouttière.
