Claims (10)

  1. Steuervorrichtung zum hydraulischen Bewegen in Form eines hydraulischen Zylinders (1), der mit Mitteln (2, 2') zum Erkennen der Position des Zylinders versehen ist, wobei die Mittel in Form von zwei Pneumatikkreisen vorliegen, die jeweils über eine Ausgangsöffnung an einem äußeren Ende einer Pneumatikkammer (3) in einer axialen Verlängerung des Hydraulikzylinders einmünden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (2, 2') zum Erkennen der Position des Zylinders in der Pneumatikkammer (3) entlang einer zur Längsachse der Kammer (3) parallelen Achse einmünden und jeweils in einer Position des Hydraulikzylinders mit einer gemeinsamen Vorrichtung (4) zum leckdichten Verschließen der entsprechenden Ausgangsöffnung durch einen kontrollierten Druck zusammenwirken, wobei die Vorrichtung bei der Bewegung mit dem Kolben des Hydraulikzylinders verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gemeinsame Vorrichtung (4) zum leckdichten Verschließen durch kontrollierten Druck in Form eines Elementes vorliegt, das auf zwei sich gegenüber liegenden Flächen mit Auflagemitteln (5 und 6) versehen ist, die dafür vorgesehen ist, in jeder Position des Zylinders ein leckdichtes Verschließen durch den Druck der Ausgangsöffnung des entsprechenden Pneumatikkreises zu erzielen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines (5) der die gemeinsame Vorrichtung (4) zum leckdichten Verschließen bildenden Auflagemittel mit dem Erkennungsmittel (2) zusammenwirkt und in Form eines ringförmigen, am äußersten Ende eines Schaftes (7) aufgepressten Elements vorliegt, das mit dem Kolben des Hydraulikzylinders (1) fest verbunden ist und die Möglichkeit einer elastischen Verformung bietet, während das andere Auflagemittel (6) aus einem im Schaft (7) des Kolbens des Hydraulikzylinders (1) eingebauten Stößel besteht und die Möglichkeit hat, sich gegen eine Rückholfeder (8) zu bewegen und durch ein aus dem Schaft (7) ragenden Teil (6') die Ausgangsöffnung des entsprechenden Erkennungsmittel (2') in der entsprechenden Position des Hydraulikzylinders (1) zu verschließen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung des Erkennungsmittels (2'), welches mit dem Teil (6') des das Auflagemittel (6) bildenden Stößels zusammenwirkt, in Form eines Rückschlagventils vorliegt, das mit einem Führungsstab (9) versehen ist, auf dem in der entsprechenden Position des Kolbens des Hydraulikzylinders (1) das aus dem Schaft (7) des Auflagemittels (6) herausragende Teil (6') aufliegt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlagventil, das die Öffnung des Erkennungsmittels (2') bildet und mit seinem Teil (6') des das Auflagemittel (6) bildenden Stößels in dem der Pneumatikkammer (3) entsprechenden äußeren Ende in einer Weise angebracht ist, die die Einstellung der Position erlaubt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf das Auflagemittel (6) wirkende Rückholfeder (8) auf eine Kraft eingestellt wird, die größer als die Ablösekraft des Rückschlagventils unter dem maximalen in dem Pneumatikkreis des Erkennungsmittels (2') auftretenden Druck ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflagemittel (6) auf seinem aus dem Schaft (7) herausragenden Teil (6'), das mit dem Kolben des Hydraulikzylinders (1) verbunden ist, mit einer Vorrichtung zum leckdichten Verschließen durch Druck der Ausgangsöffnung des entsprechenden Erkennungsmittels (2') versehen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum leckdichten Verschließen in Form einer Membran oder eines Ventils vorliegt, die bzw. das direkt auf der Ausgangsöffnung des Erkennungsmittels (2') aufliegt und mit dieser Ausgangsöffnung durch eine geringfügige elastische Verformung oder formschlüssig zusammenwirkt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung jedes Erkennungsmittels (2, 2') in der Pneumatikkammer (3) mit einem Rückschlagventil versehen ist, das in der entsprechenden Position durch eine elastisch verformbare, vorgespannte Vorrichtung betätigt wird.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastisch verformbare Vorrichtung in Form eines Federblattes vorliegt, das an einem Schaft befestigt ist, der mit dem Kolben des Hydraulikzylinders verbunden ist und mit seinem äußeren freien Ende auf dem Führungsstab der Rückschlagventile aufliegt.
