Abstract
Description
Verpackung. The invention relates to a packaging for sales-friendly presentation of
Goods, according to the preamble of
Beispiele dafür sind u. a. Beutelprodukte, Faltschachteln, Riegel, Tafeln, CDs usw. The goods concerned here are piece goods or packaged bulk goods, whose Primary packaging has a certain dimensional stability. Examples are u. a. Bag products, cartons, bars, plates, CDs, etc. These become common from the packaging company into so-called outer packaging or secondary packaging packed in the retail trade at the same time as merchandise presentation on the shelf - or in a second placement in displays - can be used. The goods are one behind the other in one or more rows in the package arranged. The goods contained in the packaging remain in the opened packaging from which the customers take the goods directly can.
Such packages are generally known in the art. If those for display purposes on shelves of a retailer and customers have already taken a certain number of goods out of their packaging have the problem that the ones remaining in the package Goods no longer have contact surface and therefore fall over and / or in depth of the shelf are no longer recognizable. This results in the manufacturer and traders have a number of negative consequences for sales equity or shelf productivity. On the one hand, product recognition is essential difficult. The customer can not recognize at first glance which goods are contained in the packaging. Furthermore, the product removal significantly worsened in the depth of the packaging space for the customer. This is especially true when multiple packages are on the shelf stacked on top of each other. In this case, easy removal is after first Sales only possible from the topmost location. Furthermore, there is a danger that goods that have fallen over in the back of the packaging are not processed by the customer not be recognized, so the customer assumes that the respective product sold out. For the refilling of the shelves it is for the sales staff not easy to judge the level of the packaging, Empty packaging is not easily recognized.
From DE 299 08 078 U1 a package with a slider is known. The Packaging has in the front lower area an opening through which a horizontal pull tab of the slider is passed. The slider has Furthermore, a vertical contact surface on which initially the rearmost product is applied. If goods are removed from the packaging, arise Gaps between the goods, making them undesirably at least partially overturn. By pulling on the pull tab, the contact surface of the Slider be moved forward so that the goods moved along and the gaps between them are closed. If the customer or the staff However, not a regular shelf maintenance and performs the pull tab operated, continue to be the aforementioned problems.

Abpackanlagen kompatibel sind und somit Änderungsaufwand und Investitionen in Maschinentechnik erforderlich machen.DE 35 39 169 A1, DE 200 18 680 U1 and DE 202 02 793 U1 are goods display devices for the presentation of goods on shelves known. In the case of the packaging according to the invention, the slider is in the interior of the packaging arranged. The slider is against a spring force towards the Support surface of the interior of the packaging formed compressible, so that the spring force, which acts as a restoring force, by pushing apart the slider located in the interior of the packaging goods away from the support surface and towards the stop surface of the package suppressed.
Beispiele dafür sind u.a. Produkte in Beuteln, Faltschachteln, Folie, Einschlagpapiere oder Blister- bzw. Skinverpackungen. Konkrete Beispiele sind Fertigsuppen, Fertigsoßen, Kaugummis, CDs, DVDs, Wurstwaren, Pizza, Tiernahrung, Gewürze, Zigarrenschachteln, Schokoladetafeln, Marmeladegläser und Puddingbecher. The packaging according to the invention or the packaging system according to the invention serves the transport and the sales-oriented presentation of the in it contained goods. The slider can already be used by the packaging company or retail. The goods remain after transport for trading in the context of shelf filling or secondary placement in the packaging. The goods may in particular be packaged goods or packaged Bulk goods whose primary packaging has a certain dimensional stability having. Examples of this are u.a. Concrete examples are Ready-to-serve soups, instant sauces, chewing gum, CDs, DVDs, sausages, pizza, pet food, Spices, cigar boxes, chocolate bars, jam jars and Pudding cups.
B. Palettendisplays anwendbar. With the inventive package with slider can the shelf productivity This can be significantly increased by a slightly staggered stacking of several packages one above the other is possible. It is guaranteed that from all situations Products can be taken from the respective packaging, since the products are always within reach thanks to the sliding action of the slider Removal area of the packaging. Thus, for example, one Assortment possible one above the other. In the various sales levels can z. B. presented various flavors of a product become. Consequently, the existing shelf space is much better utilized, or more products can be presented on the same area. This principle is also applicable to other forms of presentation, such. B. Pallet displays applicable.
The slide according to the invention is arranged inside the packaging, so that the packaging itself - with the exception of the slide - no special Design requires. The slider is preferably a separate part, the is already introduced into the packaging at the packaging company, so that the packaging at the retailer with little handling effort in the Rule is to make. The slider is suitably designed so that he in completely compressed state, as little space in the interior as possible the packaging claimed and by the spring force after removal from products to the part of the interior space bounded by the supporting surface, So close to the support surface, extends to even the last products to press in the area of the support surface.
Alternatively, the slider may also be first by the retailer or others Users of the packaging are introduced into the packaging. At a Use of the slide commercially in the context of shelf filling or shelf maintenance the slider can be used as a reusable system, i. used several times become. It is also possible, the slider integral with the packaging train. In this case, the slider is made of the same material like the rest of the blank, preferably corrugated cardboard or solid board. Also may depend on the width, height and length of the packaging a plurality of sliders are used, these next to each other, can be arranged one behind the other and / or one above the other.
The spring force is preferably applied by a spring element, which in particularly simple manner in recesses of the slider, such as notches, punched out or holes, can be kept.
The slide according to the invention can in comparison to the prior art a have a particularly simple structure. Preferably, it has at least two elongated slide parts on at least two bearing points with each other keep in touch. Among the bearing points are the contact points between to understand the slide parts where they interlock. It However, more slide parts can be provided so that the number the bearings increased accordingly. The slide parts can be identical be and each a flat Abstützstück, then at least a first connector, then at least a second Connecting piece and then have a flat contact piece. In this way, the slider is in the area of the connecting pieces and between the bearing points parallellogrammartig formed. So that the slider inside the packaging or the tray can be completely compressed, Accordingly, the connecting pieces may each have a maximum length, the the width of the interior of the packaging corresponds. The same applies to a packaging with other dimensions, such as a packaging with quadratic or inverse aspect ratios Length and width. It is understood that the slider is designed so that it received in its folded position within the package can be. The same applies to the dimensioning of the support pieces and the Contact pieces of the two slide parts. However, the slider parts can also have a more complex shape and other connectors, support pieces and have contact pieces. So also several parallelograms can be provided behind one another or next to each other.
The spring element can in the transition region between the first connecting pieces and the second connecting pieces be arranged such that the Spring force to move toward each other of the connectors in a first Direction and a moving apart of the support pieces relative to the contact pieces effected in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The However spring element may additionally or alternatively between the support piece the first slide part and the support piece of the second slide part and / or the contact piece of the first slide part and the contact piece of the be arranged second slide part. This ensures that the spring force a Aufeinanderzubewegen the support piece and / or the contact piece in a first direction and a resulting dislocation of the Abstützstücks and the contact piece in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction causes. It can therefore be a plurality of distributed spring elements be provided.
In the transition area between the connecting surfaces are joints - for example in the form of fold lines or scratches - present, which is a pivoting allow the connecting surfaces to each other. Overall, can the slider having a plurality of bearings, joints and spring elements.
The slider may consist of two or more blanks made of packaging materials, such as paper, Cardboard, cardboard, corrugated cardboard or similar fibrous or sheet-like materials or made of wood or metal materials. The slider parts However, they can also be made of another suitable material. such suitable materials must have the stiffness properties required for power transmission have. The forces can be through the constructive or material-related Design of the slide can be varied. For example, you can as identical plastic parts, in particular hollow chamber profiles, be formed. However, the slider is preferably made of solid board, in particular with a Wall thickness of between 1 and 3 mm, preferably about 2 mm. The blanks have different sections and are at least two bearings connected together so that forces can be transmitted. The at least one spring element causes a spring force, which ultimately to Pressing the pieces of goods in the direction of the stop surface of the packaging leads. Thus, it is always ensured that the frontmost piece of goods clearly visible and easily arranged for the customer.
The packaging and the slider can be made of the same material be. The use of paper-based materials has the advantage that it is in the combination of packaging and slide a total of one so-called single-material packaging, for which far more favorable disposal costs incurred, as is the case with so-called multi-material packaging is. The packaging and the slider can be disposed of together. There Secondary or outer packaging in the trade usually made of corrugated cardboard, solid board or cardboard, the aforementioned training is available for this case the slider also from the aforementioned packaging materials.
In particular, the packaging should be in the area of its bottom surface under the constructive design or the material properties a smooth, even Have surface. This will reduce the friction between the goods and the Packaging is reduced, so that the goods always safely towards the removal opening be pressed.
In the simplest case, the spring element is designed as a conventional rubber band. This results in low production costs, low weight and the possibility of forming the entire packaging as single-substance packaging. to optimal dimensioning of the spring action, the formation of rubber bands, especially with regard to their elasticity properties.
Depending on the dimensions of the at least one spring element of the slider The goods can preferably horizontal, but with a large spring force also vertically, are offered. In the latter case, it is understood that the Slider is located at the bottom of the packaging and the goods after pushes upwards in the direction of the removal opening.

geeigneten Material, z. B. Wellpappe, einer Kombination von Vollpappe und
Wellpappe, Holz oder Kunststoff, hergestellt sein. Die Verpackung 1 kann ebenso
als Stulpzuschnitt, Klappdeckelschachtel, Faltkiste, usw. ausgebildet sein.1 is a perspective view of a
zwei Lagerstellen 17, 18 miteinander in Verbindung stehen. Die Lagerstellen 17,
18 werden durch Ausstanzungen bzw. Nuten 19 gebildet (Fig. 3) Die Schieberteile
Schieber 14 parallelogrammartig ausgebildet. In the
Fig. 9) mittels des sich
niedrigen Reibungskoeffizienten aufweisen.Furthermore, the
In Fig. 2, the
