Claims (8)
- Organe de levage avec un piston et un cylindre pour une utilisation sur des machines de traitement de récipients dans l'industrie des boissons, en particulier pour une utilisation sur des machines de remplissage de récipients, caractérisé en ce que des canaux (5, 6) pour l'amenée de désinfectant et/ou de liquide lubrifiant sont prévus dans le piston de l'organe de levage, lesquels permettent un nettoyage simple et automatisé de l'organe de levage et/ou une lubrification liquide de la paroi intérieure du cylindre de levage de l'organe de levage.
- Organe de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un canal (5) pour l'amenée de désinfectant et/ou de liquide lubrifiant (5) est relié par au moins un canal radial (6) à la surface périphérique de la tige de piston.
- Organe de levage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un canal radial (6) est verticalement disposé au-dessous de la garniture (7) disposée entre la tige de piston (1) et le cylindre (2).
- Organe de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un canal (5) est alimenté en désinfectant à l'aide d'une conduite annulaire.
- Organe de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un canal (5) est alimenté en liquide lubrifiant et/ou de refroidissement à l'aide d'une conduite annulaire.
- Organe de levage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la conduite annulaire est reliée à l'aide d'un distributeur rotatif à la partie non rotative de la machine de remplissage de récipients.
- Organe de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le raccordement du perçage (4) à l'alimentation en air comprimé et le raccordement du canal (5) à l'alimentation en désinfectant et/ou liquide lubrifiant sont effectués à l'aide d'un élément de raccordement et d'étanchéité (8) commun.
- Organe de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres pression et débit volumétrique lors de la sortie du désinfectant hors d'au moins un canal radial (6) sont choisis de sorte que la tige de piston (1) soit aussi nettoyée.
