Claims (36)
- Spender (1) zum Abgeben eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums mit einem Behälter (2) zur Aufnahme des Mediums und mit einer Abgabeanordnung, wobei die Abgabeanordnung einen Medienauslaß (3) und ein Betätigungselement (4) aufweist, wobei die Abgabeanordnung ferner eine Verdrängeranordnung (5) aufweist, wobei durch die Betätigung des Betätigungselements (4) die Verdrängeranordnung (5) gegen die Rückstellkraft eines Federelements (6) der Abgabeanordnung aus einer Ausgangsstellung heraus verstellbar ist und dadurch Medium vom Behälter (2) in eine Abgabekammer (7) der Abgabeanordnung förderbar ist, wobei das Federelement (6) im gespannten Zustand mittels einer Arretieranordnung (8) arretierbar ist, wobei durch eine weitere Betätigung der Abgabeanordnung das arretierte Federelement (6) freigebbar ist, wobei die Entspannung des freigegebenen Federelements (6) die Rückstellung der Verdrängeranordnung (5) und damit das Austreiben des in der Abgabekammer (7) befindlichen Mediums unter erhöhtem Druck über den Medienauslaß (3) bewirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgabeanordnung so ausgestaltet ist, daß das Federelement (6) bei jeder Stellung des Verdrängerelements (5) mittels der Arretieranordnung (8) arretierbar bzw. freigebbar ist. - Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Betätigung der Abgabeanordnung eine weitere Betätigung des Betätigungselementes (4) oder eine Betätigung eines weiteren - zweiten - Betätigungselementes (9) ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretieranordnung (8) derart vorgespannt ist, daß die Arretieranordnung (8) das Federelement (6) ausschließlich bei Betätigung des zweiten Betätigungselements (9) freigibt und ansonsten das Federelement (6) arretiert.
- Spender nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich im arretierenden Zustand befindliche Arretieranordnung (8) der Entspannung des Federelements (6) entgegenwirkt, das weitere Spannen des Federelements (6) jedoch erlaubt.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretieranordnung (8) zur Arretierung in Eingriff mit dem Federelement (6), mit der Verdrängeranordnung (5) oder mit dem - ersten-Betätigungselement (4) bringbar ist.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Betätigungselement (4) getrennt vom zweiten Betätigungselement (9) ausgestaltet ist.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das - erste - Betätigungselement (4) als ein um eine Achse (10) drehbarer Drehring (11) ausgestaltet ist, und daß durch eine Drehbetätigung des Drehrings (11) die Verstellung der Verdrängeranordnung (5) aus der Ausgangsstellung heraus bewirkbar ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgabeanordnung einen vorzugsweise einstellbaren Anschlag aufweist und daß die Verstellung der Verdrängeranordnung (5) mittels des Drehrings (11) aus der Ausgangsstellung heraus nur bis zu einer voreingestellten Stellung der Verdrängeranordnung (5) möglich ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdrängeranordnung (5) einen Mitnehmer (12) aufweist, daß der Mitnehmer (12) hohlzylindrisch ist und in seinem Inneren das vorzugsweise als Schraubenfeder ausgebildete Federelement (6) aufgenommen ist, und daß an der äußeren Mantelfläche des Mitnehmers (12) wenigstens ein umlaufendes Mitnehmergewinde (13) vorgesehen ist, mit dem der Drehring (11) zur achsparallelen Verschiebung des Mitnehmers (12) zusammenwirkt.
- Spender nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehring (11) hohlzylindrisch ausgebildet ist und den Mitnehmer (12) in sich aufgenommen hat, und daß an der inneren Mantelfläche des Drehrings (11) wenigstens ein umlaufendes Drehringgewinde (14) vorgesehen ist, in das das Mitnehmergewinde (13) eingreift.
- Spender nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 7 und ggf. nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Drehring (11) ein Rastabschnitt (15) vorgesehen ist, daß die Arretieranordnung (8) ein bezüglich des Rastabschnitts (15) feststehendes, mit dem zweiten Betätigungselement (9) gekoppeltes Rastelement (16) aufweist und daß bei sich im arretierenden Zustand befindlicher Arretieranordnung (8) das Rastelement (16) in Eingriff mit dem Rastabschnitt (15) steht.
- Spender nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastabschnitt (15) als ein nach Art eines Zahnkranzes ausgebildeter, zumindest teilweise umlaufender und eine Vielzahl von Raststellen aufweisender Rastabschnitt (15) ausgestaltet ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (16) durch die Betätigung des zweiten Betätigungselements (9) außer Eingriff mit dem Rastabschnitt (15) bringbar ist und ansonsten, vorzugsweise unter Vorspannung, in Eingriff mit dem Rastabschnitt (15) steht.
- Spender zum Abgeben eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums mit einem Behälter (2) zur Aufnahme des Mediums und mit einer Abgabeanordnung, wobei die Abgabeanordnung einen Medienauslaß (3) und ein Betätigungselement (4) aufweist, wobei die Abgabeanordnung ferner eine Verdrängeranordnung (5) aufweist, wobei durch die Betätigung des Betätigungselements (4) die Verdrängeranordnung (5) gegen die Rückstellkraft eines Federelements (6) der Abgabeanordnung aus einer Ausgangsstellung heraus verstellbar ist und dadurch Medium vom Behälter (2) in eine Abgabekammer (7) der Abgabeanordnung förderbar ist, wobei das Federelement (6) im gespannten Zustand mittels einer Arretieranordnung (8) arretierbar ist, wobei durch eine weitere Betätigung der Abgabeanordnung das arretierte Federelement (6) freigebbar ist, wobei die Entspannung des freigegebenen Federelements (6) die Rückstellung der Verdrängeranordnung (5) und damit das Austreiben des in der Abgabekammer (7) befindlichen Mediums unter erhöhtem Druck über den Medienauslaß (3) bewirkt,
insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdrängeranordnung (5) einerseits ein die Abgabekammer (7) begrenzendes Element (18) und andererseits ein mit dem Behälter (2) korrespondierendes Verdrängerelement (19) aufweist, daß die Verdrängeranordnung (5) von einem Ansaugkanal (25) durchsetzt ist, durch den Medium vom Behälter (2) in die Abgabekammer (7) förderbar ist und daß die Verdrängeranordnung (5) derart mit dem Betätigungselement (4) gekoppelt ist, daß die Betätigung des Betätigungselements (4) einerseits eine Vergrößerung der Abgabekammer (7) und andererseits eine Verkleinerung des Behälters (2) bewirkt und dadurch das Medium vom Behälter (2) durch den Ansaugkanal (25) in die Abgabekammer (7) förderbar ist. - Spender nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdrängeranordnung (5) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß bei der Betätigung des Betätigungselements (4) das die Abgabekammer (7) vergrößernde Volumen kleiner ist als das den Behälter (2) verkleinernde Volumen.
- Spender nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Verdrängerelement (19) ein zu einem Führungsabschnitt des Behälters (27) hin abdichtendes Dichtelement (26) vorgesehen ist, über das ggf. Luft in den Behälter (2) nach einer Entnahme einer Abgabemenge nachsaugbar ist.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein als Rückschlagventil (28) ausgebildetes Ventil vorgesehen ist, über das das Medium bei Betätigung des - ersten - Betätigungselements (4) in die Abgabekammer (7) gefördert wird, und das bei Freigabe des Federelements (6) schließt und einen Rückfluß während der Mediumabgabe verhindert, vorzugsweise, daß das Ventil im Ansaugkanal (25) angeordnet ist.
- Spender zur Abgabe eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums mit einem Behälter (2) zur Aufnahme des Mediums und mit einer Abgabeanordnung, wobei die Abgabeanordnung eine Abgabekammer (7), einen Medienauslaß (3) und ein Betätigungselement (4) aufweist, wobei durch eine Betätigung das in der Abgabekammer (7) befindliche Medium unter erhöhtem Druck über den Medienauslaß (3) austreibbar ist, wobei der Medienauslaß (3) eine Abgabeöffnung (32) sowie ein Verschlußelement (33) aufweist, wobei das Verschlußelement (33) aus einer die Abgabeöffnung (32) verschließenden Stellung - Schließstellung - heraus in eine die Abgabeöffnung freigebende Stellung - Öffnungsstellung - verstellbar ist,
insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgabeöffnung (32) in einer Begrenzungswand der Abgabekammer (7) angeordnet ist, daß das Verschlußelement (33) ein Dichtelement (34) auf weist und daß bei in der Schließstellung befindlichem Verschlußelement (33) das Dichtelement (34) abdichtend unmittelbar auf der Abgabeöffnung (32) aufliegt. - Spender nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgabeöffnung (32) im wesentlichen konisch ausgestaltet ist und daß das Dichtelement (34) des Verschlußelements (33) eine zu dem Konus der Abgabeöffnung (32) korrespondierende Formgebung aufweist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußelement (33) in die Schließstellung vorgespannt ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußelement (33) ein die Rückstellkraft bewirkendes Federelement aufweist.
- Spender zur Abgabe eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums mit einem Behälter (2) zur Aufnahme des Mediums und mit einer Abgabeanordnung, wobei die Abgabeanordnung eine Abgabekammer (7), einen Medienauslaß (3) und ein Betätigungselement (4) aufweist, wobei durch eine Betätigung das in der Abgabekammer (7) befindliche Medium unter erhöhtem Druck über den Medienauslaß (3) austreibbar ist, wobei der Medienauslaß (3) eine Abgabeöffnung (32) sowie ein Verschlußelement (33) aufweist, wobei das Verschlußelement (33) aus einer die Abgabeöffnung (32) verschließenden Stellung - Schließstellung - heraus in eine die Abgabeöffnung (32) freigebende Stellung - Öffnungsstellung - verstellbar ist,
insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußelement (33) durch erhöhten Druck in der Abgabekammer (7) aus der Schließstellung in die Öffnungsstellung verstellbar ist. - Spender nach den Ansprüchen 18 und 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußelement (33) einen elastischen Abschnitt (35) aufweist, daß der elastische Abschnitt (35) einen Wandabschnitt der Abgabekammer (7) bildet, daß sich der elastische Abschnitt (35) bei erhöhtem Druck verformt und daß der elastische Abschnitt (35) derart mit dem Dichtelement (34) des Verschlußelements (33) gekoppelt ist, daß das Dichtelement (34) bei erhöhtem Druck in der Abgabekammer (7) die Abgabeöffnung (32) freigibt und ansonsten abdichtend auf der Abgabeöffnung (32) aufliegt.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußelement (33) insgesamt aus elastischem Material besteht und vorzugsweise einstückig ausgestaltet ist.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im im wesentlichen zylindrischen Behälter (2) ein im wesentlichen ring- oder scheibenförmiges, das Behältervolumen bodenseitig begrenzendes und längsbewegliches Dichtelement (36) vorgesehen ist, über das bei jeder Abgabe das Behältervolumen verkleinert wird.
- Spender nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des Dichtelements (36) der Form des oberen Behälterendes angepaßt ist.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zum Behälterinnern führendes Ventilelement vorgesehen ist, über das Luft in das Behälterinnere gesaugt wird, wenn das Verdrängerelement beim Entspannen des Federelements aus dem Behälterinnern gezogen wird.
- Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (2) ein im wesentlichen formstabiler Behälter (2) oder ein deformierbarer Behälter (2), insbesondere eine Tube (40) ist.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Befestigungsmittel zum lösbaren Befestigen eines das abzugebende Medium enthaltenden Behälters vorgesehen sind.
- Spender nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel einen Gewindeabschnitt umfassen, auf den der Behälter (2) aufschraubbar ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel eine Aufnahme nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses umfassen, mit der der Behälter (2) verrastbar ist.
- Wechselbehälter für einen Spender (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit Befestigungsmitteln zum lösbaren Befestigen eines solchen Behälters,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (2) entsprechend der Befestigungsmittel des Spenders (1) im übrigen ausgebildete Befestigungsmittel aufweist. - Wechselbehälter nach Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die behälterseitigen Befestigungsmittel als Gewindeabschnitt ausgebildet sind.
- Wechselbehälter nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gewindeabschnitt ein Außengewinde aufweist.
- Wechselbehälter nach Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die behälterseitigen Befestigungsmittel eine Aufnahme nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses aufweisen.
- Abgabeanordnung für einen Spender zur Abgabe eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums mit einem Behälter (2) zur Aufnahme des Mediums, wobei die Abgabeanordnung einen Medienauslaß (3) und ein Betätigungselement (4) aufweist, wobei die Abgabeanordnung ferner eine Verdrängeranordnung (5) aufweist, wobei durch die Betätigung des Betätigungselements (4) die Verdrängeranordnung (5) gegen die Rückstellkraft eines Federelements (6) der Abgabeanordnung aus einer Ausgangsstellung heraus verstellbar ist und dadurch Medium vom Behälter (2) in eine Abgabekammer (7) der Abgabeanordnung förderbar ist, wobei das Federelement (6) im gespannten Zustand mittels einer Arretieranordnung (8) arretierbar ist, wobei durch die weitere Betätigung der Abgabeanordnung das arretierte Federelement (6) freigebbar ist, wobei die Entspannung des freigegebenen Federelements (6) die Rückstellung der Verdrängeranordnung (5) und damit das Austreiben des in der Abgabekammer (7) befindlichen Mediums unter erhöhtem Druck über den Medienauslaß (3) bewirkt,
