oder Niete verzichtet werden kann. Da die beiden Halterhälften aus
Kunststoff oder Metall gespritzt sind, ergeben sich geringe Herstellkosten.
Darüber hinaus ist die Montage einfach und schnell, da beide Teile nur an
der vorgesehen Stelle des Wärmeübertragerblockes positioniert und zusammen

Fig. 2 zeigt ein zweites Klemmelement 10 in einer Ansicht von vorne, d. h.
mit Blick auf eine Anpressfläche 11, welche analog zu dem ersten Klemmelement
1 aus einem rechteckigen Bereich 11a und zwei abstehenden
Schenkeln 11b, 11c besteht. Auf der Anpressfläche 11a sind wiederum
senkrecht hervorstehende, spitz zulaufende Halteelemente 12 in zwei waagerechten
Reihen angeordnet. An den Außenseiten der beiden Schenkel
11b, 11c sind in senkrechten Reihen weitere ebenfalls spitz zulaufende Halteelemente
13 angeordnet. Oberhalb der Anpressfläche 11a ist ein zylindrischer,
verrippter Zapfen 14 angeordnet, der über einen Absatz in einen konisch
ausgebildeten Zapfen 15 geringeren Durchmessers übergeht. Diese
beiden Zapfen 14, 15 dienen der Befestigung eines nicht dargestellten
Wärmeübertragers bzw. von nicht dargestellten Zusatzteilen. Das Klemmelement
10 ist als einstückiges Kunststoffspritzteil hergestellt. 2 shows a

die kreisförmigen Querschnitte der Zapfen 14, 15 erkennbar sind. Seitlich
weist das zweite Klemmelement 10 zwei Rastarme 16, 17 auf, deren Funktion
unten erläutert wird. Fig. 2a shows a view from above of the
Fig. 2b zeigt eine Ansicht von unten auf das zweite Klemmelement 10, wobei
die dreieckige, spitz zulaufende Form der Haltelemente 12 sichtbar ist sowie
die rechteckige Kontur der weiteren Haltelemente 13. 2b shows a view from below of the
Fig. 2c zeigt eine Seitenansicht des zweiten Klemmelementes 10, wobei insbesondere
die spitz zulaufende Form der Halteelemente 13 zu erkennen ist.
Der obere Teil des zweiten Klemmelementes 10 mit dem Zapfen 14 ist als
Einzelheit X in Fig. 2d dargestellt. Fig. 2c shows a side view of the
Fig. 2d zeigt also einerseits die beiden Zapfen 14, 15 und unterhalb einen
der beiden Rastarme 16, 17, d. h. den Rastarm 16. Letzterer ist als federnde
Zunge ausgebildet und weist an seinem freien Ende eine Rastnase 18 auf,
und zwar mit einem nach oben (in Richtung der Zapfen 14, 15) gerichteten
hakenförmigen Ansatz 18a. Fig. 2d thus shows on the one hand the two
Fig. 3 zeigt die fertig montierten, miteinander verrasteten Klemmelemente 1,
10. Zwischen den beiden Anpressflächen 2, 11 ist gestrichelt ein
Rohr/Rippenblock 19 mit Flachrohren 20 und einem Seitenteil 21 dargestellt,
wobei sich zwischen den Flachrohren 20 sowie dem äußersten Flachrohr
und dem Seitenteil 21 nicht dargestellte Wellrippen befinden, die mit den
Flachrohren zu dem Rohr/Rippenblock 19 verlötet sind. Der Rastarm 16 ist
in die Haltetasche 6 von der Stirnseite 6a her eingeführt und mit seiner
Rastnase 18 auf der Rastfläche 8 der Haltetasche 6 verrastet, d. h. beide
Klemmelemente 1, 10 sind miteinander verclipst und schließen den
Rohr/Rippenblock 19 zwischen sich ein. Die Halteelemente 3, 4 sowie 13, 12
haben sich in die nicht dargestellten Wellrippen zwischen den Flachrohren
20 eingegraben und bewirken dadurch einen Formschluss zwischen den
Klemmelementen 1, 10 und dem Rohr/Rippenblock 19, sodass der gesamte
Halter nicht verrutschen kann. Wie bereits erwähnt, sind die Halteelemente
entsprechend der Rohrteilung (Abstand der Flachrohre 20 zueinander) an
den Anpressflächen angeordnet. Die beiden obersten Haltelemente 4, 13
liegen dabei mit ihren Oberkanten direkt an der Innenseite des Seitenteiles
21 des Rohr/Rippenblockes 19 an und bilden somit eine wirksame Verklammerung.
Aus der Zeichnung wird ferner erkennbar, dass sich gegenüber liegende
Halteelemente 4, 13 sowie 3, 12 den Rohr/Rippenblock 19 jeweils
etwa bis zur Hälfte in seiner Tiefe durchdringen. Fig. 3 shows the fully assembled, latched together with each

verbunden und können daher beispielsweise als Lagerzapfen, d.... h. zur

Die Montage der beiden Klemmelemente 1, 10 ist denkbar einfach: zunächst
wird das erste Klemmelement 1 mit seiner Anpressfläche 2 an eine erste
Stirnfläche 19a angelegt, wobei die Haltetaschen 6 und die Anschlagleisten
5 auf dem Seitenteil 21 aufliegen. Das erste Klemmelement 1 wird dann gegen
die Stirnfläche 19a gedrückt, sodass sich die Halteelement 3, 4 in die
nicht dargestellten Rippen eingraben. Danach wird das zweite Klemmelement
10 in eine entsprechende, gegenüberliegende Position gebracht und
mit seiner Anpressfläche 11 gegen die Stirnfläche 19b gedrückt, wobei die
Rastnase 18 bereits in die Öffnung 6a der Haltetasche 6 eingeführt wird.
Während der Andrückbewegung gleitet die Rastnase 18 auf der Rampe 7
und federt dabei (in der Zeichnung gesehen) nach unten. Am Ende der Andrückbewegung,
d. h. wenn die Anpressfläche 11 die Stirnfläche 19b erreicht
hat, schnappt die Rastnase 18 nach oben und verriegelt sich mit der
Rastfläche 8. Damit ist eine sichere Verclipsung beider Klemmelemente 1,
10 gegeben, die sich von selbst nicht wieder löst, allerdings von außen, z. B.
mittels eines Schraubendrehers wieder demontiert werden kann.The assembly of the two
