Außerdem ist der erfindungsgemäße Trockenständer besonders kostengünstig zu fertigen, da nicht spezielle Varianten des Wäscheträgers jeweils für eine Verwendung als Standtrockner oder als Aufsatztrockner hergestellt werden müssen. Bei einem Standtrockner gewährleistet die Linearführung im Zusammenhang mit der Parallelanordnung der Querholme zudem eine einfache und verklemmungssichere Klappbarkeit des Trockners. Durch die relative Bewegbarkeit der Standbeine gegenüber dem Wäscheträger ist der Trockenständer im zusammengeklappten Zustand auf ein sehr geringes, wenig Abstellraum beanspruchendes Volumen reduzierbar. Fig. 1 zeigt einen zusammenklappbaren Trockenständer 1 in auseinandergeklappter Position in perspektivischer Ansicht. Der Trockenständer 1 weist einen Wäscheträger 2 mit einem Rahmen 4 auf. Der Rahmen 4 besitzt parallel zueinander angeordnete Querholme 6, 8, zwischen denen als Metall- oder Kunststoff-Stäbe 10, 12, 14 ausgebildete längliche Wäschetragelemente angeordnet sind. Der hier dargestellte Trockenständer 1 weist sich kreuzende, gegeneinander um eine Drehachse 50 verschwenkbare Standbeine 52, 54 auf. Oberendig sind die Standbeine 52, 54 jeweils an einer Linearführung 34 von Querholmen 6, 8, 16, 18 verschiebbar gelagert. Die parallel angeordneten Querholme 6, 8 sind mittels Drehgelenken 20, 22 um eine Schwenkachse 24 schwenkbar verbunden mit Querholmen 16, 18. Die Standbeine 52, 54 greifen jeweils mit stiftförmigen Elementen 56 in die nutförmig ausgebildeten Linearführungen 34. Ist - wie im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel - die jeweilige Nut von einem Langloch gebildet, so können die stiftförmigen Elemente 56 die Linearführung 34 durchgreifen und an ihren den Standbeinen 52, 54 abgewandten Enden mit einem Führungs- und Sicherungselement 58 versehen sein.
