By means of these measuring values and mathematical formulas and based on programmatic measures, the rolling of the trunk 1 with respect to the sawing plane 6 is performed by using the feeding device 4 and the receiving device 7.
  • the instantaneous turning angle between the comparative plane 10 fixed in the trunk and the sawing plane 6 illustrated more clearly in figure 2 is changed, and said rolling angle can be calculated from the angle between the comparative plane and the sawing plane.

  • the rolling of the log implemented by means of the measuring methods and the measuring values based thereon, as well as by means of the feeding device 4 and the receiving device 7, is based on the blade setting, drying degree of the sawn timber, growth speed of the tree, density of the growth rings of the tree, base and top measures, cross-grain, crooked-growth, amount of snags and knots, ovality, coning angle, grain angles of the sapwood and/or heartwood cells, age, summerwood and juvenile wood percentage, moisture content, temperature of the log, final moisture content of the sawn timber, quality of logs, species of wood, experimental and statistical measuring history and material, as well as on the combinations and/or partial weightings of the above mentioned measuring values.
  • the measuring device 5 can be located even in a different room than the saw and the feeding device 4 itself. In that case, however, the measured logs and their measuring information must be saved, and the moving of the logs on the sawing line followed, so that when the log comes to the blades of the balk chipper 2, the respective data and rolling angles can be fed to the feeding device 4 and the receiving device 7.
  • the method in accordance with the invention further preferably comprises evaluation of the sawing result, mathematical evaluation, recognition of the sawn spirality and measuring of the grain angles of the cells of the wood immediately after sawing, and, based thereon, eventual readjustment of the rolling of the log by means of the feeding device 4 and the receiving device 7, based on the feed-back.
  • the spirally sawn balk can be sawn immediately on the same sawing table or on a separate sawing table to sawn timber, or this sawing can be performed later.

Claims (10)

  1. Sägeverfahren zum Ausgleichen der sich beim Trocknen bildenden Verdrehung von gesägtem Schnittholz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die sich beim Trocknen bildende Verdrehung von aus einem Baumstamm (1) gesägten Zuschnitten und/oder gesägtem Schnittholz gemessen oder geschätzt wird, und
    - der Stamm (1) mit einer die sich beim Trocknen bildende Verdrehung ausgleichenden entgegen gesetzten Verdrehung gesägt wird, wobei die Sägefläche (8) derart um den Stamm herum gedreht wird, dass sich der Winkel (K) zwischen dem durch die Sägeblätter/Blattkanten (2) definierten Abschnitt (11) und dem durch das Zentrum (6) des Querschnittsprofils des Stammes definierten Vergleichsabschnitt (10) ändert.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Faserwinkel des Stammes (1) gemessen und/oder geschätzt werden und die sich beim Trocknen bildende Verdrehung des Sägezuschnittes und/oder des gesägten Schnittholzes aufgrund dieser Faserwinkel geschätzt und/oder berechnet wird.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (K) dadurch geändert wird, dass der Baumstamm (1) mittels einer Zufuhrvorrichtung (4) und einer Aufnahmevorrichtung (7) um seine Längsachse gerollt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (K) dadurch geändert wird, dass die Blätter/Blattkanten (2) der Sägevorrichtung mit Bezug auf die Mittellinie (L) des Baumstammes gedreht werden.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei diesem Verfahren unmittelbar nach dem Sägen oder während des Sägens zusätzlich der Faserwinkel des Sägezuschnittes gemessen und/oder geschätzt wird und die die sich beim Trocknen bildende Verdrehung ausgleichende entgegen gesetzte Verdrehung aufgrund dieses Faserwinkels dadurch angepasst wird, dass der Winkel (K) zwischen dem durch die Sägeblätter definierten Abschnitt (11) und der Mittellinie (L) des Baumstammes geändert wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserwinkel mit einem optischen Verfahren, wie Lasermessung, oder mit einem sich auf die elektrischen Eigenschaften des Holzes stützenden Verfahren, wie einem kapazitiven Sensor, geschätzt und/oder gemessen werden.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich beim Trocknen bildende Verdrehung des Sägezuschnittes und/oder des gesägten Schnittholzes aufgrund der Faserwinkel des Baumstammes (1) geschätzt und/oder errechnet wird, wobei der Trocknungsgrad des Sägezuschnittes und/oder des gesägten Schnittholzes, der Konuswinkel des Baumstammes, die Wachstumsrate des Baumes, die Typen- und Qualitätsklasse des aus dem Sägezuschnitt zu sägenden Schnittholzes und/oder Messwerte des Faserwinkels früherer Baumstämme und die auf diesen basierende im gesägten Schnittholz beim Trocken gebildete Verdrehung berücksichtigt werden.
  8. Sägevorrichtung zum Ausgleichen der sich beim Trocknen bildenden Verdrehung von gesägtem Schnittholz, wobei die Sägevorrichtung Sägeblätter und eine eine Zufuhrvorrichtung (4) und eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (7) umfassende Holzfördereinrichtung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sägevorrichtung Messmittel zur Messung und/oder Schätzung von Faserwinkeln des Baumstammes sowie Mittel zum Sägen einer sich um den Baumstamm windenden Sägefläche (8) derart aufweist, dass sich der Winkel (K) zwischen dem durch die Sägeblätter oder Blattkanten (2) definierten Abschnitt (11) und dem durch die Mittellinie (6) in dem Querschnittsprofil des Baumstammes definierten Vergleichsabschnitt (10) ändert.
  9. Sägevorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zum Sägen der sich um den Baumstamm windenden Sägefläche eine Rollvorrichtung zum Rollen des Stammes in der Zufuhrvorrichtung und in der Aufnahmevorrichtung aufweisen.
  10. Sägevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sägevorrichtung ferner ein Datenverarbeitungssystem aufweist, welches Mittel zum Speichern der gemessenen und/oder geschätzten Faserwinkel des Baumstammes und zum Vergleichen derselben mit zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt gemessenen Faserwinkeln von Baumstämmen umfasst.
