Description

The invention has for its object to propose a suitable for pushing the goods forward sales packaging, which manages with very little packaging material.

The invention solves the problem by a sales package with the features of claim 1. According to a second aspect, the invention solves the problem by a method according to the method claim.

It is possible, and represents a preferred embodiment, that the filling of the goods into the interior and the insertion of the pusher take place simultaneously. An advantage of the inventive sales packaging is their ease of manufacture. So it is possible to manufacture the pusher separately from the outer packaging. A further advantage is that the sales packaging according to the invention requires only little material for the production. Known outer packaging, which pull the goods with an elastic band on the front, are constructed in two parts and include a bottom and a lid (English: tray and hood). The sales packaging according to the invention, however, can be formed in one piece, In particular, the outer packaging can be produced from a single blank, for example from corrugated cardboard. The sales packaging must usually ensure that no load is applied to the packaged goods. It is a further advantage of the invention that the reinforcement of the side walls increases the strength of the sales package against pressure from above, as it arises when stacking several sales packages on top of each other. It is therefore possible to make the material of the outer packaging, for example the corrugated cardboard, thinner and less stable than would be necessary if the side walls were not reinforced by the side parts. This saves material and reduces the weight of the sales packaging.

In the context of the present description, the orientation information, as for example with regard to the front wall, refers to the orientation in which the sales packaging is arranged during the sale. As a rule, a product has an excellent side, which is designed to appeal to consumers in particular. This page is traditionally called the front page. The front side of the sales packaging is in particular the side into which the front of the goods points. When the biasing device 86 is moved toward the back portion 40, the pressure members 70.1, 70.2 stretch the elastic band 22. This creates a force on the ends 42, 44 of the insert 24, which then pivot toward each other as indicated by the curved arrows ,

The progression of the pivoting movement over the position in which the two side parts 36, 38 are parallel is prevented by two guide elements 72.1, 72.2. As soon as the side parts 36, 38 bear against the guide elements 72.1, 72.2, the pretensioning device 68 is moved toward the outer packaging 26 with the goods 32.1,..., 32.n, so that the first side part 36 between the goods 32.1,. and the first side wall 12 slides past. Here, n is a natural number and is preferably between 10 and 100. The second side part 38 slides between the goods 32.1, ... and the second side wall 14 over.

In a subsequent step, the pusher 28 is fixed relative to the outer package 26, for example by gluing, as with reference to FIG FIG. 2 has already been explained.

FIG. 6a schematically shows an inventive sales packaging 10, wherein the insert 24, which is shown in dashed lines, two recesses 74.1, 74.2, in each of which a locking tab 76.1, 76.2 engage, which are formed on the outer package 26.

FIG. 6b shows a view from behind. The locking tabs 76.1, 76.2 are biased inwards and are pressed during insertion of the insert 24 of the side members 36, 38 to the side until they are in the recesses 74 (see. FIG. 6a ) snap.

The Figure 7a shows an inventive sales packaging 10 in an exploded view. It can be seen that the insert 24 by means of an adhesive tape 78 is attached to the outer packaging 26. In this embodiment, the back part 40 alone forms a rear wall 80 of the sales packaging 10. FIG. 7b ).

FIG. 8a shows a further embodiment in which the insert 24 by means of two adhesive tapes 78.1, 78.2, and in addition two adhesive tabs 46, 48 is connected to the outer package 26. The adhesive tabs 46, 48 stiffen the blanket 20 together with the back portion 40.

The FIGS. 9a, 9b show a sales packaging 10, in which the insert 24 via the two adhesive tabs 46, 48 is attached. To recognize are also fixing tabs 82.1, 82.2, which can be folded outwards and allow to secure the sales package 10 to a stand.

The FIGS. 10a, 10b show a sales package 10, wherein the insert 24 is secured by means of adhesive tabs 84, 86 to the outer package 24, wherein the adhesive tabs 84, 86 are formed on the insert 24. In the present case, the adhesive flaps 84, 86 are formed on a broad side of the back part 40. Also in the embodiment of the FIGS. 10a, 10b the rear wall 80 is formed exclusively by the back part 40, which represents a preferred embodiment.

FIG. 11a shows a sales package 10 according to the invention, in which the insert 24 is secured by means of the adhesive tabs 88, 90 to the outer package 24. The adhesive tabs 88, 90 are formed on the side walls 12, 14.

The Figures 12a, 12b show a sales packaging 10, in which the adhesive tabs 88, 90 for securing the insert 24 parts of the side walls 12, 14 form. Thus, the adhesive flap 88 is part of the side wall 12 and the adhesive tabs 90 are part of the side wall 14. The adhesive flap 88 is glued to the first side part 36, the second adhesive tab 90 on the second side part 38th

It is possible that the adhesive flap 88 is also glued to the back part 40, as shown in dashed lines in FIG FIG. 12b is drawn. In this case, it is favorable that the buckling pocket 88 has a folding line which separates the part which is attached to the side part from the part which is fixed to the back part 40.

The FIGS. 13a, 13b show a sales package 10 having a first tab 92 and a second tab 94. The insertion tab 92 is punched out of the first side part 36, the insertion tab 94 from the second side part 38. The first side wall 12 has a recess 96 through which the insertion tab 92 engages in the assembled state of the sales packaging 10 and thus the insert 24 positively with the outer packaging 26 connects. It is favorable if the plug-in tab 92 is adhesively bonded, in the present case on the first side wall 12. The second plug-in tab 94 is fastened in the same way.

The Figures 14a, 14b show a sales package 10 according to the invention, in which the insert 24 locking tabs 76.1, 76.2, which are formed on the first side part 36. Also on the second side part 38 locking tabs 76.3, 76.4 are formed. The locking tabs 76.i (i = 1, 2, 3, 4) engage in associated recesses 74.i, which are formed in the outer package 26. This results in a positive connection. Of course, it is possible that the side walls 12, 14 each have only one locking tab. From the view that there are more locking noses.

The types of connection described above for connecting the insert 24 to the outer packaging 26 can be combined with one another.

With respect to the embodiments according to the Figures 14a, 14b it is possible that the upwardly facing locking tabs, in the present case, the locking tabs 76.2, 76.3 offset with respect to a depth extension T to the down projecting locking lugs, in the present case the locking tabs 76.1, 76.4, are arranged. In this case, it is expedient for the bottom 18 to have slots which can engage in the upwardly pointing locking tabs of a further sales packaging arranged below the respective sales packaging 10. In this case, the locking tabs additionally provide protection against slippage of stacked sales packaging 10.

FIG. 15 shows the power flow in a sales package 10 according to the invention according to the FIGS. 11 and 12 in a horizontal cross section halfway up. The elastic band 22 exerts on the goods 32, 32.1, a thrust force F 32n of _thrust. This force is absorbed by the insert 24 and transferred to the outer package 26. 24 thereby presses the insert in the present embodiment, the thrust force F _shear (corresponding to the amount of the corresponding vector size) to the parts of the outer package 26 on the back 34. In this case the thrust force of the glue flaps 88, 90 (see FIGS. 11a, 12a ) applied. For the embodiment according to the FIGS. 7 and 8 the thrust force is applied by the adhesive tape 78. Claims (12)

1. A sales packaging (10) with

   (a) a first lateral wall (12),

   (b) a second lateral wall (14),

   (c) a front wall (16), a front side (50),

   (d) a cover (20) and

   (e) a base (18) which, together with the lateral walls (12, 14), the front wall (16) and the cover (20), forms an outer packaging (26) that suurounds an interior space (30) for the accommodation of a range of goods (32, 32.1, 32.n) and comprises an opening area for the removal of the goods (58), and

   (f) an elastic band (22) by means of which a force acting on the front wall (16) can be applied to the goods (32, 32.1, 32n),

   (g) wherein the elastic band (22) is attached to an insert (24) such that it is load-bearing, the insert comprising

   - a first lateral section (36),

   - a second lateral section (38) and

   - a rear section (40) that connects the two lateral sections (36, 38), and

   (h) wherein the first lateral section (36) and the second lateral section (38) have a height (h₃₆) that corresponds to a clearance height (h₃₀) of the outer packaging (30), such that the lateral sections (36, 38) form a reinforcement of the lateral walls (12, 14) of the outer packaging (26),
   characterised by the fact that

   (i) the insert (24) is designed to absorb the force (F_Schub), which the elastic band (22) exerts on the goods (32, 32.1, 32n), and to transfer this force to this outer packaging (26).
2. The sales packaging (10) according to claim 0, characterised by the fact that

   - the insert (24) has a first lateral section (36) and a second lateral section (38), and

   - the elastic band (22) is attached at a first end (42) to a top section of the first lateral section (36) and at a second end (44) to a top section of the second lateral section (38).
3. The sales packaging (10) according to one of the above claims, characterised by the fact that
   the rear section (40) of the insert (24) forms part of the back wall (80) of the sales packaging (10).
4. The sales packaging (10) according to one of the above claims, characterised by the fact that the insert (24) is u-shaped.
5. The sales packaging (10) according to one of the above claims, characterised by the fact that
   the insert (24) is positively connected to the first lateral wall (12) and/or the second lateral wall (14).
6. The sales packaging (10) according to claim 5, characterised by the fact that

   - the insert (24) is connected to a locking tab (76) and/or

   - to the first lateral wall (12) and/or the second lateral wall (14) by means of at least one tuck flap (92, 94).
7. The sales packaging (10) according to one of the above claims, characterised by the fact that

   - the outer packaging is made of corrugated cardboard that has an outer packaging edge crush resistance, and

   - the insert is made of corrugated cardbord with an insert edge crush resistance that is greater than the outer packaging edge crush resistance.
8. The sales packaging (10) according to one of the above claims, characterised by the fact that

   - the sales packaging (10) has a compression resistance and

   - the outer packaging (26) has an outer packaging compression resistance whose value is at most 0.8 times the value of the compression resistance of the sales packaging (10).
9. The sales packaging (10) according to one of the above claims, characterised by the fact that

   - the first lateral section (36) and the second lateral section (38) fit closely to an interior side (45) of the outer packaging (30) across a contact length (L_K),

   - the cover (20) has a cover length (L₂₀) and

   - the contact length (L_K) has a value of at least half, in particular at least two thirds, of the cover length (L₂₀).
10. The sales packaging (10) according to one of the above claims, characterised by the fact that
    the elastic band (22) is attached only to the insert (24) such that it is load-bearing.
11. A method for producing a sales packaging (10) comprising the steps:

    (i) production of an outer packaging (26) that comprises

    - a first lateral wall (12),

    - a second lateral wall (14) and

    - a base (18) which, together with the lateral walls (12, 14) surrounds an interior space (30) for the accommodation of a range of goods (32, 32.1, 32.n),

    (ii) filling of the interior space (30) with goods (32, 32.1, 32n),

    (iii) insertion of a sliding device (28) that comprises

    - an insert (24) and

    - an elastic band (22) which is fixed to the insert (24) such that the goods (32, 32.1, 32n) are pressed against a front side (50), and

    (iv) fixing of the sliding device (28) relative to the outer packaging (26).
12. The method according to claim 11, characterised by the step:
    formation of a positive connection between the outer packaging (26) and the insert (24).
