Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Führungsschienenanordnung für ein Rolltor, ein Sektionaltor oder dergleichen mit einer Führungsschiene, die einen Längsschlitz aufweist.The invention relates to a guide rail arrangement for a roller shutter, a sectional door or the like with a guide rail having a longitudinal slot.

Eine derartige Führungsschienenanordnung ist aus der DE 201 17 731 U1 bekannt. Durch den Längsschlitz ragen mit dem Panzer verbundene Führungselemente in die Führungsschiene, die im Inneren der Führungsschiene geführt sind. Um beim einem derartigen Tor sicherzustellen, daß auch bei eventuell auftretenden Beschädigungen, beispielsweise an einem Antriebsmotor oder an der Kopplung des Panzers an den Motor, der Panzer nicht schnell und unkontrolliert schließen kann, ist bei derartigen Rolladen- oder Sektionaltoren eine Einrichtung vorzusehen, die den Rolladen abfängt. Üblicherweise werden derartige Abfangeinrichtungen durch ein Seil gebildet, das mit einem Ende an dem dem Boden zugewandten Ende des Panzers festgelegt und in der Führungsschiene über eine am oberen Ende der Führungsschiene angeordnete Umlenkrolle zu einer Feder geführt ist, über die das Seil fixiert ist. Bei Beschädigungen an der Auffangeinrichtung, wie beispielsweise einem Bruch der Feder, muß das Seil in der Führungsschiene aufwendig eingefädelt werden. Weiterhin muß beim Schließen des Panzers aus der vollständig geöffneten Stellung sichergestellt werden, daß das Seil in der Umlenkrolle geführt ist. Aufgrund der festen Verbindung des Seils zum Panzer müssen darüber hinaus die Auffangeinrichtungen beider Führungsschienen genau aufeinander abgestimmt werden, damit ein Verkanten des Panzers in den Führungsschienen vermieden ist.Such a guide rail assembly is from the DE 201 17 731 U1 known. Zur Führung der zweiten Einsätze 26 sind an der der Außenschiene 17 zugewandten Außenwand 37 zwei Führungsstege 36 angeordnet, die sich in Längsrichtung der Führungsschiene 7 erstrecken und die ins Innere der Führung 34 ragen. An der gegenüberliegenden Wand 38 der Führungen 34 sind beidseitig des Längsschlitzes 39 Führungsstege 40 ausgebildet. Beidseitig des Längsschlitzes 18 ist an der Innenschiene 9 jeweils eine Aufnahme 41 angeordnet, die zur Aufnahme von Dichtelementen dienen kann. Zwischen den Dichtelementen ist der Panzer des Deckenlauftors 1 geführt. An der Oberseite 62 besitzt der erste Einsatz 22 einen verbreiterten Abschnitt 56, der in eingebautem Zustand in der Außenschiene 17 angeordnet ist und auf der Innenschiene 9 aufliegt (Fig. 2). Zur Auflage auf der Innenschiene 9 ist an der der Unterseite 63 zugewandten Seite des verbreiterten Abschnitts 56 eine Auflage 57 ausgebildet. Zur Fixierung des ersten Einsatzes 22 in der Führungsschiene 7 ist eine Aufnahme 53 für ein Befestigungsmittel, insbesondere für eine Schraube, vorgesehen, die sich von der Oberseite 62 zur Unterseite 63 erstreckt und die im Bereich der Oberseite 62 zur Aufnahme eines Schraubenkopfes verbreitert ausgebildet ist. Wie der Schnitt in Fig. 10 zeigt, ragt der Bolzen 51 jeweils durch die Schlitze 52. Die Schlitze 52 dienen zur Fixierung der Schraubenfedern 16 am Bolzen 51. In Verlängerung des Schlitzes 64 weist der zweite Ansatz 26 einen Steg 50 auf, an dem, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, das Seil 19 vorbeigeführt ist. Wie Fig. 9 zeigt, besitzt der zweite Einsatz 26 Führungsflächen 49, die den Stegen 36 und 40 der Innenschiene 9 entsprechend ausgebildet ist.   7. Guide rail arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 6,
    characterised in that the deflection pulley (27) is resiliently mounted in the direction towards a second end (25) of the guide rail (7).
  8. Guide rail arrangement according to claim 7,
    characterised in that the deflection pulley (27) is located on a second insert (26) movably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail (7).
  9. Guide rail arrangement according to claim 8,
    characterised in that the guide rail (7) comprises at least one guide (34) extending in the longitudinal direction for the second insert (26).
  10. Guide rail arrangement according to any of claims 7 to 9,
    characterised in that the cable (19) is located on the first insert (22) at one end (58) and guided over the deflection roller (27) to the further deflection roller (23) at the first insert (22).
