Die Rotorwelle 3 ist unmittelbar benachbart zu einer Kurbelwelle 9 des Exzenters 7 angeordnet, indem ein äusseres Exzenterritzel 10 als Teil des Schlagwerksgetriebes 8 direkt mit dem Motorritzel 5 auf der Rotorwelle 3 kämmt. Die Lagerung des Elektromotors 2 erfolgt über die Rotorwelle 3 an zwei Lagerstellen 11a, 11b im Schlagwerksgetriebe 8 aus leichtem Aluminiumdruckguss, wobei die Lagerstelle 11a in einem Getriebegehäuse 12 und die Lagerstelle 11 b in einem Lagerdeckel 13 angeordnet ist. Die Rotorwelle 3 ist mit dem Rotorblechpaket 4 frei auskragend ausgebildet und an dem achsfernen, blechpaketseitigen Stirnende der Rotorwelle 3 ist ein massearmes Lüfterrad 14 angeordnet.
