Abstract

Arrangement for adjustably attaching a shower holder (5) comprises an elongated wall element in the form of a wall pole or wall rail, a shower holder which can be displaced along the wall element, a guide for the shower holder, and at least one additional guide for another sanitary object (9, 10) which is independent of the main guide. Description

The invention relates to an arrangement for height-adjustable attachment of a shower head. Known for this purpose are perpendicular wall bars, which are mounted either in front of the wall or on the wall and have a guide along which a holder for a shower head can be moved. Usually, the shower head can be removed from the holder. He is connected to the house installation with a shower hose. The holder has the ability to pivot the shower head about a horizontal axis. Frequently, the holder can also be pivoted about a vertical axis, either about the axis of the wall bar itself or, if the wall bar is more of a profile, about a pivot axis running parallel to the guide.

It is also known that you can bring on wall bars additional parts that a user needs when showering or have wishes, for example, holders for liquid soaps, brushes or the like. These accessories are attached, for example, at the bottom of the wall bar to the local console so that they have a fixed height. If you want to attach such accessories also adjustable in height, and using the same guide profile as for the shower holder, so the movement of the shower holder is of course limited.

It is already known ( DE-A1-19650000 ), to install an auxiliary rod on a wall bar for a shower holder. This auxiliary rod can be attached to the wall bar itself or to its fittings. A shower curtain is attached to the auxiliary rod.

Furthermore, an arrangement according to the first part of claim 1 has been proposed in a non-prepublished patent application ( WO 03/027403 ).

In another shower holder ( DE 7908437 U ) is disposed in an attaching to a wall rail, an undercut groove, which serves together with the groove bounding the two-sided front surfaces as a guide for a slider. This document discloses an arrangement having the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Also known is a shower bracket with a wall profile having on both longitudinal sides in each case a guide for receiving the ends of a bracket to which a sanitary element may be attached ( DE 8506749U ).

The invention is based on the object, an arrangement for attaching a sliding shower holder and at least one to create additional part, in which the adjustment for the shower holder is not limited by the additional part.

To solve this problem, the invention proposes an arrangement with the features mentioned in claim 1. Further developments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.

Even with a different design, the additional guide may optionally be used for a second, possibly other shower. It is also possible to attach several showers with different functions in the different guides. For example, side showers can be guided in the additional guides. This is especially true when the wall bar is composed of two sections. Because the side showers n usually need not be created in height over the entire adjustment of the main shower. Since the additional guide is primarily intended to accommodate additional elements that should be handled differently than the shower holder, according to the invention, the additional guide to the different handling of the additional elements can be adjusted. For example, with additional elements of the displacement, as already mentioned, not to be the same as in the main guide. On the other hand, the type of adjustment can be designed differently, since the additional equipment may be changed less often in their position. In the additional guide can also accommodate several sanitary items, which then limit the displacement each other. This may also be intentional depending on the circumstances of the case, but at least not disturbing. A tray will usually attach further down than a holder for a shampoo bottle.

Since the main guide is intended for the shower holder, can be provided in a development that the additional guide is arranged laterally and is also directed to the side. This can be done a wall bar, which is in the form of a profile, done by the fact that the guide is directed to the right side, for example, in development also in the vicinity of the back of the wall bar profile.

According to the invention, it is provided that the guide for the shower holder and the additional guide is formed as a groove, preferably also as an undercut groove. By undercut a particularly simple determination of the holder for each item can be done.

In order to adapt the arrangement even better to the habits and needs of a user, may be provided in a development that the wall bar or wall rail has two additional guides, which are preferably arranged and formed symmetrically to the guide for the shower holder. Then, for example, an adjustment in place for left-handers take place, where even the user can decide for himself whether he wants to attach his additional parts on the left or right side.

By introducing two additional guides, of course, the above-mentioned problem can be solved that two additional elements must be divided in only one guide the displacement.

To attach the wall bar or wall rail can of course be screwed through an opening in the rail in the simplest case. However, the invention proposes in training, that you can use a wall mount for attachment, which can be connected to the wall bar after its screwing. By using a wall bracket, the attachment to the wall practically invisible. In particular, it can be provided that the wall holder can be connected at any point of the length of the wall bar with this. A particularly suitable possibility proposed by the invention to realize these goals is that the wall holder engages in at least one additional guide, preferably in both additional guides. As a result, the displacement for the additional items may be limited. But since, as already mentioned, the displacement of the additional elements anyway needs to be smaller, this is not a real impairment.

It is inventively possible to form the wall bracket so that it is attached to the junction of two wall bar sections, so that it aligns the two wall bar sections and fastened. This makes it possible to build a wall bar or wall rail of several parts, which are then assembled so that a continuous guide for the shower holder is or remains.

According to a development, the guide groove for the shower holder can simultaneously serve to accommodate the shower hose. With a clamp holder can also be ensured that the shower hose remains in the guide. This clamp can be used in an additional guide.

In FIG. 1 is a wall bar 1, which has the shape of a profile, fixed by means of two holders 2 to a wall. The wall bar 1 has on its side facing away from the wall front on a top-down continuous groove 3. Claims (13)

1. An arrangement for an adjustable attachment of a showerhead holder (5), with a long stretched wall element in form of a wall rod (1) or, if applicable, a wall rail,
   a showerhead holder (5) displaceable along the wall element (1),
   a groove (3) disposed on the front side of the wall element extending from the top to the bottom, as a guide for the showerhead holder (5),
   characterised in that
   at least an additional guide for a further sanitary object (9, 10) is provided, which is formed independently of the main guide and for a wall element secured on a wall, is functional as an additional guide and is formed as a groove (18), preferably as an undercut groove (18).
2. The arrangement according to claim 1, in which the additional guide runs parallel to the showerhead holder guide.
3. The arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, in which the additional guide is formed at least partly identical with the guide for the showerhead holder (5).

12. The arrangement according to one of claims 8 to 11, in which the wall holder (2) is formed for the connection of two mutually aligned wall rod sections (1a, 1b).
