Claims (14)
- Ensemble (1) de conditionnement et d'application d'une composition (3) de maquillage et ou de soin des fibres kératiniques, comportantun réservoir (2) comportant une ouverture (4), la composition étant disposée à l'intérieur du réservoir, etun moyen d'application (5) de la composition, apte à se charger (6) d'une dose de la composition, ce moyen d'application pouvant être inséré dans le réservoir depuis l'ouverture (4)un moyen essoreur (40, 42) monté sur le réservoir à proximité de l'ouverture,
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le moyen chauffant est présenté au niveau d'un pourtour intérieur d'un col (9) situé sous l'ouverture (4).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2 caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'application peut être retenu (10, 11) sur le réservoir dans une position fermée de l'ensemble.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que le moyen chauffant comporte des moyens pour retenir le moyen d'application, dans une position intermédiaire, entre ses parois chauffantes.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'application comporte un applicateur (6) disposé au bout d'une tige (7), cette tige étant elle-même montée dans un capuchon (8) comportant des moyens (11 ) pour assurer le maintien de la position fermée en coopération avec des moyens complémentaires (10) du réservoir, l'applicateur étant dans cette position à l'intérieur du réservoir.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce qu'une hauteur (44) des parois du moyen chauffant est supérieure ou égale à une longueur (43) de l'embout d'application.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 5 à 6 caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur vient au contact sur toute sa longueur avec les parois du moyen chauffant.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que le moyen chauffant comporte une source d'alimentation (18), de préférence en courant continu, en particulier sous la forme d'une batterie, notamment rechargeable (13, 14).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un commutateur (30) permettant de sélectivement alimenter électriquement le moyen chauffant, ce commutateur étant accessible lorsque le moyen d'application est placé dans une position intermédiaire pour être chauffé.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un moyen de contrôle visuel du chauffage, comportant par exemple une diode (50), ou un dispositif électroluminescent.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un moyen électronique d'asservissement du moyen de chauffage.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce que le moyen chauffant comporte une résistance électrique par exemple formée à partir d'un fil métallique (35, 36) surmoulé (31, 37).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce que le moyen chauffant comporte une résistance électrique par exemple formée à partir d'un fil métallique logé dans une rampe hélicoïdale (38) creusée dans une paroi intérieure d'un support isolant (31).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce que le moyen chauffant comporte une résistance électrique par exemple obtenue par bi-injection d'au moins deux matériaux, le premier matériau étant conducteur et le deuxième matériau étant isolant.
