- the filter 70 preferably comprises tens of bundles of fiber being axially arranged, so as to effectively control the flow direction of the ink.
- the filter 70 has a cross sectional diameter of 2.0 millimeter to 9.0 millimeter. Certainly the fibrous material can be substituted by a foam material of the same density.
- the ink within the ink cartridge 50 When the ink cartridge 50 is active in printing, the ink within the ink cartridge 50 will be decreased in the operation of printing. The space within the ink cartridge, however, will be increased and the back pressure of the ink cartridge will be raised. While the external atmospheric pressure is greater than the sum of the pressure at the filter 70 and the pressure difference resulting from the surface tension on the filter 70, the air will be introduced into the ink cartridge 50 through the conduit 60 and the filter 70 to regulate the back pressure within a working range.
- the ink cartridge 50 is placed casually and then the ink outlet thereof is positioned higher than all portions, namely, the ink cartridge 50 is placed slantingly or upside down. Under this condition, if there has no filter within the ink cartridge, the air is introduced to enter the ink cartridge and thus the negative pressure of the ink cartridge will be destroyed. On the contrary, though the filter 70 of the present invention is not immersed in the ink under this condition, the ink content of the filter can be maintained due to the structural characteristic of the filter 70, and therefore the ink within the filter is not easy to dry off to prevent the air entering the ink cartridge from destroying negative pressure.
- the foregoing pressure regulating device is feasible for a variety of ink cartridges, as shown in Fig. 6. It should be noted that the pressure regulating device of the present invention can be presented by various embodiments, for example, the conduit 60 and the sleeve 66 can be integrally manufactured to save the components. The pressure regulating device of the present invention utilizes simple mechanism to eliminate complicated process steps and precise cooperation on the component size, thereby improving the yield and reducing the manufacturing cost.

Claims (10)
- Procédé de régulation de pression d'une cartouche d'encre (50), comprenant une étape de fourniture d'une ouverture (52) pouvant communiquer avec un fluide externe sur un boîtier de ladite cartouche d'encre (50), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des étapes de :fourniture d'un élément tubulaire creux (60) à l'intérieur de ladite cartouche d'encre (50) et comprenant deux ouvertures (601, 602) respectivement situées à deux extrémités de celui-ci, dans lequel l'une des extrémités dudit élément tubulaire creux (60) est couplée à ladite ouverture (52) sur ledit boîtier et l'autre extrémité dudit élément tubulaire creux (60) comprend une chambre de réception (66) dotée d'une longueur constante et d'une section transversale expansible jusqu'à un certain degré ; etfourniture d'une structure poreuse (70) capable de créer une action capillaire et étant reçue dans ladite chambre de réception, ladite structure poreuse (70) permet de manière fonctionnelle audit fluide externe de pénétrer à l'intérieur de ladite cartouche d'encre (50) depuis ladite ouverture (52) sur ledit boîtier en s'écoulant à l'intérieur dudit élément tubulaire creux (60) à travers ladite structure poreuse (70) lorsqu'une différence entre ladite pression de ladite cartouche d'encre (50) et une pression dudit fluide externe est limitée à une plage constante, de manière à maintenir ladite pression de ladite cartouche d'encre (50) dans une plage adéquate.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'une des extrémités dudit élément tubulaire creux (60) est déviée de manière incurvée autour d'une partie inférieure de ladite cartouche d'encre (50), ledit élément tubulaire creux (60) présente un diamètre interne de 0,4 millimètres à 3,0 millimètres ; et ledit élément tubulaire creux (60) comprend un matériau sélectionné parmi un acier inoxydable ou une matière plastique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite structure poreuse (70) comprend des paquets de matériaux fibreux et présente une densité dans la plage de 0,01 g/cm3 à 0,8 g/cm3, et un diamètre en section transversale de 2,0 millimètres à 9,0 millimètres, dans lequel lesdits matériaux fibreux comprennent un polymère comprenant du polypropylène et du polyéthylène.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite chambre de réception comprend une partie creuse comportant une partie rétrécissant progressivement (661) et une partie tubulaire (662), et deux ouvertures respectivement situées à deux extrémités de celle-ci, dans lequel ladite partie rétrécissant progressivement (661) s'emboîte avec ledit élément tubulaire creux (60) et ladite partie tubulaire (662) peut être autorisée à recevoir ladite structure poreuse (70).
- Cartouche d'encre (50) présentant un dispositif de régulation de pression, dans laquelle ladite cartouche d'encre (50) comprend un boîtier, un capuchon et une sortie d'encre, ledit capuchon et ladite sortie d'encre sont montés respectivement sur une partie supérieure et une partie inférieure dudit boîtier, ledit dispositif de régulation de pression comprend un conduit (60) et un manchon (66), ledit conduit (60) est disposé à l'intérieur de ladite cartouche d'encre (50) et est pourvu d'une première ouverture (601) raccordée à une partie d'ouverture (52) dudit capuchon et d'une seconde ouverture (602) raccordée audit manchon (66), caractérisée en ce que :ledit dispositif de régulation de pression comprend en outre un filtre (70) reçu dans ledit manchon (66) et ledit filtre comprend un matériau poreux agencé dans une direction axiale.
- Cartouche d'encre selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle la partie dudit conduit (60) à proximité de ladite seconde ouverture (602) est déviée de manière incurvée autour de ladite partie inférieure de ladite cartouche d'encre (52), ledit conduit (60) présente un diamètre interne de 0,4 millimètres à 3,0 millimètres et comprend un matériau sélectionné parmi un acier inoxydable ou une matière plastique, et ledit manchon (66) comprend une partie creuse comportant une partie rétrécissant progressivement (661) et une partie tubulaire (662), dans laquelle ladite partie rétrécissant progressivement (661) s'emboîte avec ledit conduit (60) et ledit filtre (70) est reçu dans ladite partie tubulaire (662).
- Cartouche d'encre selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ledit manchon (66) comprend un matériau élastique, ledit matériau poreux comprend un matériau sélectionné parmi un matériau de forme, un matériau fibreux ou un polymère comprenant du polypropylène et du polyéthylène, et ledit filtre (70) présente une densité dans la plage de 0,01 g/cm3 à 0,8 g/cm3 et présente un diamètre en section transversale de 2,0 millimètres à 9,0 millimètres.
- Cartouche d'encre selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ladite cartouche d'encre (50) fournit de l'encre destinée à être utilisée par une puce à couches minces à jet d'encre à bulle thermique.
- Cartouche d'encre selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ledit conduit (60) et ledit manchon (66) sont fabriqués d'un seul bloc.
- Cartouche d'encre selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ledit filtre (70) comprend des paquets de matériau fibreux.
