Es sind Dickstoffpumpen dieser Art bekannt (EP-B 0 410 972 und DE 28 14 845), die eine nach oben weisende Materialzuführöffnung, zwei an einer Behälter-Stirnwand angeordnete, vorzugsweise mit einer Verschleißbrille versehene Förderzytinderöffnungen und eine im Behälterinneren angeordnete, eingangsseitig abwechselnd vor die Förderzylinderöffnungen verschwenkbare und ausgangsseitig in einer oberhalb der Förderzylinderöffnungen angeordneten Durchführungsöffnung der Behälterrückwand gelagerte und dort in ein von außen an die Behälterrückwand angeschlossenes Druckrohr mündende, die Gestalt eines S-Rohrs aufweisende Rohrweiche aufweisen. Die Reinigung und Wartung derartiger Behälter erfolgt üblicherweise von oben her durch die Materialzuführungsöffnung hindurch. Da im Behälterinneren zusätzlich ein Rührwerk angeordnet ist, ist der Aus- und Einbau der Rohrweiche über die Materialzuführungsöffnung mit Schwierigkeiten verbunden. Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden, wurde bereits vorgeschlagen, am Materialaufgabebehälter eine durch einen Verschlußdeckel verschließbare Wartungsöffnung vorzusehen, durch die hindurch das S-Rohr zugänglich ist. Die Wartungsöffnung ist dort in einer an die Stirnwand angrenzenden Seitenwand angeordnet. Dabei ist der Verschlußdeckel als mit einem Rückwerk bestücktes Seitenwandteil ausgebildet, so daß das Rückwerk beim Öffnen des Verschlußdeckels durch die betreffende Wartungsöffnung hindurch aus dem Behälterinneren herausbewegbar ist. Weiter ist es zu diesem Zweck bereits an sich bekannt (DE-A 197 31 335), ein in ihrer Gesamtheit abnehmbare Rückwand vorzusehen. Bei dieser Konstruktion leidet jedoch die Stabilität des Materialaufgabebehälters. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung macht von dem Gedanken Gebrauch, daß die Wartungsöffnung durch einen mit einem umlaufenden Rand begrenzten Ausschnitt in der Rückwand gebildet ist und daß der Verschlußdeckel eine die Durchführungsöffnung für das S-Rohr aufweisende, senkrecht zur Schwenkachse des S-Rohrs ausgerichtete obere Deckelpartie und eine an diese im wesentlichen parallel zu einem schräg verlaufenden S-Rohrabschnitt nach unten anschließende, einen schrägen Bodenteil bildende untere Deckelpartie aufweist. Die Wartungsöffnung muß dabei groß genug sein, damit das S-Rohr hindurch paßt. Obwohl daher die Wartungsöffnung relativ groß ist, sorgt der umlaufende Rand für eine ausreichende Formstabilität. Eine weitere Verbesserung in dieser Hinsicht ergibt sich dadurch, daß der Verschlußdeckel aus zwei schräg zueinander ausgerichteten Deckelpartien bestehen. Dementsprechend weist der umlaufende Rand 58 der Wartungsöffnung 56 eine obere Flanschpartie 70 zur Aufnahme der oberen Deckelpartie 64 auf, die eine senkrecht zur Schwenkachse 50 ausgerichtete Ebene aufspannt und an die sich nach unten hin eine untere Flanschpartie 72 zum Anflanschen der unteren Deckelpartie 68 anschließt, die eine im wesentlichen parallel zum schräg verlaufenden S-Rohrabschnitt 66 ausgerichtete Ebene aufspannt. Claims (6)

  1.
