In Installationsanlagen finden Schutzschaltungsanordnungen Verwendung. Protective circuit arrangements are used in installation systems. This should ensure that the system itself, parts of it or connected to it Consumers before the impact of the deviations from the normal operating conditions are protected. To protect against interference, which affect the system from the supply network, for example overvoltages, are circuit arrangements with devices for surge protection, in particular surge arresters are provided. commercial Surge arresters often have a spark gap in their structure, a voltage-dependent resistor or a fuse as Separating device on.
Einrichtungen für den Überspannungsschutz sind beispielsweise bekannt aus "DEHN + SÖHNE, Überspannungsschutz, Hauptkatalog 2002, Druckschrift Nr. DS 570/2002 - www.dehn.de". The object of the present invention is to provide an arrangement for use in to create an installation system in which an electrical Connection of switchgear and busbar system as well Switchgear and devices for surge protection are manufactured can. The positioning of the devices for surge protection should be possible in the immediate vicinity of the switching device.
The object is achieved by an arrangement for use in an electrical system Installation system with the features of claim 1.
According to the invention it is provided that one for use on a Busbar system suitable multi-phase switching device directly facilities are assigned for surge protection. Here forms the multi-phase switchgear a first module. A second module is through the facilities for surge protection, a housing that accommodates it and conductors disposed within the housing with electrical access and electrical outlet formed. This design enables the two to combine basic functional unit modules into one unit, which the function of the multi-phase switching device and that of the surge protection includes.
It is not necessary to use the facilities for surge protection to wire the multi-phase switching device. Arranged inside the housing rigid conductors, in particular rigid conductors assigned to the access, enable the switching device and the devices for surge protection close to each other easy to position and the electrically conductive Establish connections between the two modules immediately or but in the plug-in position of the conductors to clamp them with screws. Appropriate Clamping receptacles for the conductor of the switchgear Devices for surge protection are preferably in the switching device integrated. Basically, it is sufficient to use the electrically conductive one Connection between the head of the respective facility assigned to the access for surge protection and the associated outlet of the To effect switching device under the action of a spring clamping force, so that the Generation of a clamping force by means of a screw is not necessary.
The housing has, for example, a lower part and an upper part. approaches on the lower part of the housing make it easy to attach the lower part of the housing on the busbar system. Are the two modules close together? positioned and the electrically conductive connection between the two modules manufactured, the unit formed from the two modules on the Busbar system can be plugged on. It is therefore only that Connection of the outlets or outlets for surge protection devices with the reference potential. The handling effort is here extremely low. Preferably, the two modules as a unit, thus electrical already connected, shipped so that the user only the unit still plug on the busbar system and the connection to the reference potential must manufacture. This arrangement of the arrangement thus closes faulty connections of the devices for surge protection on Switching device and effective at the reference potential.
An advantageous mounting and storage of the components of the second module results itself when the conductors are stored in the lower housing part and the upper housing part Has recordings for the facilities for surge protection. After installing the module, the conductors are essentially within of the housing and there are the devices for surge protection inserted from the outside through the receptacles into the upper part of the housing, contacting the entrances and exits of the ladder. The rigid ladder are preferably plugged into terminals on the output side, so that there is a simple connection to the reference potential by means of a flexible or rigid Head can be done.
The respective device for surge protection can in the event of surge effective triggers have their movement leads to the activation of a remote release integrated in the unit, which triggers the response of the overvoltage protection reports to a monitoring unit. The device for surge protection can also be equipped with a fault indicator be provided, which reports a fault in the surge protection.
