Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'alerte de péremption tarifaire pour système d'affranchissement comprenant une mémoire vive (220) pour l'enregistrement de données postales dont une première table de tarifs postaux (230) relatifs à des produits et services postaux et une unité de traitement (200) pour la mise à jour de ces tarifs postaux, caractérisé en ce que ladite mémoire vive comporte en outre une seconde table de tarifs postaux (250) et en ce que ladite unité de traitement comporte des moyens (200 ; 26, 28, 32) pour comparer lesdits tarifs postaux des première et seconde tables et pour émettre un message d'alerte de péremption tarifaire pour l'opérateur du système d'affranchissement lorsqu'une date d'application desdits tarifs postaux de ladite seconde table est égale ou antérieure à une date d'affranchissement demandée et que l'un desdits tarifs postaux comparés a été modifié.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite seconde table de tarifs postaux est chargée dans le système d'affranchissement selon une périodicité définie par l'administration postale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite seconde table de tarifs postaux est chargée dans le système d'affranchissement à partir d'un centre informatique distant (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, dans lequel ladite seconde table de tarifs postaux est chargée dans le système d'affranchissement lors de chaque rechargement de fonds.
- Procédé d'alerte de péremption tarifaire pour système d'affranchissement comprenant une mémoire vive (220) pour l'enregistrement de données postales et une unité de traitement (200) pour la mise à jour de ces données postales, procédé comportant les étapes suivantes :lorsqu'une date d'application de données postales nouvelles chargées préalablement dans le système d'affranchissement est égale ou antérieure à une date d'affranchissement demandée par un opérateur du système d'affranchissement,comparaison de ces données postales nouvelles avec des données postales courantes présentes dans la mémoire vive, etémission d'un message d'alerte de péremption tarifaire pour l'opérateur du système d'affranchissement si l'une des données postales comparées a été modifiée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les données postales nouvelles sont stockées à l'emplacement des données postales courantes lorsque l'opérateur a accepté la mise à jour de ces données postales.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les données postales courantes sont stockées dans une partie vierge de la mémoire vive pour conservation à des fins de contrôle.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'émission du message d'alerte de péremption tarifaire est inhibé par l'opérateur à l'exception du premier message d'alerte après la mise en fonctionnement du système d'affranchissement.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, dans lequel les données postales comportent des tarifs postaux.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, dans lequel les données postales comportent des produits et services postaux.
